Detailed Description: Malik is of average height and above for a boy his age and average weight as he's 5 feet and 10 inches tall, while weighing 151 pounds. His skin tone is a shade of chocolate brown. He inherited it from his mother, but her skin tone is a slightly darker color. His hair color is black and mid-length as it reaches to the bottom of his neck. Three bangs hang in the middle-front of his forehead while two longer ones hang on each side of his face, also covering the left and right side of his forehead. His eyes are a shade of golden brown. On his face, he wears grey-framed glasses.
Malik's body is of a slightly muscular build. This was a result of his training at an early age with his family. The purpose of it was in order to to increase the toneness of his body. Despite how fit his form is, the structure of his muscles cannot be seen with his clothes on. This is due to the baggy attire the boy prefers to wear. The spacious cloth that makes up his own outfits serves as a way to conceal his tone build. Additionally, with his slim figure, his muscles are shown to be small, but he is still fit. They lean closer to his upper-body.
For his usual attire he wears a black shirt with a white-outlined, black lightning bolt on the front. It's hidden by his cyan blue hoodie. It's his favorite choice of clothing as he always washes it and has it wrinkle-free, so it looks brand new. The pants he wears are a sky blue color. They're long and very baggy, giving him much room to more around in. The last piece of his outfit are his grey shoes. They each have a cyan blue trim on top of the soles. On his face, he wears grey framed glasses. This counts for all of his clothes.
Malik also wears alternate outfits. Many are of a similar style, relating to his usual outfit. The colors of these clothes consists mostly of shades of blue, black, green and white. His first alternate outfit is quite uncomplicated in description. The first piece of clothing he wears on his upper-body is a black shirt. It is rather simple in appearance with short sleeves. Instead of his cyan blue hoodie worn over it, it is another shirt. It also has short sleeves and has buttons on it, so it can be closed up. It is left unbuttoned to reveal what is underneath. It is of a lighter shade of black than the shirt under it. There is also a few touches on it to help it stand out. On the edges of these sleeves and at the bottom of the shirt are cyan blue trims. On the lower-part of his body are army green, baggy jeans. The last part of the clothing are black shoes.
His second alternate outfit includes a black shirt possessing long sleeves. Worn over this is a cyan blue shirt. In contrast with what is under this clothing, it has short sleeves. It has a hood that Malik can wear over his head and on the bottom are pockets, akin to that of a hoodie. The difference between this shirt and what he wears for his usual outfit is a zipper, which this garment lacks. On the boy's legs, he wears black, baggy pants. There is one cyan blue trim circling around each sleeve of this clothing where they cover his knees. Finally, on his feet, he wears black shoes.
As with the other two outfits, his third alternate consists of clothes with similar shades of his chosen colors he likes to wear. Like the other choices of attire, they can be easily described. It is due to the fact that they mainly consists of shirts, pants, and shoes. On the upper-part of his body, he wears a blue shirt with short sleeves. What is being worn over it is a white, short-sleeved, unbuttoned shirt. On the edges of the sleeves and at the bottom of it are cyan blue trims. On the lower-part of his body is dark blue baggy jeans. Lastly, he wears white shoes with blue soles.
His fourth alternate set of clothes is rather simple. This is due to it being consisted of little choices of clothing. However, it sill holds the similar array of shades, like with his other types of attires. For the upper-body of the boy's physique, he wears a short-sleeved, cyan blue shirt. On his legs, he wears jeans that are simply gray in color. Like the sky blue pants of his usual outfit, they are very baggy and provides much room for him to move around in. Finally, he wears black shoes with cyan blue soles at the bottom of them.

Likes:
- Family: The people who love and care for him, regardless of what or who he he in the first. Malik's family and friends are more important to him than anything in all of existence. When they are in danger, he will risk his very life to save all of theirs.
- Friends: Those he is not related to whom are considered part of his family. They are just as important to him as his family. Like them, he will protect their lives with his.
- Helping Others: Malik has always liked helping others since he was a child. Even as a little boy, he would help his mother with chores and various other activities around where they were living.
- Being Nice to Others: Malik prefers to be polite and kind towards others. This especially includes his family, friends, and strangers that appear as good people to him. He dislikes being cold, mean, and distance to people.
- Girls: As a male, Malik is attracted to the opposite sex, specifically speaking, females. He especially is drawn to beautiful women. Despite his attraction to ladies, he is not a pervert in any kind of way. He respects their privacy and gives them plenty of space. He also acknowledges their rights as women.

- Writing: The third of his three hobbies he does when having spare time that is not reserved for anything of current interest. When not reading or drawing, he writes down certain information he has learned to keep track of or to refresh his memory of what he already knows in the first place.
- Becoming Stronger: Malik enjoys the thrill of becoming more powerful. The stronger he becomes, the more lives he can save, the better he can protect his family, and the more opponents he gets to fight who are of a higher level.
- Lightning: Lightning is Malik's favorite elemental force of nature. It is something of how it flashes as well as it's beauty that fascinates him.
- Fire: Fire is another one of the boy favored elemental forces, liking it as much as lightning. Like electricity, he is very fascinated by it's appearance.
Dislikes:
- Evil: Malik not only hates evil, he despises it entirely. He cannot stand to watch innocent people suffer at it's grip, just because it takes sheer enjoyment out of the pain of others. Evil is the only thing Malik truly hates in all of existence.
- Evil Beings: Since he has a great loathing for evil, Malik hates evil being as a result. It is the way they act, how they hurt others, and how they have disregard for innocent life is what angers him to no end. These are but a few of the many things he does not lie about an evil person such as this.
- Bullies: Malik has always been annoyed by bullies. In his own opinion, they are cowardly punks who pick on those who cannot defends themselves, but run away in terror on someone stronger than them.
- Family and Friends Getting Hurt: What pains him the most is seeing the people he truly cares for in pain and suffering. It is a sight that aches his soul. He will do everything in his power to crush the target that cause the pain in the first place as well as help his family and friends be joyous again.
- Being Useless: Malik dislikes being unable to help in any way he can. He finds it frustrating having to watch his family and friends in danger while he is temporarily, physically incapable of assisting or even saving them.
