Akihiko's Rokushiki
Fighting Style: Rokushiki also known as Six Powers
Weapon Utilization: Nope
Description: Rokushiki is a special, superhuman martial arts style. It is mainly taught to Cipher Pol and Marine mid through high tier officers; though you will occasionally find a marine able to use it if they have gone through the training. Rokushiki focuses on melee combat, though you can use weapons to apply a different take on it. This combat is meant for brutalization and capture. It is not to be used lightly due to some techniques causing you to damage yourself as well.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Celestial Rememberance: Whenever Akihiko uses his whip, he has a tendency to strike harder and faster. This Passive ability adds +10% to both reflex and attack while taking away a -20% to defense.

Technique Description: Kami-e makes the Moris' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper. Mori can use this ability for 2 posts and due to Kami-e he won't be able to attack or move for those 2 posts.

1. Change Geppou's cooldown to 7 posts and duration to 4.
2. Tekkai: Mentions "Fukku no toppu", which is nowhere to be seen in your techniques.
3. Rokuogan Death Wave and Matenro: Mentions Circumference Sever, which is nowhere to be seen in your techniques.
4. Storm Leg: Range can be no longer than 10m. And also, you're essentially giving your opponents a 125% debuff while only taking 50% for yourself. Please balance this.

1. Kami-e: You can remove the defense debuff since you won't be attacking when using the technique.
2. Tekkai: Keep in mind that "following up with Fuku no toppu" doesn't make Fuku no toppu a guaranteed hit. You'll still need to do a reflex check for the follow-up.
3. Fuku no toppu: Mentions "Okami Hajiki" which is nowhere to be seen.
4. Storm leg: Your description still says the duration is "3 posts".
