Hm...animating/moving (the name of the fruit is a little misleading) a player character even if they are unconscious would be a no from me and completely rejected if they are still conscious, albeit severely wounded. And aren't animals already sentient to begin with? I might have misunderstood the part about animals, but the part about giving motion to inorganic objects is alright. I will have to double check with Gray for this one, so for the time being, I can't give your devil fruit claim an approval just yet.

I'm gonna give this a soft approval. Ability to make animals sentient is indeed invalid, because like Alice said, animals are already sentient. The soft approval is to see if you are able to make this fruit work with our combat systems. I would expect the ability to animate injured characters to be healing techniques. Good luck!

You'll have to describe this fruit a bit more since it doesn't seem to be a canon fruit? What exactly is the nature of these swirls? Please give some examples of these "various purposes" that it can be used for since it is not immediately obvious.

Description: The fruit focuses on creating swirls, or in other words, Tomoes. These tomoes are made up of a wave-like matter which allows the user to both travel through them, and send incoming attacks through them but there is no 'other dimension/world' involved. If it goes in a tomoe, it must go through another. These tomoes also have more basic qualities, like exploding or being formed around the users fist to enhance their close combat.
