Newbies Unite!

This is a call out to any and all recently joined members of Revival Dawn! Lets all gather and plan how we plan to take over the site from the old guard hanging around. Let's all take a minute to introduce ourselves to each other and make contact so we can all have an easier time finding partners to RP with. So consider this a way to break the ice with everyone on the site. Even if you're still going through approving all of your paperwork don't be afraid to stop by and pop in to say hello! Hope to hear from lots of new faces soon.

Hey there, I haven't had a thread in a while and I don't mind searching for a partner to RP with, or team up with. Just a side-warning, my guy's a rear-admiral for the marines.

I'd like a chance to rp with you! I haven't made Miku affiliated with any specific faction and am currently Role playing with Nathaniel who is a pirate, so let's see if that leads to her becoming one in retaliation or merely teaming up with him for this one job and as a way to reach her own personal goal. I think meeting a marine who isn't a scum bag might be an interesting experience for Miku. I want to expose her to some of the factions before her deciding to dedicate herself to one. Though she does have a bad impressions of marines already and is super low level compared to you.

Hey there, nice ta meetcha! Been a bit "busy" (real talk -- family issues aside Persona 5 had nothing to do with that) but if anyone's up for threading I'd be happy to join in. Due to work I'm assuredly gone for the weekends due to 12 hour (or higher) shifts, but I'm almost always off towards the middle of the week.

Specifically speaking for Miku, if you'd be alright with Mazin he'd be able relate with her on some levels due to his own childhood, were either to ever find that much about one another. More simply, however, is that he'd be able to teach her some tricks about going around -- probably through an adventure in the South Blue. While not a pushover, per say, he's generally the kind of boy one wouldn't register as threatening, unlikely to aggravate her usual aversion towards males, and would be likely to be sent around scouting in various areas as is.

Of course, as you've mentioned before, theres levels to be concerned with for quests, if I were to use Mazin and not create another character, at least.  Mazin is Tier 3, so a 0 difficulty quest would likely be out of the question, -1 (-10% base exp) or -2 (-25%) being more likely, where in a -1  one example of a fun way to play such things out would be for Mazin and/or possibly another character were to try to hold off opponents while Miku used an environmental advantage to take out one/some (ex. shock a fella drenched in water).

However, it's worth noting that the quest rewards would be based on the character, so Miku would get full rewards no matter what option ya go with. A -2 for Mazin or Sundance would be a 0 (full reward) for her.

I'm obviously looking for RP partners after I finish him today and I'm looking for a crew if there's any available crew around. An established relationship is a good start for roleplaying.