- Torture, Especially of an Unnecessary Level: Malik loathes having to watch innocent lives tormented. He will not tolerate such a sight. He especially will not under any circumstance stand to watch his loved ones tortured, otherwise, he will see to personally that the one who caused such torture pays. Tormenting others on an unnecessary level will also make his blood boil.
- Cruelty: A certain personality trait that many villainous and wicked individuals happen to display. This is also the opposite of kindness. Malik greatly dislikes how certain people treat others so coldly, no caring for how they feel. What disgusts him is the sheer enjoyment wicked and callous individuals take in treating the innocent in such a manner. He loathes this kind of behavior and will not stand for it, since it is akin to bullying and a certain trait of an evil being.

Personality: Malik is a kind and caring person, showing kindness at any given moment to others. He is often polite and thoughtful to others around him. He mostly thinks about the well-being of individuals more than himself, even if it means he gets hurt in the process. This can indicate recklessness when saving people. Malik can be quite timid at times as he is shy around strangers who seem to be nice people, especially girls. However, he is daring enough to speak with them. Over time however, as he gets to know the people around him, he becomes more open towards them. Given time or when he so chooses, he will express how he feels as well as speak of personal subjects in his life. This can include his dreams, feelings, etc.
Since Malik is thoughtful and caring towards others, he puts their needs and problems before his. This would make him a selfless person. As such, he would put his own life at risk for the safety of others, even if it is for one innocent life. Being selfless, he is also not stingy with anything, but certain belongings. He is not reluctant to share them unless they hold great value to the boy. He can also be helpful. He is kind enough to lend someone a hand when in dire need. It doesn't matter what kind of situation of assistance is presented to him by someone, he will assist them, especially if it is far more serious than a simple task. He will also accept favors from his friends and family, unless it's an evil thing from an evil person. A certain fact that can prevent him from agreeing to favors from others is how exhausted he is for certain reasons.
Malik has a calm, collected personality and is difficult to anger. This would mean he is able to keep a steady mind, even in the most dire of situations. He is able to remain calm and find the enemy's weakness or read their movements. An example is a serious battle against a powerful foe. However, he will also, at times, attack head-on, a trait derived from his recklessness. In situations where his friends are losing focus, fighting with each other, or don't know what to do, he calms them down and tries to think of a plan to turn things around. He may not know it, but Malik can be very courageous. Whether it's a witch, demon, or anything else fearsome, he'll stand his ground, especially for his friends and family. He also has a fondness for combat, but on a less aggressive scale, mostly anyway. He doesn't go around picking fights on a daily basis. He would rather relax and try not cause trouble. However, it doesn't mean he won't challenge someone.
He is a very intellectual person as well, having much knowledge of various kind of things within the world. These subjects include geography, history, natural laws of nature, technology, chemistry, grammar, art, astrology, and mythology. Malik has had exceptional intelligence ever since he was a child. He excelled quite well in activities requiring the use of his mind. He has also increased his already vast mind with reading, which developed into a hobby and liking to him. Along with this, he has adopted a likeness for writing as well. A hobby he has liked before reading and grammar was drawing. He was always had a talent for illustrating art. The drawings he creates are astounding to others. Knowing much of the world around, Malik is one of the people to go to for information about a mysterious object. If he doesn't, then it is more unknown than anyone had thought. His intellect allows him to devise strategies and complex tactics in battle. He is also quick to understand what others are trying to imply, such as a goal or a simple answer for a question.
Malik comes from a family of Chrstians. As such, starting from his early childhood, he was raised on the Christian Belief, the true belief of how all of existence and beyond came to be through Lord God. It is due from growing up with this common view shared by his many family members, including his mother and father, Malik has a positive, optimistic, supernatural view of the world. He is a strong believer and has great faith in God. Through his belief in God and the supernatural, Malik has a God-given gift of insight. He has much understanding about the natural forces, laws, workings, and much more about the universe and anything of God. It is because of this gift, he is able to connect with individuals and relate to one another through his wisdom, own past, and strong beliefs. He never loses faith and will not ever despair as he sees no reason too, even in moments of tragedy and/or despair. Malik also has a talent for giving hope to others when they are feeling depressed, lost, or in pain.
The boy may have a calm personality, but he does have a limit to tolerating others, meaning he has a temper. It's very hard to get him angry in the first place, as he is always level-headed and stays collected when someone insults him or even hits him, but in certain situations, his anger will explode to the surface. While angered, he can get a furious look in his eyes and becomes fierce. Despite him usually being quiet, he can raise his voice to a louder than usual volume, so others will hear him. Malik can also be strict with others. He can be quite assertive when trying to make peace or cease arguments between his friends either they be verbal of physical. Sometimes, he himself will resort to violence when the situation calls for it. He is also a mature individual, showing to be an authoritative figure in some situations.
In combat, his personality is very similar when outside of battle. When fighting against a person he considers a comrade, he remains calm and collected. No matter which turn-of-events would take place, he would still be level-headed with others. Even if he should happen to lose, he would congratulate his opponents and show them much respect. This indicates that he is not a sore loser and is not obsessed with victory. As long as it is a battle with him and his family and friends, he will have fun, regardless of which way the fight goes in the person's favor. In fact, losing to one of his comrades may inspire him to become more powerful, so he can protect those he cares for and defend those who are unable to stand up for themselves. Against a person who it his enemy, Malik becomes more serious, especially if it is a battle against an evil being. In fights such as this, losing seems less of an option and certain opponents try to kill the combatant. He also will not hold back, giving every ounce of strength he has, but is careful how he uses it. While he is reckless, blindly rushing in to save others, he is mindful of his actions within combat. Still, if his enemies were to hurt his family and friends in any way just for their sheer enjoyment, he will crush them with great ferocity and viciousness. This gives one a good look on how much Malik despises evil. Despite how his opponents are, he can be very merciful. If he has the chance of killing a wicked being or moving on to the next objective, he most likely would choose to spare his enemy.
