Devil Fruit: Pamu Pamu No Mi [Pop Pop Fruit]
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: The pop pop fruit is a variation of the african horned cucumber, due to this it is spiky though the stem of the fruit becomes a swirl when taken with the power of a devil fruit, its normal yellow colour becomes a shade of blood red while its green insides which used to resemble a cucumber take on a rather strange purplish appearance with a swirl like pattern covering its entire body.
Devil Fruit Description: The Pamu Pamu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to cause their own body or any inorganic object they touch to rupture and explode, turning them into a Rupture Human. The main strength of this power is that it allows the user to cause anything inorganic they touch to swell up, which will then rupture and explode violently. The user can also apply it to themselves. The user remains unharmed from the explosion. The user can rupture themselves but cannot rupture any organic material and living materials, unless they have been converted into toys, which turns their bodies into inorganic material.Also, any swellings created by this technique will detonate only as long as the user remains conscious; should the user lose consciousness before the swelling ruptures, it would go back down to normal levels. Finally, the inflating and rupturing can be stopped if the user lets go of the target, allowing the object to deflate itself. Other than that, this fruit possesses the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses. The user uses this ability for combat. they can cause their own arms to swell up and explode while grabbing onto their opponents, causing explosive damage, or grab onto an object and cause it to work as a grenade by launching shrapnel with the explosion injuring his opponents. If a person is changed into a toy then it is considered an inorganic object, enabling the user to make them swell up and explode with his ability, thus killing them.

LOOK AT HER CHEST The user can swell up their chest to fill out a bra, with the amount of swelling the user can control the density of the swolen area allowing them to not explode.
Swell and Pop The user can make themselves swell up and explode or parts of them, as well as any inorganic matter, by touching an object or by swelling a limb they can explode it. this allows the user to create 1 meter in diameter explosions, though the force of these explosions are much weaker than her techniques only doing minor level damage to people [though objects that are swollen are somewhat destroyed].
Fighting Style: Miss Rupture
Weapon Utilization: All forms of weaponry can essentially be combined with this fighting style, due to the fact this style can rupture all inorganic materials, being able to turn all weapons in to explosive matter.
Specialization: Mixed
Description: All of this fighting style revolves around the use of the Pamu Pamu No mi, the combination of weaponry/bullets/guns and hand to hand combat makes this style much more useful and a lot more versatile, by combing acrobatics and gymnastics, the weaker body of the user can create openings while utilizing the explosive power of the pamu pamu to amplify the users strikes to a degree that could be seen as Super human.

A flurry of five strikes, be they fists, kicks, anything really is released on to an opponents body while a six strike creates a larger swelling point which the user proceeds to strike in to the foe creating a 3 meter explosion, this explosion strikes all within it causing damage and a 1 meter knockback while at the same time knocks back the person struck with the full blast up to 2 meters.

But due to the mass amount of swelling, contact being made with the ground/person/anything that has a decent bit of substance will erupt her arms creating a powerful 30 meter explosion that has 50% the damaging properties than usual obliterating all within her way.

Three to five opponents will be dealt light damage. Anymore opponents than that will be dealt damage equivalent to one unnamed attack. Having the ability to detonate these spots at will , these spots will also detonate if touched. Generally used as traps if needed this technique allows the user to begin to manipulate the landscape to suit their own needs. The explosion of each being the size of their given diameter, These spots can now also be used to amplify her speed by the user juming on them and riding the explosion. This increases her speed in a single direction by 40% but as she can only move in one direction her reflex is reduced by 40%.

So, going by that, your non-AoE techniques should have a total radius of no more than 10% of your technique's maximum range. Check the techniques template again to see what I'm talking about. It's possible that you caught the template while I was making updates to it. In which case, I'm sorry for the added trouble and confusion!]

BUT, I wouldn't recommend having a 100% debuff to defense, unless you want to leave yourself open to being one-shotted. Might want to go with 50% buff and debuff, should still be plenty for a level 1 technique. Alternatively, you can split the debuff between defense/willpower/reflex, making them add up to 100%.]
Technique Description: Miss Rupture swells her entire body, every aspect of her body grows until she is essentially a giant balloon that is somewhat close to 25 feet tall, this is her ultimate explosion and takes a lot of power, though the swelling can be somewhat instantanious she can hold of blowing up, due to her size and the fact that she has swollen so much, her natural defence weakens y 100% meaning a single weak rock could cause her to explode, while at the same time her large size and balloon like appearance makes it impossible for her to move thus dropping her reaction by 100% . She can chose to deflate or explode, if explode is chosen her explosive power is amplified by 100%

