Bane Bane no Mi (Spring Spring Fruit)
Devil Fruit: Bane Bane no Mi
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: Being dark blue in appearance the Bane Bane no Mi bears a striking resemblance to an apple although it is a bit larger. The swirls it has along it's body are swirled in appearance and seem to look like springs being outstretched. The inside of the fruit is pure white as is the juice that flows from it once it has been bitten.
Devil Fruit Description: The Bane Bane no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to turn parts of their body, including limbs and appendages into springs, making the user a Spring Human (バネ人間 Bane Ningen?). The user is also able to coil themselves and can choose at whatever time to launch said springs forward, they also have the option of simply uncoiling themselves should they wish to do so.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities: The user is able to turn any part of their body into a spring whenever they wish in order to utilize for a variety of purposes. This would mean the user could turn their legs in order to jump really high or propel themselves forward for an escape or to close the distance between themselves or a target. Also, the user could extend an arm or two forward in order to grab onto something far away from them.

Specialization: Mix between Hand to Hand Combat and Ranged attacks thanks to his Devil Fruit
Description: By turning parts of his body into springs Johnny is able to launch them forward in order to attack. He can also launch himself by turning his legs into springs in order to rapidly bounce around to create more devastating momentum infused attacks. In terms of close combat he is able to coil parts of his body, effectively winding up the energy in his limbs to increase the damage done by punches and kicks and other such attacks.

- Light Attacks:
Piston Strike

Technique Description: By turning a part of his body into a spring Johnny is capable of launching it forward in order to inflict damage without having to be right next to his target. The parts of his body he is able to turn into a spring for this is his arms, legs, and neck. When using this technique it's up to him whether to turn one or both arms or legs into springs in order to attack. He can only turn both of one limb into springs to use this, meaning he could use both arms at once but not an arm and a leg simultaneously.

Technique Description: By turning a part of his body into a spring Johnny winds himself up tightly in order to increase the damage done by his punches, kicks, or headbutts. The parts of his body he is able to turn into a spring for this is his arms, legs, and neck. When using this technique it's up to him whether to turn one or both arms or legs into springs in order to attack. He can only turn both of one limb into springs to use this, meaning he could use both arms at once but not an arm and a leg simultaneously. While any part of his body is wound up Johnny gains a 5% bonus to his attack and defense but a 10% decrease to his reflex.
Corkscrew

Technique Description: After grabbing on to a person Johnny turns both of his arms into springs, but instead of launching them forward he simply releases the built up energy into a powerful push in order send his target flying away. Johnny puts a little spin on things to give the appearance of a corkscrew.

Technique Description: By turning both of his legs into springs Johnny crouches down, springing himself forward a great distance in order to attack with an outstretched arm or full on headbutt.

Technique Description: By striking his fists together Johnny causes the blood cells in his body to move faster by literally bouncing around within his bloodstream. The rapid increase in his blood flow gives Johnny a 10% bonus to his attack and reflex for the duration but suffers a 15% decrease to both stats for 3 posts after the mode ends. Once he serves the penalty for this mode the cooldown for it begins. Because of his body brimming with so much energy he appears to be vibrating while in this mode.
- Medium Attacks:
Ringo Surprise!
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: 5M
Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Technique Description: By turning the proximal and middle phalanx of his fingers into springs Johnny stretches out either one or both arms, then launches the springs forward in different directions in order to attack multiple foes with his fingertips. When using this technique it's up to Johnny how many of his fingers he uses.
Spring Zone
Technique Level: 5
Technique Range: 50M
Technique Cooldown: 6 posts
Technique Description: By turning both legs into springs Johnny launches himself at another surface such as a tree or building, after this he continues to bounce around the target to increase his speed and attempt to disorient them. Once he's gained a great deal of speed he launches himself towards his target either to punch or headbutt them. Johnny is only able to use this so long as the geography of where he's fighting allows him, without surfaces to bounce off of he won't be able to utilize this technique.
Can't Touch This
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Self
Technique Cooldown: 6 posts
Technique Description: By turning his torso into a spring Johnny is able to move around much more flexibly, increasing his ability to dodge attacks. The increased flexibility also happens to soften him up in a sense, making it so that his attacks are a little weaker. When using this technique Johnny gains a 10% increase to his reflex but suffers a 10% to his attack.
Rebound
Technique Level: 40
Technique Range: 400M
Technique Cooldown: 7 posts [4 post duration]
Technique Description: By striking his fists together and stamping both feet Johnny causes the blood cells in his body to move faster by literally bouncing around within his bloodstream. His body begins shaking heavily and anything that comes into contact with him, whether he initiates it or not, is now repelled as if being launched by a spring. Attacks imbued with Busoshoku Haki will injure him normally but still cause the person striking him to be launched away. People and objects alike would be pushed back, effectively making him immune to blunt attacks for the duration of this mode. Johnny suffers a 15% decrease to his attack, defense, and reflex for 3 posts after exiting the mode and once he's served out the penalty the cooldown begins.
- Heavy Attacks:
Piercing Spring
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: 10M
Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Technique Description: Johnny transforms both of his legs into springs and launches himself at his target with his arms outstretched, putting a spin on himself in order to increase his speed. With the increased momentum Johnny effectively turns his body into a drill in order to pierce or drill through whatever he crashes into if it is possible.
Spring Realm
Technique Level: 10
Technique Range: 100M
Technique Cooldown: 15 posts
Technique Description: Johnny transforms both of his legs into springs and launches himself, now being able to bounce off of the very air around him. He continues to bounce around his target to increase his speed and attempt to disorient them. Once he's gained a great deal of speed he launches himself towards his target either to punch or headbutt them. Now no longer being limited to the geography Johnny is able to change his direction at a moments notice by simply bouncing off of the air.
Shrieking Recoil
Technique Level: 40
Technique Range: 400M
Technique Cooldown: 14 posts
Technique Description: Johnny transforms both of his arms into springs and winds them up very tightly. By releasing the energy without actually extending his arms the recoil creates a loud sound that functions as a sonic boom to blow away his intended target.

Your techs are looking sprightly! (Couldn't think of a good spring pun, forgive me.)
Just a few things of note:
1. "Spring Zone" could technically be an AoE attack, but eh. It's fine the way it is. It's fairly balanced to justify leaving there.
2. For "Can't Touch This" I think it would make more sense for you to get an attack debuff rather than a defense one. You could justify it by saying that "the extra flexibility negatively affects his balance, causes his blows to land just a bit lighter".
3. In "Rebound", include in the description that attacks imbued with busoshoku would still hurt you, blunt or not. I know this might make it utterly underwhelming, but it is quite OP in its current form as is.
4. "Spring Realm" is a rather powerful and versatile technique. I think at least a 15 post cooldown would be more suitable.
That is all! Great job making the techniques fairly balanced and rather cool-looking.
