Summary:
- Lengthy Summary:
- Lysander arrives at a small, unnamed island after a difficult journey in a cramped rowboat. The island is home to Eldric Thorne and his gravely ill grandson, Milo. Upon witnessing the deep bond between Eldric and Milo, Lysander feels compelled to help. Eldric explains that Milo's only hope lies in a rare herb called the Moonflower, which grows deep within the island’s dangerous forest. Strange occurrences in the forest have made it perilous to traverse, with unsettling sounds and an eerie silence suggesting a lurking threat. Despite the dangers, Lysander resolves to venture into the forest to find the Moonflower and save Milo. When he arrives he encounters an eagle, that introduces himself as Aeron, who ends up making an agreement with him; if Lysander agrees to help the creatures of the forest he will show him the location of the moonflower. Lysander agrees and Aeron shows him the way to the moonflower. As Lysander is about to take it and Aeron is about to explain the situation to him (it was unsafe where they originally were so Aeron wanted to move them somewhere else) they are attacked out of nowhere by a giant boar. Lysander tries to talk the boar out of it to no avail. A battle ensues with Lysander barely defeating the beast. Following that, the animals of the forest come out and a badger the reason of the boars rage to Lysander. The giant boar's children (who's species is going extinct) were stuck under a part of a cave that fell in on itself. Lysander, along with the other animals go to free the boars which they succeed in doing. While in the cave, Lysander also finds a ripped piece of a map. This map, although seemingly normal at first, contains a symbol that Lysander remembers seeing in a cave from the forest of his own island. His interest piqued Lysander takes the map and then return's the boar's kids to it. The boar snaps out of it's rage and then Lysander rushes back to give the moonflower to Eldric. Eldric performs a ritual on Milo with it and while at first Milo is thought to have died, he eventually wakes up. After that the quest ends after a 1 month timeskip where Lysander get's a huge goodbye from everyone in the island (including the forest animals) and he sets off on his new ship The Rising Moon that was built for him by Eldric, who it turns out was a former skilled ship maker. Aeron (the eagle) decides to accompany Lysander on his journey and under the light of the rising sun Lysander sets off on his next adventure.
- Short Summary:
- Lysander arrives at a small, unnamed island after a tough journey in a rowboat. The island is home to Eldric Thorne and his ill grandson, Milo. Eldric explains that Milo's only hope is the rare Moonflower, found deep in the island’s dangerous forest. Determined to help, Lysander ventures into the forest, where he meets an eagle named Aeron. Aeron agrees to show Lysander the Moonflower's location if he helps the forest creatures. Lysander agrees, but before Aeron can explain more, they are attacked by a giant boar. Lysander defeats the boar, learns that its rage was due to its trapped children, and rescues them with the help of other animals. In the process, he finds a piece of a map with a familiar symbol. Returning to Eldric, Lysander gives him the Moonflower. Eldric performs a ritual, and though Milo appears to die, he eventually wakes up. After a month, Milo is fully recovered, and Lysander receives a grand farewell from everyone, including the forest animals. He sets off on his new ship, The Rising Moon, built by Eldric, with Aeron accompanying him on his next adventure under the rising sun.

Time Range: Early March, 1829
Summary: Naoki ends up being employed as a hired sword once again. He temporarily joins the crew of Theodore, who wishes to trade with another crew (who later turn out to be smugglers/information brokers) on Warship Island- the Oni is unaware of the island’s reputation. When the two parties meet, a shot is fired at Theodore, though Naoki pushes his employer away in time. The captain thus suspects his trade partners and starts to murder them. Naoki joins in the bloodshed as part of the contract, quickly following the marksman. While doing this, he witnesses how a ship, belonging to the trade partners, is under attack. After running into the shooter, he proceeds to kill him, slowly getting suspicious that something is wrong, further undermined when running into other crewmen. Upon returning to Theodore, a second ship arrived, belonging to the captain’s brother, Theobald. As the Oni learns how the brothers are slave traders and they captured non-humans from the trade partner’s crew, Naoki turns against them, ultimately freeing the new prisoners and accompanying them into inhabited lands.

During their conversation, Muse learns that the brothers' father is gravely ill. Unable to ignore their situation, he immediately offers his assistance. After examining the father and diagnosing his condition, Muse ventures into the woods with one of the brothers to gather the necessary herbs for the medicine. Despite the challenges they face in finding and harvesting the herbs, they successfully return with them as the sun sets. Muse then carefully prepares the medicine, and the brothers tend to their father throughout the night. Their efforts pay off as the father's condition gradually improves, and by mid-day on March 31st, after a heartfelt discussion amongst themselves, the old man is finally able to sit up and speak on his own.