- History:
Malik was born on Karate into a family of a loving mother and father. Their names were both Monique and Cortez Roberts, respectively. They were once pirates who sailed the great wide world. Over the years they had a multitude of adventures, put together a crew, and fought many opponents. They gained fame everywhere they went up to the point that their names were equivalent to those of legends. At one point in their lives, they settled down on Karate Island before their children came along. Ever since he was an infant, Malik has always been fascinated in the martial arts along with becoming a pirate. His mother would tell him numerous stories of the adventures she and his father had while they were still pirates both in the afternoon and at night as bedtime stories. He has a younger brother and younger sister, who were also aspired to go out at sea someday much like him. Despite their enthusiasm, they still have much to learn about the world and they are still too young. As an infant, Malik was often curious of his surroundings. When he could crawl, he would try to wonder off in the new house his parents had settled in. Before he wondered off too far, Monique would pick him up and try to satisfy his curiosity.
Hearing of the multitude of adventures and excitement his parents had experienced from his mother inspired the boy to become a pirate. He hopes to one day set sail out towards the seas in the world and follow his dreams. Although, he has yet to solidify any within his mind yet. Cortez truly enjoyed the time he spends with his wife and kids. He would love to stay longer with his loving family more and help raise his sons and daughter, but, unfortunately, he had to leave as a result being part of an organization. Sometime after settling down on Karate Island, Cortez became a member of the Revolutionary, helping fight against the World Government's supposed tyranny. As such, it was his duty to help in the rebellion. This is when Malik was only five years old. His sister was too young to remember him. He promised his wife he will come back after five years have passed. By then, the kids will have grown by a good amount, though, sill very young and innocent. Before leaving, he apologizes to Monique for not being able to be with his children and see them grow into adventurous. Thankfully, she was very forgiving and understood how difficult it was being a revolutionary. With a kiss goodbye, she bid him good luck and farewell on his newest journey.
Growing up on an island of fighters, Malik has always been fascinated in martial arts. He simply sat and watched as the many combatants engaged in combat. He was finding himself enjoying the thrill of battle. It was to be expected at some point as his mother saw how her son reacted to the multiple fights before his innocent eyes. Much of the Roberts Family was made up of various martial artists. As a young boy aspiring to be a fighter himself, Malik enjoys a good fights. However, fighting without a purpose or reason served none as such. It was a lesson and saying his mother both taught and told him. After witnessing many battles on Karate Island, the boy decides he wants to learn martial artists as well. Way before he gained this fascination in battle, he looked out towards the sea, wanting to set sail. It wasn't just about the idea of being a pirate, it was to live his life freely without any restraints, following his heart, striving for his dreams.
When he reached the age of six, he went to ask his mother on learning martial arts. She agreed to train Malik with a smile on her face, happy that he son was taking after much of the family. As such, she will teach him the fighting style passed down from their family, "Martial Warrior". However, she will tutor only the basics such as stances and how to launch punches and kicks. The boy was still young and she didn't wanted him to get ahead of himself or push his body too hard. This continued for months and he was advancing quickly in the basics of his training. Malik was a child of gifted intelligence, understanding, and insight of world around him along with the universe. The first signs of his genius was when she saw how fast her son was developing intellectual and mentally when he was still four to five years old. There were times were she saw that he was easily reading through a book for children much older than him and writing rather well. Already he knew the stances and how to launch various punches and kicks. As much time passed, Malik was becoming more skilled in martial arts. His dream, courage, determination, and confidence helped in his progress as a fighter as well. He wonders, when he manages to consume a Devil Fruit of his own, what powers he will acquire. His father told him about the Devil Fruit, that any one can give you any possible power, but each one is unique and one-of-a-kind. Malik desires to have one, no matter which type he ends up with.
While in a training session on his island's beach, the child noticed a unknown object had washed upon the sands of his homeland's beach. It rested upon the sandy shore, sitting close to the cascading waves, which spread it's salt-rich waters across the grain-filled surface. Immediately he stopped his training momentarily and decided to turn and walk towards the aforementioned object. His mother was on her way to the beach in order to observe how her son has come along in his efforts. As the boy grew closer to his point of interest at this moment, his expression soon turned one of surprise as he noticed that it was a Devil Fruit. Malik quicken his pace of walking upon this realization and picked up the fruit with both of his hands when he was close enough. While the mysterious object was in his palms, he began to ponder on what powers he will receive once he has eaten it. From what he has learned from his father, the unique power one gains is seemingly based on chance. As such, their was a possibility that he could get any power. When Monique had arrived at the beach, she noticed her eldest son holding something within his hands. Immediately, she recognized it as a Devil Fruit. She was both shocked and nervous as she rushed towards her child to try and stop him from eating it.
While she was interested in the object he was holding, the woman knew all too well on how the power from the Devil Fruit were gained. While there was a chance for a person to be gifted an amazing ability, there was also an equal possibility of a someone obtaining a power that would only serve to hinder them. Additionally, like with all who have eaten a Devil Fruit, they will be unable to swim in their physical bodies for as long as they live on Earth. This was the reason she ran as fast as she could to try ans stop her child as she didn't want her son to be given an otherworldly ability that would serve little to no benefit to him and would be seen as more of a curse than a gift. Of course a power is only a curse when you choose to make it one. As the woman called out to her son, she was too late as the boy raised the fruit towards his mouth and bit into it. This caused her to immediately stop in her tracks. All she could now was wait and hope that the boy would be granted with a power that was indeed impressive. As Malik began to chew, the six year-old expression changed to that of one of great disgust as he closed his eyes and puffed out his cheeks at the foul taste that had just landed upon his taste buds. He remembered his father telling him pf the revolting flavor every Devil Fruit had. It was worth enduring such a foul taste to gain such amazing powers. Quickly chewing onto the piece of fruit, Malik soon swallowed it. At that moment, he began to feel different, as if something was a part of him now.
