Mushi Mushi no Mi: Model Grasshopper
Devil Fruit: Mushi Mushi no Mi: Model Grasshopper
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Devil Fruit Appearance: The fruit is about the size of an apple, a leafy green colour, and shaped almost to resemble a goard. As per regular Devil Fruits, its covered in spirals, and tastes absolutely awful.
Devil Fruit Description: This zoan type devil fruit allows its user to transform into a grasshopper, as well as transform into a hybrid form. This also grants the user the abilities tied to that of a grasshopper, including absurd jumping ability, multiple limbs, a chitinous exoskeleton and the ability to generate sonic base attacks.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
Jumping Power (Passive): Grasshoppers are renowned for their jumping ability, and this one is no exception. In his regular form, Anton's jumping ability is increased to allow him to jump up to seven times his own height. In his hybrid form though, boosted by the insectoid wings he has on his back, he's capable of leaping up to thirty five times his regular height. Despite him possessing wings, Anton cannot fly, only jump really high.
Exoskeleton (Toggle): Grasshoppers, like all insects, have a chitinous exoskeleton. When in hybrid or full form, Anton's skin hardens to a point like metal. While in this state, his Defense is increased by 20%. However, this outer armour does hamper Anton's movements somewhat, resulting in a 20% decrease in Reflex.
Molting (Toggle): By shedding large amounts of his exoskeleton, and thus extra weight, Anton is able to make himself lighter, capable of moving faster. This raises his Reflex by 20%, though the decrease in mass makes him more fragile, dropping his Willpower by 20%
Multi-armed (Passive): Grasshoppers have six limbs, the powerful back legs, and four front limbs. In Anton's hybrid form, this translates into him possessing four arms. These don't apply any bonuses, outside of allowing him to wield up to four weapons simultaneously.
Sonic Generation (Passive): The grasshopper's famous ability to generate sound through their hind legs. In this case, it's able to be weaponized to allow Anton to generate sonic abilities with his hind legs. This of course requires him to be able to use his legs freely to do so.

Excellently balanced! Only thing I noticed was in the light technique, Sonic Sword, where you should balance out the 10% attack buff with an equivalent debuff. Maybe a 10% reflex debuff to account for the hard-to-control vibrating sword?

You're missing a Level 20 AoE.
Also, for your Sonic Sword technique, you don't need to balance out your stats anymore with Stat Morphs since they don't deal damage. You can simply give yourself a +25% ATK buff without debuffing your RX.

Exoskeleton: Grasshoppers, like all insects, have a chitinous exoskeleton. When in hybrid or full form, Anton's skin hardens to a point like metal. While in this state, his Defense is increased by 5%. However, this outer armour does hamper Anton's movements somewhat, resulting in a 5% decrease in Reflex.
Multi-armed: Grasshoppers have six limbs, the powerful back legs, and four front limbs. In Anton's hybrid form, this translates into him possessing four arms. These don't apply any bonuses, outside of allowing him to wield up to four weapons simultaneously.
Sonic Generation: The grasshopper's famous ability to generate sound through their hind legs. In this case, it's able to be weaponized to allow Anton to generate sonic abilities with his hind legs. This of course requires him to be able to use his legs freely to do so.

1. You don't have to specify whether a Canceller is for Flats or Stat Morphs. You can choose what it affects when you use it.

Technique Description: Using his jumping power, Anton launches himself at the target at top speed like a missile. Upon reaching them, he shifts his body so he connects with them feet first, delivering a powerful mule kick to the target, going fast enough to generate a cavitation bubble, resulting in a second impact, and a small sonic boom, resulting in a third!.

Technique Description: Anton falls back onto his arms, extending his grasshopper legs out towards the target. With a sharp scrape of his legs, he fires off what essentially could be described as a cannonball of pure sound, hitting the target and exploding in a blast of concussive force.

Trembling Din

Technique Description: Anton sends powerful vibrations through his body, and projects it out around him. Though they can't be seen, anyone within the field can feel their body being shaken violently, to a painful degree. Even the environment is shaken up, with weaker materials breaking from the vibrations.