Summary:
- Full Summary:
- Three naval strategists and snail radio personalities -Clarkson, May and Hammond- defected from the Marines to the Revolutionaries. The Navy tracked them down to Spider Miles and surrounded them. They were trapped in an abandoned warehouse with no way out. Even in such dire straits, however, the propaganda show must go on, thus another exciting episode of Top Sail goes on air.
Fortunately, the Revolutionaries sent Rias to bail the trio out of their bind. With the insider information, she was set to reach the gentlemen first, but the Navy was hot on her heels. They reached the meeting spot at the same time. Only, the gentlemen tricked everyone with their brilliant strategy of... Getting the warehouse number wrong.
To make matters trickier, a mysterious bounty hunter wrapped in unsettling rumors caught whiff of a big, fat payday. After enjoying some tea, he set out to collect three rewards, maybe more. And nothing would stand in his way...
Meanwhile, Yumiko was busy drinking her life away and generally loathing everything. Not even the encircling Navy could capture her interest. However, a chance encounter with a mysterious man stirred something within her... Curiosity, perhaps. Thus, she decided to investigate.
As the Navy realized the ruse, they resorted to smoking out the traitors. Literally. Aiming to catch their targets and frame the Revolutionaries, they set the abandoned warehouses on fire. Justice is more important than damage to some rotting shacks. They would put out the flames before they spread.
Unfortunately, the best laid plans of mice and men often did go awry. A chance meeting brought Rias, Yumiko, and the defectors together. After dropping a burning warehouse on the Marines and the bounty hunter, they traded stories. And insults. Rias was still a little miffed that Yumiko caused her to gain a bounty, way back.
The argument was cut short, however, when the hunter walked out of the inferno unscathed and unperturbed. After saving some lives, he made a beeline for the bounties. Yumiko’s attempt at stopping his pursuit ended in a humiliating defeat. She nearly drowned, only saved by the brave defectors.
Through quick thinking and quicker feet, the escapees managed to borrow a mail boat. They broke through the Navy blockade by performing a maneuver no one should be crazy enough to try. Worked well enough. Leaving Spider Miles behind, they escaped out to the sea. Their destination? A hidden Revolutionary base on the nearest small island.
Realizing that pursuit is useless on slower vessels, the Navy instead sent the word out to nearby bases. Several search parties were summoned to patrol the nearby routes and islands. Worse yet, the relentless bounty hunter pursued on a vessel of his own. The chase was on, as was the show.
Along the way to the destination, Rias and Yumiko pondered the philosophy of life, swords and weakness. Through discussion, they found that beneath the surface... They really had very little in common. In fact, they disagreed heavily on many key issues of life.
Out on the sea, the group was stopped by one of the Navy patrols. At first, their plan of disguise and deception seemed to go well. Nobody suspected a thing, they thought. However, the sharp inspector caught them on a lie and attempted an arrest.
A three-way brawl broke out. One one side, there were the escapees. On the other was the Navy. Then, there was the bounty hunter who caught up, fighting against anyone foolish enough to get in his way.
Yumiko crossed blades with her quarry once more, but only managed a begrudging tie. There was no time to finish the fight, as circumstances drove the foes to work together. Violently resisting arrest combined with arson led to narrow escapee victory.
The group reached their destination with a resounding crash. However, any crash you can walk away from was said to be a good one. While Rias and Yumiko bickered about who’s to blame, the three geniuses kept that wisdom in mind... And walked away.
Finding a conveniently labeled hideout, the defectors entered a not-at-all suspicious cave. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a devious trap set by Cipher Pol agents hungry for a promotion. The crew had not come this far to quit now, though, and fought back viciously.
Much to Yumiko’s surprise and secret delight, the bounty hunter caught up for the third and final time. She resolved to stop the man, letting Rias save her allies. The hunter and the beast crossed blades once more.
In a fierce battle, the samurai finally found what she had been looking for this entire time. Alongside the realization, she discovered a knack for singing. Regaining her confidence was exactly what she needed to win the battle of wills. She launches the bounty hunter far away, ending their short rivalry.
Meanwhile, Rias reached her allies just in time to save them from a one-sided defeat. She turned the tide with her techniques, putting the agents on the back foot. Her strength bought enough time for Revolutionary reinforcements to show up. Closing the adventure the same chaotic way they started it, the Revolutionaries and the tacticians bring the house down on their foes. The collapsing cave lets them escape out to the beach.
Rias doesn’t take kindly to the reinforcements trying to steal all the credit for the rescue. She chases after the men, dragging Yumiko along, with the intent to give their superiors a full report. And a piece of her mind. Battered, exhausted and in dire need of a bath, the group marches into the sunset.

