Growing up Thaddeus began his journey into crime as a look out for the local street boys. Growing into puberty Thaddeus learned how to shoot from an old time gangster and began menacing the streets soon after.
By age 13 he was the leader of his own gang of boys, soon the street rats began robbing stores, homes, and mugging people on the street, much to the displeasure of the local Mafia.
By age 15 Thaddeus completed his first Bank Robbery and had amassed 10,000 beli bounty.
By age 17 Thaddeus had begun moving in on rival gang territory in his attempt to gain control over the port of Notice.
This was a big step because a runt was muscling around the Mafia.
By age 19 Thaddeus' gang had waged full on war with the Notice Mob. There was chaos in the streets for an entire year as the 2 gangs fought day in and day out over control of the City.
On his 20th Birthday Thaddeus' close friend Jazza was killed in an ambush by Marines.
With nothing left to do as Marines moved in on the Port City, Thaddeus and his gang fled to sea. Becoming rookie Pirates.
By age 21 Thaddeus' crew was absorbed by a much bigger pirate operation and many of the members began their careers in piracy at this point.
At age 26 Thaddeus returned home to take control of the empire he'd left behind.
and has been fighting the mob ever since.

You can't have major events placed at important locations in your history, this is in reference to the Impel Down part and the major prison break.
And secondly, you can't start with such a high bounty like 70 million at level 1.

Right back in Notice.
