Line going down the middle of his face with multiple perpendicular, intersecting lines. As if his face was opened up. His whole body has various scars in places where he was experimented on as well as an array of scars from being flogged.
Clothing and Accessories: Regardless of his uniform, Adrian is always wearing a full-bodied disguise to hide his features. Most importantly with this garb, he is always wearing a mask. While his eyes are cyan, he wears contacts that are all-white and even powders his face to seem extremely pale. Even his hair is concealed by a nearly skin-tight hood connecting to his mask. The only part visible is his eyes.
When he does decided to go out without his disguise, he simply wears pajamas and a loose shirt. He really doesn't care about how people see him, and typically he is not going out for duty without his disguise. In fact, some might say he is obsessive over his own hygiene. His nails are always taken care of and he never allows his chin to develop hair. While he doesn't care about his body, his mouth would be too warm with hair. On his back is a tattoo of an upside-down mountain and a noose coming down off of it. The mountain has the color of blue ice and there is mist circling around it. Despite his age, he seems incredibly young.
The Past

Dislikes: Civilians, Righteous people, certain people above him, zoan-users, animals.
Unique laugh: While it doesn't have a unique sound, it always seems either condescending or lawful evil.
Hometown: Tequila Wolf
Personality: Adrian is a very calm and collected person, rarely ever flustered as usually he feels he is the dominant one in the situation. If, for some reason, this is perverted to where he feels inferior to the person, he will immediately see them as a definite threat and will be a lot more cautious about that threat. He has a nearly indomitable confidence in everything says, does, believes, etc. While he may be calm, he does love the act and idea of violence. Enabling his violent nature results in great pleasure for him and he will take any moment he can to inflict pain on something or someone.
As a result of being so collected, Adrian is a very tactical-thinking person. He considers the options every person has, possible consequences, definite consequences, how they react to other options, and more when it comes to the battlefield. This way of thinking even applies to life in general for him, which he takes pride in. Another big trait of his that is a result of another is his narcissism. He loves himself, even thinking of himself over any significant other he's had or will have. In fact, this makes him feel that most relationships are pointless until someone amazes him enough to make him think of them over himself.
However, it is not easy to make Adrian think someone is amazing, especially since he has a superiority complex. When it comes to those he knows are superior to him, he will dislike them if they have not gained his respect. Naturally powerful punks do not gain his respect, but hard-earned power or power earned through action in general will gain his respect. This is more of a gray area, so the reasons he may or may not respect someone being more powerful than him will change based on how they make him feel. The personality of another definitely affects this ideal. Lastly, Adrian hates civilians due to multiple factors. They are usually always naive or ignorant, they often come off as very entitled and they are more often than not useless. The only exception to this are people who truly know pain or the struggle.
Ironically, Adrian respects the poor as they do not come off as entitled and are often less naive. Actions, however, matter very much to Adrian and the actions of someone can create unique dynamics with how Adrian acts towards them.
- History:
Adrian was not born into the Marines like many, nor was he adopted due to being an orphan like the lesser many. Adrian was born as a slave for Tequila Wolf, a project of pain and labor. A project where the blind eye if the world do not see the abuse people go through. Adrian, being a much different person from his present self, grew up humble and lacking his current self-esteem. His family did their best to work hard, but like many they experience near starvation. His father was almost as abusive as the marines that guarded Tequila Wolf. His mother was completely supportive of his father's actions, and they hardly loved him at all. It was a tragic way to be raised, but Adrian kept a bright smile and lied to himself for his entire adolescence.
Eventually, he decided that he needed to escape from the black hole that was building that bridge. Every once in a while, there would be revolutionaries that tried saving people and fighting against the marines. He knew that hoping for their return would help him live through malnutrition and constant abuse. He knew that they would save him, but every time they popped up...the marines kept them suppressed. The closest he reached to having a revolutionary save him was the arrival of a younger group of slaves. He befriended the oldest of said slaves, and even was taught a few things to defend himself. His name was simply Earl.
This relationship developed into a more romantic and physical one, which caused his family to notice it eventually. His father attempted to beat him out of frustration, but Adrian snapped and fought back. Shocked by the defense and having the beatings reversed on the father, his mother reported him. Whatever his lover taught him for defense would not be enough for the marines, who flogged his back relentlessly. Thankfully, the constant cold kept him from bleeding too much. After lazily being patched up, he went home to his lover instead of his parents.
After seeing this, Earl revealed he was there to save many and decided to attempt to get him out. He proceeded to take advantage of Adrian, who spent a few days recovering. One night, he overheard his lover speaking softly to what seemed to be a fellow revolutionary. Smiling brightly, he assumed this would be the start of his rebellion against the World Government. Alas, he heard naught about his escape...but their own escape as the marines have started taking notice. Earl even specifically mentioned that he had to cut Adrian loose as his stunt with his family made it harder for him to act.