Monique began to move closer to the boy after he has eaten the fruit he has found laying on the beach. She asked, if he was okay and how he felt. His reply when he looked to her was that he was okay, but he can feel something new inside of him. Dropping the fruit he was still holding within his hands, he turned his gaze out towards the sea the ever so surrounded his home island. He then, held up his right hand to his face, feeling very much aware of the power inside of him as most, who have eaten a Devil Fruit have that same awareness. He clenched it into a firm fist and focused as much of his strength as his small body would allow. He returned his gaze towards the sea and shifted his form into a combative stance. He pulled his fist back and with a mighty thrust, the event that soon followed was tremendous. The boy's punch ended up cracking the air in front of him. This surprised both him and his mother. The cracked atmosphere in front of Malik soon shattered and with it released a powerful shockwave that simply flowed outward. The force of it pushed the waters that guarded Karate Island into large waves. The shockwave was of such intensity that even the rocks that were close to this occurrence immediately started to crumble. When the the attack dissipated, the mother and son stood in awe at what the boy had just done.
Through her expertise in identifying various items and forces as a result of her adventures, Monique knew all too well on what power her son has now. It was the power to create massive vibrations or shockwaves, which causes immensely destructive earthquakes and seaquake. The wielder can also manipulate vibrations and the mediums they travel through with future practice. This power, undoubtedly, was dormant with the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, until Malik ate it. As he was just learning control over them, it became apparent that Malik didn't cause an earthquake by accident as all he did was created a shockwave that all seemed to traverse through the air itself. Monique has soon gotten over her awe and told her soon to turn and face her. As he did, she told him now that he had this kind of amazingly destructive power, what does he chooses to use it for. Knowing the kind, heroic, righteous, and virtuous person he was, she knew he would use these powers wisely and justly, but she wanted to make sure. His reply was as she expected. He told her he will use them to protect the innocent, to crush evil, to take down wicked beings, to do what is right. The women smiled, proud that her son knows what to do with great power as it comes with a great responsibility to wield. This also help to give her a gaze on what his dreams were. Over the years, Malik has solidified on his dream of becoming an amazing hero, who was a great legend. The greatest legend in all of existence and beyond. A being with his name etched into history and beyond the end of time.
The next two years were spent with Monique training the boy in his martial arts along with his powers. Of the many powers gained from eating a Devil Fruit she has seen while she was still a pirate roaming the seas for adventure, her son's power is one of the most destructive of all. It is the most powerful of the Paramecia-Class, equivalent to the power of a Logia. Throughout his training, Malik has learned to utilize his vibration powers in numerous versatile and destructive ways. At the age of eight, his father had come back to see how much his children have grown. He was able to finish his work three years early. He chooses to spend his free time with his wife and children. Upon his father arriving at the island, Malik decided to show him what he has learned in the last two years. To say he was impressed was an understatement. He didn't expect his wife to teach him martial arts or his eldest son to have eaten the Tremor-Tremor Fruit. The man can only smile, knowing full-well what great things will soon come the child's way. He asked his wife did she ever tell which Devil Fruit their son had eaten. He response was the fruit's name. It was obvious one knowing what power Malik has after the demonstration of his martial arts and the manipulation of vibrations. With a nod, she asked him on how was his work as a revolutionary. He commented on how successful it was. With that said, they walked to him and expressed their love for one another with a kiss. Afterwards, he asked his son to have a talk with him in private. He explained on the destructive potential of his powers. Astounding at what he is capable, Malik smiled brightly, knowing what good he could do with great power responsibly. He also notes to himself to be careful with how his utilizes them.
He expected that his son would be following in the path to grow up a fighter. Much of the Roberts Family were made up of Martial Artist, many of which have the fortune of eating a Devil Fruit as well. As to truly test his son's prowess in combat by his standards, Cortez decides to arrange a battle for Malik. He was determine to show his father how much his has grown. He remembers to not use his powers for this battle, since they were kids and his otherworldly abilities were very dangerous. The opponent was a random fighter, five years older than him. When the confrontation started, he was able to dodge and block some of the fighter's attacks. He was still dealt with a few blows, which inflicted minor damage onto his body, but he was able to brush it off, showing he was very durable and has a high level of endurance for large amounts of damage. He countered the fighter with what he has learned, landing punches, kicks, elbow strikes, and knee strikes. With a final spin kick, the fighter was down, no longer having the energy to rise once more. Monique and Cortez were proud of their son winning his first battle ever and without using his powers, be the fair and noble person he was. After the match, Malik and his parents were kind enough to help the teenage fighter and his parents to a medic in order for him to recover. He complemented the boy on his "sweet" moves, giving him a smile of admiration and respect, an expression the child returned with joy.
After finding and solidifying his dreams before he sets sail out at sea and becomes a pirate, he thought on the multiple objectives he should accomplish after beginning his life of endless adventure. Two of his many goals are to liberate much of the world from the tyranny of the World Government and become a Supernova. When he told his father of wanting to be a pirate, the man decides to have a talk with him. He told Malik he could become one when he was much older. There may be incalculable amounts of adventures, fun, excitement, many unknown places to explore, but there was also danger, vile foes lurking in the shadows, and many obstacles to overcome. He was still too young to set sail, but one day he will. Being a pirate was the start of his dream of becoming a hero. Unfortunately, Cortez had to leave on Revolutionary business. He doesn't know how long it will be when he comes back for a visit, but he can tell it will be longer than four years. Malik was sadden by this, but knows what his father is doing is important for the world. He along with his mother brother and sister each gave him a hug goodbye. Eight years since his first battle and the leaving of his father on his job as a revolutionary, Malik was now sixteen. Through these years, he has advanced further both his martial arts and his powers.
Now that Malik is sixteen, he made the decision on asking his parents that he is now ready to set sail and become a pirate as well as to fulfill his dream on being a hero, who was a legend. Monique was a little worried for her son as well as Cortez, who had returned from another mission to see how he kids were doing, now that they were entering their adolescence. He might have been a trained fighter, but there are still unknown dangers that lurked within the world as well as the many obstacles he will face. Cortez asked his son, if he was truly ready to set sail and become a pirate. He gave a confident and resounding "Yes". afterwards, he explained that he was certain he was old enough to sail the seas as well as the fact that he understand that danger lurks around every corner of the world and he shall be prepared for. Also, as it was he dream to become a legendary hero, one of his goals is to crush evil as well as to protect the innocent. He was determined to fulfill his dream and the tone in his voice noted that he was taking his parent's feeling into consideration. Swelling and smiling with pride, his father gave his son a hug before leaving to continue his duties as a revolutionary. Malik returned the embrace. His mother and siblings also joined in on this family moment before releasing each other. After the exchange of happiness with one another, Malik went to his room and packed his stuff into his blue backpack. He then, exited his home and waved to his family as they saw him off. This was the start of his journey.

