Lmao. No need to feel down. Yes, your first two tier 1 equipment are free of charge. And yes, you can use your berries to purchase equipment also. Equipment can be purchased through the Shop of Dreams.

You can't afford upgrades yet, but you can afford two more tier 1 equipment which come to a total of 1 million berries.