Adrian, crushed at this, returned to his former lover's quarters and stole his knife. Dashing out into the cold, he narrowly avoided marines and dashed around corners and alleyways. Eventually a much larger marine suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Gripping him up by the head, he smashed the kid into the wall. Staring into Adrian's cold eyes, he laughed with great condescension. The man was sadistic and knew about his relationship with the fellow slave. Toying with him, the marine ignored that the boy had a knife. Heart throbbing with anxiety, Adrian made the split-second decision to drive the knife into the marine's throat.
Damning his family to slavery, his wild escape plan led him to avoiding marines as much as he could. Reaching a part of the bridge mentioned by the revolutionaries, he saw someone waiting below on a boat....however it was a very large drop. Angry, Adrian jumped off anyways, flailing in the air. While dropping, he used his whirling momentum to throw his knife down. Thankfully, it did not spear and was also whirling randomly. Crashing into the water, the knife broke it so that he could safely land. While it wasn't entirely safe and he did, in fact, pass out; Adrian was alive.
Later on he awoke on the boat he intended to get to, his eyes opening to a sharp trident being pointed in his direction. A heavily-disguised figure revealed themselves to be a fellow revolutionary. Adrian, having a newfound dark in him, convinced the man that the others were on their way and he was escaping the marines that were chasing him. Adrian knew he didn't have a knife on hand and he was not intending to wait there for the others. When the trident-wielding revolutionary let down their guard, he took the opportunity to lunge at them. They dropped their trident and fell into the ice-cold water. Adrian used the boat's motor to make a quick escape.
Looking back at Tequila Wolf, Adrian's anger manifested into a cold stare. Betrayal, slavery, all kinds of abuse; he was going to rise above this. It didn't matter if someone was a marine or a slave...everyone had an oozing darkness festering in their hearts. This meant he wouldn't hate the marines, and in fact respected their power and order they brought.
Adrian spent the next few months barely surviving and going across insignificant islands in search of food. For the first month, he was narrowly avoiding the pursuit of marines. Eventually, through months of aimless sailing, he'd come to Loguetown. There, he was briefly taken in by the merchant house of Ottsel. They took good care of him, kept him well fed. He was able to watch a couple years of their son's growth, and he felt happy. However, inside he was becoming a much more vile person. He hated that the kid adored him and would likely remember his face as a friendly one.
Unsurprisingly, he was lost to the pirates and bandits of the island, becoming subject to human trafficking. Blind-folded, he journeyed for weeks across the blues. Barely fed and barely surviving, he thrived through this pain. Eventually, he'd be released to a professor who put him under cruel procedures. For years, he was a drug mule to taste random things on. After that, he was able to send a letter to his adoptive family, but he was not able to escape a brutal experimentation. He didn't know if it bore any fruit, but the doctor had split open his face to examine it.
No implants, no real change made. The mad scientist poked and prodded at the muscle underneath his face. Stitching the boy's face back up, the man let him recover without making him undergo anymore procedures. Never did he learn the man's name, but for some reason he no longer experienced forced drugs or surgeries. The mad scientist's guards eventually forced him out of the laboratory without word, releasing him without any restraints and locking the door tight. Little did he know, he was on Minion Island, faaaaar from home.
Earl stood before him. Angry, he held a trident he likely retrieved from his adoptive family. Adrian looked at him with cold eyes, much like he looked at his father or the marine he killed. Earl told him how the man he stole that trident from had been a devil fruit user, meaning he drowned when he fell in the water. It was also Earl's true lover, so at least that was consistent about Earl. Adrian stood strong, despite the horrid experience he had with the laboratory. Smirking, he mocked Earl, prompting the trident to come towards him. Adrian stopped it with his hand, feeling one of the pikes driving through his hand. Jabbing Earl in the throat, he proceeded to disarm him.
The one thing the scientist provided were countless books to read. That's all he could do: read, read, read. He knew that Earl was not experienced with the trident, so his form was awful with it. Using that to his advantage, he reversed the situation and pinned Earl to the ground. While Adrian began developing into the heartless person he is today, he found it very difficult to kill Earl. Instead, he opted to knock out Earl and he took his boat out of Minion Island. Adrian journeyed long and far, finding an island isolated from society and trained.
When he felt he was fit enough, he took the longest journey he'd ever taken to Las Camp. There, he was faceless and nameless. The marines easily took him in, and he developed himself as a marine. His violence and anger evolved into a cold, cynical sadism. He controlled himself and cut off his emotional ties. However, before joining the marines and going through this process, he forever disguised his greatly-scarred body. He wasn't going to let the marines who didn't require it to see him. There, he refined his studies over boats (figured he needed to know what got him places), weaponry and even secretly practiced interrogation techniques on anyone who turned coat or flunked out.
Adrian tried to make himself as valuable as possible, and hopes that focus on his development as a marine and the experiences he learned from show his growth into a powerful being.

Note: Your app will be double checked by Gray later due to some aspects I'm not too sure about. In the meantime, however.