While, I was very impressed by the effort that you put into adding so much detail, a lot of that detail lacked luster. It seemed as if every “good” trait you could find on Google, you tacked on to your character. And such, it not only creates contradiction within your character, but also makes it lack any sort of intriguing emotional depth. For example, despite your character being such a selfless person, with an acute sense of the world’s injustices, he decided to become a pirate and set sail on his own adventure. If you are going to give your character Mother Teresa-like traits, don’t make his life goal something as selfish as “sailing out for adventure”. It would make more sense for him to join the revolutionary cause.
And as for the matter of Gura Gura no Mi, I’m afraid the writing quality simply does not meet the standards that Caesar mentioned to you in the DF claims. As such, and as much as I hate to ask you this, considering there’s a lot of changes you’ll have to make, you will have to remove any reference to Gura Gura no Mi in your history. (Which you shouldn’t have added in the first place without the fruit being approved)

Detailed Description: Malik is of average height and above for a boy his age and average weight as he's 5 feet and 10 inches tall, while weighing 151 pounds. His skin tone is a shade of chocolate brown. He inherited it from his mother, but her skin tone is a slightly darker color. His hair color is black and mid-length as it reaches to the bottom of his neck. Three bangs hang in the middle-front of his forehead while two longer ones hang on each side of his face, also covering the left and right side of his forehead. His eyes are a shade of golden brown. On his face, he wears grey-framed glasses.
Malik's body is of a slightly muscular build. This was a result of his training at an early age with his family. The purpose of it was in order to to increase the toneness of his body. Despite how fit his form is, the structure of his muscles cannot be seen with his clothes on. This is due to the baggy attire the boy prefers to wear. The spacious cloth that makes up his own outfits serves as a way to conceal his tone build. Additionally, with his slim figure, his muscles are shown to be small, but he is still fit. They lean closer to his upper-body.
For his usual attire he wears a black shirt with a white-outlined, black lightning bolt on the front. It's hidden by his cyan blue hoodie. It's his favorite choice of clothing as he always washes it and has it wrinkle-free, so it looks brand new. The pants he wears are a sky blue color. They're long and very baggy, giving him much room to more around in. The last piece of his outfit are his grey shoes. They each have a cyan blue trim on top of the soles. On his face, he wears grey framed glasses. This counts for all of his clothes.
Malik also wears alternate outfits. Many are of a similar style, relating to his usual outfit. The colors of these clothes consists mostly of shades of blue, black, green and white. His first alternate outfit is quite uncomplicated in description. The first piece of clothing he wears on his upper-body is a black shirt. It is rather simple in appearance with short sleeves. Instead of his cyan blue hoodie worn over it, it is another shirt. It also has short sleeves and has buttons on it, so it can be closed up. It is left unbuttoned to reveal what is underneath. It is of a lighter shade of black than the shirt under it. There is also a few touches on it to help it stand out. On the edges of these sleeves and at the bottom of the shirt are cyan blue trims. On the lower-part of his body are army green, baggy jeans. The last part of the clothing are black shoes.
His second alternate outfit includes a black shirt possessing long sleeves. Worn over this is a cyan blue shirt. In contrast with what is under this clothing, it has short sleeves. It has a hood that Malik can wear over his head and on the bottom are pockets, akin to that of a hoodie. The difference between this shirt and what he wears for his usual outfit is a zipper, which this garment lacks. On the boy's legs, he wears black, baggy pants. There is one cyan blue trim circling around each sleeve of this clothing where they cover his knees. Finally, on his feet, he wears black shoes.
As with the other two outfits, his third alternate consists of clothes with similar shades of his chosen colors he likes to wear. Like the other choices of attire, they can be easily described. It is due to the fact that they mainly consists of shirts, pants, and shoes. On the upper-part of his body, he wears a blue shirt with short sleeves. What is being worn over it is a white, short-sleeved, unbuttoned shirt. On the edges of the sleeves and at the bottom of it are cyan blue trims. On the lower-part of his body is dark blue baggy jeans. Lastly, he wears white shoes with blue soles.

- Friends: Those he is not related to whom are considered part of his family. They are just as important to him as his family. Like them, he will protect their lives with his.
- Helping Others: Malik has always liked helping others since he was a child. Even as a little boy, he would help his mother with chores and various other activities around where they were living.
- Being Nice to Others: Malik prefers to be polite and kind towards others. This especially includes his family, friends, and strangers that appear as good people to him. He dislikes being cold, mean, and distance to people.

- Evil: Malik not only hates evil, he despises it entirely. He cannot stand to watch innocent people suffer at it's grip, just because it takes sheer enjoyment out of the pain of others. Evil is the only thing Malik truly hates in all of existence.
- Evil Beings: Since he has a great loathing for evil, Malik hates evil being as a result. It is the way they act, how they hurt others, and how they have disregard for innocent life is what angers him to no end. These are but a few of the many things he does not lie about an evil person such as this.
- Bullies: Malik has always been annoyed by bullies. In his own opinion, they are cowardly punks who pick on those who cannot defends themselves, but run away in terror on someone stronger than them.
- Family and Friends Getting Hurt: What pains him the most is seeing the people he truly cares for in pain and suffering. It is a sight that aches his soul. He will do everything in his power to crush the target that cause the pain in the first place as well as help his family and friends be joyous again.
- Being Useless: Malik dislikes being unable to help in any way he can. He finds it frustrating having to watch his family and friends in danger while he is temporarily, physically incapable of assisting or even saving them.
- Torture, Especially of an Unnecessary Level:[There is a necessary level in Malik’s eyes?] Malik loathes having to watch innocent lives tormented. He will not tolerate such a sight. He especially will not under any circumstance stand to watch his loved ones tortured, otherwise, he will see to personally that the one who caused such torture pays. Tormenting others on an unnecessary level will also make his blood boil.