Summary: Big Trouble in Pebble Beach
- Spoiler:
Rubeck is a small island in the north blue neighboring the west of Swallow Island, it is rumored to be a dangerous island by those around it due to the extreme fauna and flora, along with supposed smuggler activity.
The island's landscape of cliffs and valleys carved out by ancient rivers is lush with evergreen forests. and houses hundreds of species of wild animals. The most dangerous ones are found the further inland you go.
Though primarily uninhabited by human life for the majority of its history, smugglers, and pirates have taken advantage of its topography and location to hide illegal operations.Making use of the centuries-old tunnels carved out by the Giant Digger Moles that still frequent the deep labyrinths of the island to this day, continuing to stretch the tunnels further and further.
Even more recently, however, two small factions have taken root on the island and now attempt to lay claim to what they feel is theirs.
Pebble Beach, is a town that rose around a retired yakuza nicknamed the Demon Barber. As much a bear as he was a man, he more than earned his name Okuma. A man of few words, his larger-than-life actions inspired all those around him, building an unwanted following of sorts in his retirement.
He led a fishing village in the rocky harbor with his daughter Hina and his adopted son Kazu, a delinquent and leader of a local gang called the Wharf Rats, made up of a group of young kids who have nothing better to do than cause trouble and swagger around town barking at innocent people.
Several other gangs have united under the Demon Barber and call Pebble Beach home. With many of its citizens sporting pompadours or skin fades.
Kazu himself is an aspiring yakuza barber, having learned the craft from Okuma and his former apprentice. While Hina ran the day-to-day operations of the shanty fishing town. It becomes apparent very quickly that Okuma is a lousy fisherman, and while good with a knife cannot prepare sushi.
It becomes apparent that a rival faction of smugglers and pirates on the other side of the island reside at a place called Moletown. A stinky hovel of garbage where only filth and pests reside. Naturally, this is where we find the good doctor Richard Maxwell making his landfall.
A single whiff and it all comes back to the man, a wide eyed-fresh faced youth of a doctor twenty years before. But more about that later.
Agents from Moletown have been sent to parlay with Pebble Beach, giving them an ultimatum to surrender their land or war will be upon them. Okuma does his best to plead with them and ultimately ends up bowing his head in submission despite the ease with which he could win. Kazu does not take kindly to this and decides to set his own plan into motion.
Dax comes into town after hitching a ride from Spider Miles and immediately face-plants off the boat into a puddle of mud.
Maxwell's trip down memory lane has him meeting up with an old flame, the mastermind behind all of Rubecks affairs. Someone who may or may not have a daughter that bears a striking resemblance to the good doctor.
He once again finds himself roped up in the chaos that is the Queen of Contraband and his ex-girlfriend, Venoronica Belladonna.
We flash back 20 years to see the founding of the island and what brings us to the present-day troubles.
Here we see a young, powerful Okuma and his apprentice Jiro, a young apex mountain monkey sporting a magnificent but immature pompadour. The pair make a deadly duo, Okuma with his Giant Razor and Jiro with his devil fruit powers.
It's here we see the leaders of the gangs that had united under him in the present day meeting him for the first time. With most of them having started as enemies and rivals rather than friends.
We learn that Moletown in the past was ruled by a Kyandi, a large, disgustingly sticky man who had a penchant for violence and taking what he wanted.
Venoronica had a plan to take what she wanted from him by pulling the strings of a young, impressionable Richard and taking advantage of the chaos Okuma and his gangs caused. She did just that.
But not before the sticky candy man had abducted and killed Okuma's wife and kidnapped his daughter. Something that had sent the demon barber off the deep end.
We then come back to the present day and prepare for the war to come.
Part 2: Last Tango in Rubeck
- Spoiler:
Rubeck, a dark, dreary island that no one with any importance ever thought twice about save for its thick fog and dangerous coastline. Perfect for a seedy criminal element to grow unchecked. An island that would one day be known as the birth of one of the world's great criminal organizations.
Right now the gangs of Pebble Beach have united and are currently on their way to ask for help from a powerful would-be ally. Located deep in the mountain, he is known to frequent the hot spring pools in the snow-capped peaks. Known only as the mysterious mountain boss!
Meanwhile, Hina and Dax are following the gangs into the mountains! But they will have to make it through the dangerous environment to do it.
Moletown is preparing for all-out war and have recruited a powerful friend who's only out to save his neck. But there's a mystery going on in shanty town that could determine the fate of the entire island! It will be up to a certain Doctor to save the day in Moletown once again
Kazu and the wharf rats ventured into the mountains after meeting with all the gangs of Pebble Beach to decide what to do about Moletown. It was decided that they would go deep into the peaks to find the leader of the mountain monkeys. None other than Jiro, the former apprentice of Okuma and the best pompadour on the island.
