Devil Fruit Appearance: Suigin Suigin no Mi's appearance consist of it being the shape of a tomato but gray in color. The Devil Fruit has swirls accompanied by stripes around it. The branch of the Suigin Suigin no Mi is rather curved and is in a purple color.
Devil Fruit Description: The Suigin Suigin no Mi gives the user the ability to generate liquid mercury from their body and wield it into shapes and objects that they desire and even give the user the ability to switch the mercury from solid to liquid and vice versa.

Since you're still working on this, I'd like you to remove the mercury poisoning passive. First of all, you cannot have an ability that gives others debuffs without also giving yourself an equivalent debuff (albeit, to another stat or split between some of your stats). Secondly, your ability implies that this debuff will last for the remainder of the thread. A -25% debuff for an entire thread is just too much. You should change this mercury poisoning into a light technique. This way, you can have a low cooldown on it (maybe 6 posts) and a 2 post duration. If you'd like to increase the duration, also increase the cooldown. Also, even if you make it an LT, do not forget to balance out those debuffs.
Also note that if you're applying a -25% debuff to multiple enemies using anything but an AoE, it will have to be split between those enemies. It can not give a -25% debuff to each enemy.