- Cruelty: A certain personality trait that many villainous and wicked individuals happen to display. This is also the opposite of kindness. Malik greatly dislikes how certain people treat others so coldly, no caring for how they feel. What disgusts him is the sheer enjoyment wicked and callous individuals take in treating the innocent in such a manner. He loathes this kind of behavior and will not stand for it, since it is akin to bullying and a certain trait of an evil being.

Personality: Malik is a kind and caring person, showing kindness at any given moment to others. He is often polite and thoughtful to others around him. He mostly thinks about the well-being of individuals more than himself, even if it means he gets hurt in the process. This can indicate recklessness when saving people. Malik can be quite timid at times as he is shy around strangers who seem to be nice people, especially girls. However, he is daring enough to speak with them. Over time however, as he gets to know the people around him, he becomes more open towards them. Given time or when he so chooses, he will express how he feels as well as speak of personal subjects in his life. This can include his dreams, feelings, etc.
Since Malik is thoughtful and caring towards others, he puts their needs and problems before his. This would make him a selfless person. As such, he would put his own life at risk for the safety of others, even if it is for one innocent life. Being selfless, he is also not stingy with anything, but certain belongings. He is not reluctant to share them unless they hold great value to the boy. He can also be helpful. He is kind enough to lend someone a hand when in dire need. It doesn't matter what kind of situation of assistance is presented to him by someone, he will assist them, especially if it is far more serious than a simple task. He will also accept favors from his friends and family, unless it's an evil thing from an evil person. A certain fact that can prevent him from agreeing to favors from others is how exhausted he is for certain reasons.
Malik has a calm, collected personality and is difficult to anger. This would mean he is able to keep a steady mind, even in the most dire of situations. He is able to remain calm and find the enemy's weakness or read their movements. An example is a serious battle against a powerful foe. However, he will also, at times, attack head-on, a trait derived from his recklessness. In situations where his friends are losing focus, fighting with each other, or don't know what to do, he calms them down and tries to think of a plan to turn things around. He may not know it, but Malik can be very courageous. Whether it's a witch, demon, or anything else fearsome, he'll stand his ground, especially for his friends and family. He also has a fondness for combat, but on a less aggressive scale, mostly anyway. He doesn't go around picking fights on a daily basis. He would rather relax and try not cause trouble. However, it doesn't mean he won't challenge someone.
He is a very intellectual person as well, having much knowledge of various kind of things within the world. These subjects include geography, history, natural laws of nature, technology, chemistry, grammar, art, astrology, and mythology. Malik has had exceptional intelligence ever since he was a child. He excelled quite well in activities requiring the use of his mind. He has also increased his already vast mind with reading, which developed into a hobby and liking to him. Along with this, he has adopted a likeness for writing as well. A hobby he has liked before reading and grammar was drawing. He was always had a talent for illustrating art. The drawings he creates are astounding to others. Knowing much of the world around, Malik is one of the people to go to for information about a mysterious object. If he doesn't, then it is more unknown than anyone had thought. His intellect allows him to devise strategies and complex tactics in battle. He is also quick to understand what others are trying to imply, such as a goal or a simple answer for a question.
Malik comes from a family of Chrstians.[There is no such religion in the One Piece universe as Christianity, and it would be best to avoid adding one named it, for the purposes of minimizing any offense to fellow RPers. If you choose to fictionalize the name of the religion, then that would be acceptable.] As such, starting from his early childhood, he was raised on the Christian Belief, the true belief of how all of existence and beyond came to be through Lord God. It is due from growing up with this common view shared by his many family members, including his mother and father, Malik has a positive, optimistic, supernatural view of the world. He is a strong believer and has great faith in God. Through his belief in God and the supernatural, Malik has a God-given gift of insight. He has much understanding about the natural forces, laws, workings, and much more about the universe and anything of God. It is because of this gift, he is able to connect with individuals and relate to one another through his wisdom, own past, and strong beliefs. He never loses faith and will not ever despair as he sees no reason too, even in moments of tragedy and/or despair. Malik also has a talent for giving hope to others when they are feeling depressed, lost, or in pain.
The boy may have a calm personality, but he does have a limit to tolerating others, meaning he has a temper. It's very hard to get him angry in the first place, as he is always level-headed and stays collected when someone insults him or even hits him, but in certain situations, his anger will explode to the surface. While angered, he can get a furious look in his eyes and becomes fierce. Despite him usually being quiet, he can raise his voice to a louder than usual volume, so others will hear him. Malik can also be strict with others. He can be quite assertive when trying to make peace or cease arguments between his friends either they be verbal of physical. Sometimes, he himself will resort to violence when the situation calls for it. He is also a mature individual, showing to be an authoritative figure in some situations.
In combat, his personality is very similar when outside of battle. When fighting against a person he considers a comrade, he remains calm and collected. No matter which turn-of-events would take place, he would still be level-headed with others. Even if he should happen to lose, he would congratulate his opponents and show them much respect. This indicates that he is not a sore loser and is not obsessed with victory. As long as it is a battle with him and his family and friends, he will have fun, regardless of which way the fight goes in the person's favor. In fact, losing to one of his comrades may inspire him to become more powerful, so he can protect those he cares for and defend those who are unable to stand up for themselves. Against a person who it his enemy, Malik becomes more serious, especially if it is a battle against an evil being. In fights such as this, losing seems less of an option and certain opponents try to kill the combatant. He also will not hold back, giving every ounce of strength he has, but is careful how he uses it. While he is reckless, blindly rushing in to save others, he is mindful of his actions within combat. Still, if his enemies were to hurt his family and friends in any way just for their sheer enjoyment, he will crush them with great ferocity and viciousness. This gives one a good look on how much Malik despises evil. Despite how his opponents are, he can be very merciful. If he has the chance of killing a wicked being or moving on to the next objective, he most likely would choose to spare his enemy.