Meanwhile, Hina and Dax have lunch with Okuma, where Dax sees the poor state of the sushi and shows off his cooking skills. Providing the demon bear with a gold-dusted spicy roll. Once Hina finds out about Kazu's plan however she rushes off after him, to which Okuma tasks Dax with keeping Hina safe.
Maxwell begins to follow a subplot started in the background of the first episode that indicates a cannibal murderer on the loose. This has also been suspiciously coinciding with large bite marks in buildings, rocks, and ships appearing suddenly overnight.
Kazu and the wharf rats meet with a tiny little old man who talks too slowly but runs a digger mole taxi service to the top of the mountain. They use this to take a shortcut to Jiro's hot spring kingdom.
Knockoff Nise a gang leader and close friend of Okuma's family introduced in part one is put in charge of the defense of Moletown. Here it is implied once more that he is prone to not telling the truth and that everything with him is not what it appears. He later leaves.
Okuma and his loyal men who refused to leave for his solo march to moletown cut through the Foggy Boggy. A spooky, fog-dense swamp with dangerous animals lurking about. They continue here for some time before being ambushed by someone they recognize.
The queen formerly tasks Maxwell with solving the murders and assigns Bob the bartender to help. After ditching his tail, the doctor follows a trail of hallucinogenic mushrooms to a cave where he meets a llama mink tripping balls.
The pair made fast friends after an initial misunderstanding, with murders and assassins on the loose and all, one could never be too careful.
Oh, and Bob the Bartender is the cannibal, surprise!
The mink and Maxwell manage to fight him off and after a bit of freaking out because of it, Cuzco decides to seek out Jiro for help.
Meanwhile, Dax follows the bear cub up the side of the mountain realizing just how terrifying she can be.
Once all the groups rendevous at the mountain springs, Kazu and Jiro have a barber battle. With Maxwell being picked as Kazu's model. With skill precision and power, he hit that man with a pomp that had more than a don.
For a moment, Maxwell was engorged with power, the pompadour king with an army of smaller less veiny pompadour monkeys barking at his back. It was here that he single-handedly defeated Jiro in one one-on-one combat and sent the former leader packing in disgrace.
However, his victory was short-lived as the pompadour and its power washed away and left Maxwell a soaking rat. The monkeys then defected to Kazu the next most glorious pompadour in the area.
The group finds out Maxwell's bounty and he is forcibly enlisted into the Pebble Beach fighting force.
Hina receives a call on a den den mushi that Moletown forces are attacking the town while they are away. She and the wharf rats rush off while Maxwell attempts to sneak away and spooks a herd of Rubeckian Rams that the monkeys keep as mounts. The group scattered off and took the doctor, mink, and Dax with them.
While Hina and the Wharf Rats lead a monkey army down the mountain to take back Pebble Beach. Maxwell and Dax are carried by the herd deep into the tunnels, ending up in the basement of the -Unken Centurian of all places!
Here a confrontation of epic proportions unfolds as Okuma makes his appearance by cleaving the building and the mountain behind it in half. Descending into the basement like the monster he was, it took every bit of the three villains strength and cunning to come out on top.
Eventually, the combination of wounds and poison administered by the trio would stop his heart while he was still standing. Using grade-A set production and Oscar-winning acting, Dax and Maxwell sold the story that the queen had been responsible for the barber's death and that they had barely survived thanks to him.
Part 3: Viva La Costas
- Spoiler:
We open up weeks later, with most of Pebble Beach having been developed using a large workforce and supplemented by Devil Fruit powers. The small, struggling fishing port was now a brightly lit casino town with a redlight district and a massive golden lighthouse.
A bear statue was erected on the cliff where the lighthouse sits in honor of the great hero Okuma. Something the new mayor had commissioned herself and was funded by the man none of this would be possible without, Mr. Morgan.
Having called together investors and proposed radical plans for the island, Dax publically looked to be the hero of the island. He was instrumental in taking down the queen and he has honored the demon barber in every way possible. Even voting for Hina as mayor over himself, preferring to run a less than humble-looking casino.
Privately, however, the queen continues to make schemes and plans while operating directly under Dax. Thus giving her the freedom to do as she pleases while he takes all the public responsibility, good or bad. She has since begun establishing a smuggling and slaving business using her old connections under the alias of Mr. Au, the supposed head of investors that Dax brought on board.
Maxwell is now the public face of Moletown, which has been converted to a major port and is the public headquarters of the Gold | Works Trading Co. a perfectly legal business to which the doctor is a high-ranking member of.
The grand opening of Las Costas will be set in the episode that follows this. But the island will operate publically as a Las Vegas in the fog vibe with sin and debauchery as the top priorities, catering to any and all avenues of fun and pleasure.

