The Ito Ito no mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and manipulate strings, making the user a String Human. This allows them to create and manipulate strings that they create from themselves, being able to make solid constructions and objects to use in combat or to attack the opponent with the strings themselves being able to but through not only solid objects but things such as clouds and part water when cutting through.
Fighting Style: Mad Hatters Quartet
Weapon Utilization: N/a
Description: The Mad Hatter uses his strings as if playing a musical instrument causing the enemies to dance and sing along in pain and screams to his wonderful music.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Sora no Michi ("Sky's Path"): Ika attaches his strings to clouds, building, and other object to move around freely allowing him to move through the air. However, while using this cause the user 10% reflex debuff this ability only becomes available for tier three.
Waiyā sōsa ("Wire Manipulation"): This allows the user to freely manipulate and control strings within the UT range of the user.
Buki no toguru ("Weapon toggle"): This allows the user mold strings and freely create weapons that have a base UT damage, which the makes different types weapons, however, the user cannot use this ability until tier two.
Nuime o ensō suru ("Play Stitiches"): Every post Ika can restore HP equal to one UT to himself.