Malik was born on Karate into a family of a loving mother and father. Their names were both Monique and Cortez Roberts, respectively. They were once pirates who sailed the great wide world. Over the years they had a multitude of adventures, put together a crew, and fought many opponents. They gained fame everywhere they went up to the point that their names were equivalent to those of legends. At one point in their lives, they settled down on Karate Island before their children came along. Ever since he was an infant, Malik has always been fascinated in the martial arts along with becoming a pirate. His mother would tell him numerous stories of the adventures she and his father had while they were still pirates both in the afternoon and at night as bedtime stories. He has a younger brother and younger sister, who were also aspired to go out at sea someday much like him. Despite their enthusiasm, they still have much to learn about the world and they are still too young. As an infant, Malik was often curious of his surroundings. When he could crawl, he would try to wonder off in the new house his parents had settled in. Before he wondered off too far, Monique would pick him up and try to satisfy his curiosity.
Hearing of the multitude of adventures and excitement his parents had experienced from his mother inspired the boy to become a pirate. He hopes to one day set sail out towards the seas in the world and follow his dreams. Although, he has yet to solidify any within his mind yet. Cortez truly enjoyed the time he spends with his wife and kids. He would love to stay longer with his loving family more and help raise his sons and daughter, but, unfortunately, he had to leave as a result being part of an organization. Sometime after settling down on Karate Island, Cortez became a member of the Revolutionary, helping fight against the World Government's supposed tyranny. As such, it was his duty to help in the rebellion. This is when Malik was only five years old. His sister was too young to remember him. He promised his wife he will come back after five years have passed. By then, the kids will have grown by a good amount, though, sill very young and innocent. Before leaving, he apologizes to Monique for not being able to be with his children and see them grow into adventurous. Thankfully, she was very forgiving and understood how difficult it was being a revolutionary. With a kiss goodbye, she bid him good luck and farewell on his newest journey.
Growing up on an island of fighters, Malik has always been fascinated in martial arts. He simply sat and watched as the many combatants engaged in combat. He was finding himself enjoying the thrill of battle. It was to be expected at some point as his mother saw how her son reacted to the multiple fights before his innocent eyes. Much of the Roberts Family was made up of various martial artists. As a young boy aspiring to be a fighter himself, Malik enjoys a good fights. However, fighting without a purpose or reason served none as such. It was a lesson and saying his mother both taught and told him. After witnessing many battles on Karate Island, the boy decides he wants to learn martial artists as well. Way before he gained this fascination in battle, he looked out towards the sea, wanting to set sail. It wasn't just about the idea of being a pirate, it was to live his life freely without any restraints, following his heart, striving for his dreams.
When he reached the age of six, he went to ask his mother on learning martial arts. She agreed to train Malik with a smile on her face, happy that he son was taking after much of the family. As such, she will teach him the fighting style passed down from their family, "Martial Warrior". However, she will tutor only the basics such as stances and how to launch punches and kicks. The boy was still young and she didn't wanted him to get ahead of himself or push his body too hard. This continued for months and he was advancing quickly in the basics of his training. Malik was a child of gifted intelligence, understanding, and insight of world around him along with the universe. The first signs of his genius was when she saw how fast her son was developing intellectual and mentally when he was still four to five years old. There were times were she saw that he was easily reading through a book for children much older than him and writing rather well. Already he knew the stances and how to launch various punches and kicks. As much time passed, Malik was becoming more skilled in martial arts. His dream, courage, determination, and confidence helped in his progress as a fighter as well. He wonders, when he manages to consume a Devil Fruit of his own, what powers he will acquire. His father told him about the Devil Fruit, that any one can give you any possible power, but each one is unique and one-of-a-kind. Malik desires to have one, no matter which type he ends up with. [If your character is supposedly Christian-like, it makes little sense for him to be so accepting of devil fruits. I should think his initial feelings towards them would actually be the opposite]
While in a training session on his island's beach, the child noticed a unknown object had washed upon the sands of his homeland's beach. It rested upon the sandy shore, sitting close to the cascading waves, which spread it's salt-rich waters across the grain-filled surface. Immediately he stopped his training momentarily and decided to turn and walk towards the aforementioned object. His mother was on her way to the beach in order to observe how her son has come along in his efforts. As the boy grew closer to his point of interest at this moment, his expression soon turned one of surprise as he noticed that it was a Devil Fruit. Malik quicken his pace of walking upon this realization and picked up the fruit with both of his hands when he was close enough. While the mysterious object was in his palms, he began to ponder on what powers he will receive once he has eaten it. From what he has learned from his father, the unique power one gains is seemingly based on chance. As such, their was a possibility that he could get any power. When Monique had arrived at the beach, she noticed her eldest son holding something within his hands. Immediately, she recognized it as a Devil Fruit. She was both shocked and nervous as she rushed towards her child to try and stop him from eating it.
While she was interested in the object he was holding, the woman knew all too well on how the power from the Devil Fruit were gained. While there was a chance for a person to be gifted an amazing ability, there was also an equal possibility of a someone obtaining a power that would only serve to hinder them. Additionally, like with all who have eaten a Devil Fruit, they will be unable to swim in their physical bodies for as long as they live on Earth. This was the reason she ran as fast as she could to try ans stop her child as she didn't want her son to be given an otherworldly ability that would serve little to no benefit to him and would be seen as more of a curse than a gift. Of course a power is only a curse when you choose to make it one. As the woman called out to her son, she was too late as the boy raised the fruit towards his mouth and bit into it. This caused her to immediately stop in her tracks. All she could now was wait and hope that the boy would be granted with a power that was indeed impressive. As Malik began to chew, the six year-old expression changed to that of one of great disgust as he closed his eyes and puffed out his cheeks at the foul taste that had just landed upon his taste buds. He remembered his father telling him pf the revolting flavor every Devil Fruit had. It was worth enduring such a foul taste to gain such amazing powers. Quickly chewing onto the piece of fruit, Malik soon swallowed it. At that moment, he began to feel different, as if something was a part of him now.
