[Immobilizing yourself while still being able to attack is hard to represent in stats, so just give yourself a 25% reflex debuff and balance it out with equivalent debuffs to your opponent.], unless he stops it. Targets 50% debuff reflex attack hits plus 50%. [Not sure what this sentence means. Please re-word or clarify. Also, since there are stat changes involved with this technique, please include a duration.]