Technique Description: Miss Rupture swells her entire body, every aspect of her body grows until she is essentially a giant balloon that is somewhat close to 25 feet tall, this is her ultimate explosion and takes a lot of power, though the swelling can be somewhat instantanious she can hold of blowing up, due to her size and the fact that she has swollen so much, her natural defence weakens y 100% meaning a single weak rock could cause her to explode, while at the same time her large size and balloon like appearance makes it impossible for her to move thus dropping her reaction by 100% . She can chose to deflate or explode, if explode is chosen her explosive power is amplified by 100%
One of the main issues iv now found is, this fruit itself revolves around actual explosions, swelling of a spot to then explode, these explosions like all explosions don't actually have a "travel" range like most techniques that shoot something forward to cover a distance but instead swell and explode meaning every single technique relies on a radius, literally being limited to less than 2.5 meter explosions in all techniques literally make this fruits capabilities seeing as it can't actually force explosions to travel. Kind of makes the fruits capabilities nerfed beyond belief. Iv edited pretty much everything you asked for though, i removed my AOE and changed it because again 2.5 meters for a full body explosion just isnt a trade off im willing to make seeing as again it has no actual movement range but relies around a diameter like all explosions.

The other techniques that you're talking about that "travel", stop their motion after their first hit, at least in the case of player vs. player combat. As for your explosions, I've already given you the option to change it to where you can target specific enemies rather than a "radius". If anything, Pamu Pamu has MORE capabilities, considering its ability to target multiple enemies at once even without using an AoE. Your need to use a specific "diameters" to constrict your techniques is what's holding you back.

Your reply makes little sense, the Pamu pamu doesn't target people, it manipulates the environment via swelling and then releasing an explosion, explosions are measured in radius not length, theres targetting people then giving an actual definition to the explosion. Unless your going to allow the explosion to suddenly cover up to two people regardless of distance then a diameter to show the radius of the explosions are kind of a necessity, I don't mind targetting people [as shown via the fact i edited] but the explosions caused need some form of measurement otherwise they are not only easily manipulated by me, but more so manipulated by someone else without a stated range of destructions [as we know explosions don't explode in a linear path but explode outward consuming all within a given radius.] Its not the fact that its my need, but its literally logical and how explosions are based.
This above also makes no sense, the ranges iv given [and all is decribed in the techniques] are the ranges in which i can create these swells from the users own body, whether popping up a rupture point 5 meters or 20 dependant on the listed range and popping up X amount in a given range dependant on how many the technique lets me make. Suddenly limiting that to "where opponent one" is standing is very limiting and doesnt entirely work.

The reason why I suggested to target specific opponents (which doesn't necessarily have to be people, it can be objects or locations too, I was only using "opponents" as a general term for combative purposes, which in hindsight, does seem silly). The entire idea of using radii in terms of the quantity and variety that you're trying to use only works reliably when every inch of the RP battleground is set in concrete, which is hardly ever the case in RPs.
Let's say you were engaged in PvP combat with a single or even multiple opponents. Now, do you not think it'd be simpler to say "you caused a cluster of small explosions surrounding them" or maybe "a bit of a larger explosion right below them", instead of saying "you caused ten 0.1m explosions around them" or "one 1m explosion below them"? This isn't a video game, where having a number associated with every aspect of an attack will be key in calculating what happens as a consequence. There is no hp system here that tells you how much you're going to hurt if you're standing 0.1m away from the explosion's center compared to how much you'll be hurt if you're 1m away. The attacks' accuracy and damage will generally be guided by the combat guide, which doesn't require you to be so precise with numbers.
Now, I understand your reservations with this, as you might think that not having exact measurements will allow them to "cheat" their way into escaping your explosions. BUT, since the reflex system doesn't dictate the speed in meters/second of anyone, even if you have a defined radius of say "1m", it's not going to stop them from going "oh, I escaped that radius because I had so-and-so amount of reflex". Instead, the reliability of your explosions actually hitting their mark on mobile opponents will be determined by comparing your reflex stat with theirs. (As shown in the combat guide).
And if you're worried about defining how much environmental damage you cause with your explosions, you don't need to be so specific in your techniques. During your RPs, giving a general gist of the sort of damage your explosions cause without being specific with a radius is more than okay. After all, even our mighty Lord Oda is rarely consistent with the amount of collateral damage a particular technique causes. I'm aware that many RP sites have far more concrete mechanics, where everything is to be set in stone and defined, but that's not what RevDawn is about. I don't know about you, but I find it incredibly boring and tedious to measure out an imaginary battlefield to see if that one light attack is going to break that one window by checking if it's within that 1m radius or not. Just break the damn window if you feel like it.
Lastly, the whole traveling attacks thing was not referring to your attacks at all. I was referring to attacks like flying slashes, bullets, etc. where it makes sense for weaker attacks to not "penetrate" through opponents. In your case, a "traveling" attack wouldn't and shouldn't be impeded by the first person it hits, since as you said, it doesn't make sense logically. I apologize for not being clear about what sort of traveling attacks I was referring to.