Monique began to move closer to the boy after he has eaten the fruit he has found laying on the beach. She asked, if he was okay and how he felt. His reply when he looked to her was that he was okay, but he can feel something new inside of him. Dropping the fruit he was still holding within his hands, he turned his gaze out towards the sea the ever so surrounded his home island. He then, held up his right hand to his face, feeling very much aware of the power inside of him as most, who have eaten a Devil Fruit have that same awareness. He clenched it into a firm fist and focused as much of his strength as his small body would allow. He returned his gaze towards the sea and shifted his form into a combative stance. He pulled his fist back and with a mighty thrust, the event that soon followed was tremendous. The boy's punch ended up cracking the air in front of him. This surprised both him and his mother. The cracked atmosphere in front of Malik soon shattered and with it released a powerful shockwave that simply flowed outward. The force of it pushed the waters that guarded Karate Island into large waves. The shockwave was of such intensity that even the rocks that were close to this occurrence immediately started to crumble. When the the attack dissipated, the mother and son stood in awe at what the boy had just done.
Through her expertise in identifying various items and forces as a result of her adventures, Monique knew all too well on what power her son has now. It was the power to create massive vibrations or shockwaves, which causes immensely destructive earthquakes and seaquake. The wielder can also manipulate vibrations and the mediums they travel through with future practice. This power, undoubtedly, was dormant with the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, until Malik ate it. As he was just learning control over them, it became apparent that Malik didn't cause an earthquake by accident as all he did was created a shockwave that all seemed to traverse through the air itself. Monique has soon gotten over her awe and told her soon to turn and face her. As he did, she told him now that he had this kind of amazingly destructive power, what does he chooses to use it for. Knowing the kind, heroic, righteous, and virtuous person he was, she knew he would use these powers wisely and justly, but she wanted to make sure. His reply was as she expected. The next two years were spent with Monique training the boy in his martial arts along with his powers. Of the many powers gained from eating a Devil Fruit she has seen while she was still a pirate roaming the seas for adventure, her son's power is one of the most destructive of all. It is the most powerful of the Paramecia-Class, equivalent to the power of a Logia. Throughout his training, Malik has learned to utilize his vibration powers in numerous versatile and destructive ways. At the age of eight, his father had come back to see how much his children have grown. He was able to finish his work three years early. He chooses to spend his free time with his wife and children. Upon his father arriving at the island, Malik decided to show him what he has learned in the last two years. To say he was impressed was an understatement. He didn't expect his wife to teach him martial arts or his eldest son to have eaten the Tremor-Tremor Fruit. The man can only smile, knowing full-well what great things will soon come the child's way. He asked his wife did she ever tell which Devil Fruit their son had eaten. He response was the fruit's name. It was obvious one knowing what power Malik has after the demonstration of his martial arts and the manipulation of vibrations. With a nod, she asked him on how was his work as a revolutionary. He commented on how successful it was. With that said, they walked to him and expressed their love for one another with a kiss. Afterwards, he asked his son to have a talk with him in private. He explained on the destructive potential of his powers. Astounding at what he is capable, Malik smiled brightly, knowing what good he could do with great power responsibly. He also notes to himself to be careful with how his utilizes them.
He expected that his son would be following in the path to grow up a fighter. Much of the Roberts Family were made up of Martial Artist, many of which have the fortune of eating a Devil Fruit as well. As to truly test his son's prowess in combat by his standards, Cortez decides to arrange a battle for Malik. He was determine to show his father how much his has grown. He remembers to not use his powers for this battle, since they were kids and his otherworldly abilities were very dangerous. The opponent was a random fighter, five years older than him. When the confrontation started, he was able to dodge and block some of the fighter's attacks. He was still dealt with a few blows, which inflicted minor damage onto his body, but he was able to brush it off, showing he was very durable and has a high level of endurance for large amounts of damage. He countered the fighter with what he has learned, landing punches, kicks, elbow strikes, and knee strikes. With a final spin kick, the fighter was down, no longer having the energy to rise once more. Monique and Cortez were proud of their son winning his first battle ever and without using his powers, be the fair and noble person he was. After the match, Malik and his parents were kind enough to help the teenage fighter and his parents to a medic in order for him to recover. He complemented the boy on his "sweet" moves, giving him a smile of admiration and respect, an expression the child returned with joy.
After finding and solidifying his dreams before he sets sail out at sea and becomes a pirate, he thought on the multiple objectives he should accomplish after beginning his life of endless adventure. Two of his many goals are to liberate much of the world from the tyranny of the World Government and become a Supernova. When he told his father of wanting to be a pirate, the man decides to have a talk with him. He told Malik he could become one when he was much older. There may be incalculable amounts of adventures, fun, excitement, many unknown places to explore, but there was also danger, vile foes lurking in the shadows, and many obstacles to overcome. He was still too young to set sail, but one day he will. Being a pirate was the start of his dream of becoming a hero. Unfortunately, Cortez had to leave on Revolutionary business. He doesn't know how long it will be when he comes back for a visit, but he can tell it will be longer than four years. Malik was sadden by this, but knows what his father is doing is important for the world. He along with his mother brother and sister each gave him a hug goodbye. Eight years since his first battle and the leaving of his father on his job as a revolutionary, Malik was now sixteen. Through these years, he has advanced further both his martial arts and his powers.
Now that Malik is sixteen, he made the decision on asking his parents that he is now ready to set sail and become a pirate as well as to fulfill his dream on being a hero, who was a legend. Monique was a little worried for her son as well as Cortez, who had returned from another mission to see how he kids were doing, now that they were entering their adolescence. He might have been a trained fighter, but there are still unknown dangers that lurked within the world as well as the many obstacles he will face. Cortez asked his son, if he was truly ready to set sail and become a pirate. He gave a confident and resounding "Yes". afterwards, he explained that he was certain he was old enough to sail the seas as well as the fact that he understand that danger lurks around every corner of the world and he shall be prepared for. Also, as it was he dream to become a legendary hero, one of his goals is to crush evil as well as to protect the innocent. He was determined to fulfill his dream and the tone in his voice noted that he was taking his parent's feeling into consideration. Swelling and smiling with pride, his father gave his son a hug before leaving to continue his duties as a revolutionary. Malik returned the embrace. His mother and siblings also joined in on this family moment before releasing each other. After the exchange of happiness with one another, Malik went to his room and packed his stuff into his blue backpack. He then, exited his home and waved to his family as they saw him off. This was the start of his journey.