Time Range: Late February 1829 - Early April 1829

Category: Episode
Player Participants: Dax Morgan (+2), Richard Maxwell (+1)
Planned Location(s): Rubeck
Planned Time Range: Late April (After the Event)
Summary: With a few weeks under her belt, Las Costa's has become a thriving gem at the heart of North Blue. Bringing visitors from all over as they hear the rumors of a city of sin tucked nicely in a blanket of fog on Rubeck's rocky shores.
Whispers of a mysterious Mr. Au have circulated throughout the island and beyond as the benefactor to the towns miraculous rise to fame. It is rumored he may be affiliated with less than reputable company.
Cuzco has taken to singing in Dax's new casino The Golden Imp, showing up half in the bottle every night. Though whether that be a bottle of alcohol or pills could vary. But dam, does that Llama put on a fucking show.
Jiro, wallowing in pity and self-loathing spends his days drinking in the bars and starting fights with the patrons before being run off by his former henchman, now head of security for the island. One particular instance has him coming up against none other than the Goldmonger.
Richard, meanwhile, has returned to his roots, opening clinics and hiring medical staff. He has publicly sworn to ensure that the honored guests and valued workers of the island can get the best treatment they can afford. ...Just kidding. A little Moletown humor there. Of course every patient is equal. Some patients are just more equal than others.
The good doctor also has his hands full trying to curb the rumors about a strange dealer called Mr. As. Supposedly, the shadow can fulfill even the trickiest request of the richest VIP patrons... Which is utter nonsense, of course. Richard assures people that such a figure doesn’t exist. And if this no doubt intelligent and handsome stranger did actually exist, he would not appreciate being called Mr. Ass.

Time Range: Early March, 1829
Summary: Noah wishes to have fun for the night and visits a bar in the Briss Kingdom where he quickly meets an artist, Levio Delgado, whom he eventually follows home for a one-night stand. When Noah wakes up the next morning he needs a moment to gather himself and is eventually left alone in the house after Levio leaves for a meeting. Ultimately Noah decides to go, just to realize that he is trapped in the house. In the ensuing search for an exit he finds the atelier with different art pieces containing human blood and bones. There, he meets the artist again and confronts him, eventually killing Levio before escaping.
Crimes: Murder of a civilian (technically in self-defence). While there are no witnesses per se, Noah was found standing next to the corpse with bloodstained hands.

Quality Score (Re)assessment: Yes
Time Range: November 28, 1828 - December 28, 1828 (There is a time skip at the end. Most of the quest takes place in one day )

[approve]Just in case you haven't noticed, you are technically RPing in the past. The first World Event took place in December 1828. The second is taking place in April 1829. This is fine, of course, but just be aware that the site lore is currently at around April 1829.[/approve]

Player Participants: Molly Tohv (+0)
Planned Location(s): Uncharted Island in the South Blue
Planned Time Range: April 1829
Summary: After a rough time at sea, Molly wrecks her tiny catboat on an uncharted, rocky island. She fears she's stranded, but finds her luck has finally won out—
What was once a humble mining village has been taken over by a small band of pirates, seeking to use the island's resources to build a weapons-dealing business. After a failed attempt to free his village from their new management, the former mayor is captured—his daughter, desperate to find anyone willing to help, asks Molly to save him. Molly couldn't care less about the innocent civilians or their stupid mayor, but everyone underestimating her because of her size is really starting to tick her off—and ruining these pirates' plans sounds like a great way to let off some steam.
