Devil Fruit: Bird-Bird Fruit, Model: Thunderbird
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Devil Fruit Appearance: A light-blue fruit which would look normal shape-wise to the other fruits, except it has a thunder-like pattern across the fruit, which is pretty unique compared to the other fruits appearances.
Devil Fruit Description: The fruit gives the eater the ability to transform into a hybrid or full mythical "Thunderbird", which gives him the ability to create and control lightning, he can also create powerful gale attacks with his wings. The user of the fruit while in his hybrid or full forms have a degree of immunity to lightning attacks made against him.
The fruit has the standard weakness's, drowning in the sea, weak to seastone, etc.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
As a zoan fruit user, the fruit utilizes both hybrid and full forms.
- Hybrid Form:
The user in this form can still stand normally, but his feet turn into talons and his arms into wings. This only slightly gives blue feathers to the user as well. He can utilize lightning attacks in this form, the user is given a 10% increase to reflex but 10% decrease to defense.
If the user were to receive a lightning strike/attack who's attack is less then 50% to the user's defense, the damage is negated.
- Full Form:
In the user's full form, he is a full-formed bird but much bigger then a normal, living bird. Electricity can be seen running through the full form's body, the user gains a 10% increase to both reflexes and attack but 20% decrease to defense.
If the user were to receive a lightning strike/attack who's attack is less then 50% of the user's defense, the attack is negated, otherwise if the lightning attack is less then 75% of the user's defense, the attack is reduced by one tier. (For example, a medium attack would become a light attack.)
- Flight:
When the user is in either hybrid or full form, they can use their wings to fly around like any other bird zoan.

[So, what you can do here is say, “below 50%, the damage is completely negated, and below 75%, the damage is reduced by one tier of attack. As in, heavy techniques would do medium damage, medium techniques would do light damage and so on.
- Flight:
Since the user is capable of flight in both his hybrid and full form, he can take advantage of this to dodge attacks even better, giving a 50% increase to reflexes, but 25% decrease to attack and defense.
However, for the following attacks "Lightning Talon", "Great Gale Wind" will make the user brace himself to attack a foe while in flight, changing his reflex to 25%, and the only decrease of 25% is the user's defense. [A reflex boost for flight is really unnecessary. Flight in itself is a handy passive to have. In One Piece canon, most decently strong characters can run as fast as a bird can fly anyway, so the reflex boost would just be overkill unless you make it a tech.]

Technique Description: The user starts circling around in the air while in flight, building up a great amount of wind building up from the wings, and then he throws this force at the targeted location, giving a very strong wind towards the targeted direction.
Lightning Talon

Technique Description: The user jumps over towards the target, using his wings if he has to then the user electrifies his talons, and starts flying overhead the opponent, flying over them and hitting them as they fly over them, not only scratching them with the talons, but shocking them with electricity at the same time.

Technique Description: The user, in his full form gives a fast slash with his wing aimed at an opponent, and a rankyaku blade comes from the wing that is infused with lightning.

Technique Description: The user, in his full form starts charging electricity to his eyes, and once released lets out an intensified spark of lightning from both eyes towards the stared/aimed location.
