Devil Fruit Appearance: This particular Devil Fruit has the appearance of a small bunch of White Grapes with Jet Black Swirls on each one.
Devil Fruit Description: The Kussetsu Kussetsu no Mi gives its user the ability to bend light and therefore create images, or illusions. Depending on how they use their abilities, the user can create more or less any illusion they want, be it objects, creatures, clones, scenery, or even completely blind others with light. The user doesn’t have to physically touch the light however, they simply need to imagine what they want to show and be in a place with plenty of light to use. None of these illusions have any physical bodies however.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities: The only passive ability the user has is being able to tell what is real and what isn’t within the illusions, for instance if the person creates duplicates of a bullet he’s just shot, he would be able to automatically tell which one is real and which ones are fake. Other than that, there are no passive abilities.
Fighting Style: Now You See Me, Now You Don’t
Weapon Utilization: Nathaniel mainly uses his skills in card throwing to trick his opponents, he has perfected card throwing to the point of his cards becoming akin to throwing knives. When mixed with his Light-Bending abilities, he can throw a single card and make it look like there are multiple, therefore making it nearly impossible for the enemy to dodge the real one. He also tries to use his abilities to play mind tricks on his opponents – this works better when the opponent doesn’t know of his true abilities.
Specialization: As mentioned above, by using playing cards to attack, his attacks are primarily ranged, however he also has sound knowledge within physical combat as well.
Description: Again, as stated before, through using playing cards to throw, Nathaniel can make it look like there are many more than there are, and therefore make it difficult for the opponent to locate the real card. The same is the case for Nathaniel himself, in that he can create multiple ‘clones’ of himself to attack, however only one is real, this is of course also useful to hide. Nathaniel can also use his ability to make the opponent see a completely different scene around him, e.g. a desert when their actually in the middle of a town etc, however, using this technique makes it too difficult to create any other illusions.

Technique Description: A passive technique in which Nathaniel bends light around himself therefore hiding him from sight, however he cannot hide sounds he makes, his smell and people will still be able to touch him, therefore meaning he has to be very careful should he not want to be discovered. As this is a defensive technique and requires concentration Nathaniel’s attack is reduced by 20%

Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel creates up to 10 copies of himself, all of which moves individually, but only one is real. This can be used for both attacking, and defending, in that the opponent won’t be able to tell which version of Nathaniel to attack.

Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts | Duration: 3 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel folds a large amount of light into a small bubble and launches it at the opponent, it may seem harmless at first, but when it reaches a 5 metre radius of the target all the light unfolds and temporarily blinds the target, which leaves Nathaniel to attack or set up another illusion. The blinding effect lasts from 10 to 30 seconds.
Perfect Disguise
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: N/A
Technique Cooldown: 15 Posts | Duration: As this technique is slightly more complicated than Hidden in Plain Sight, this can be held for a maximum of 5 Posts.
Technique Description: An evolution of ‘Hidden in Plain Sight’, but rather than disappearing completely, Nathaniel bends light around himself in a way that changes his appearance, therefore making him into the perfect lookalike of any person he chooses, however, light cannot change his voice, and so anyone that knows the original would know the difference if Nathaniel spoke. For the same reasons as ‘Hidden in Plain Sight, while activated Nathaniel’s attack is reduced by 20%
- Medium Attacks:
Metamorphosis
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: n/a
Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Technique Description: This technique is perfect for those that do not know of Nathaniel’s true power. Nathaniel creates the illusion that he is turning into a giant horrifying beast, which hopefully will scare his foes to the point of not being able to attack. To create a convincing metamorphosis and a well-detailed giant monster takes quite a bit of concentration and therefore can’t be done all the time, and is mostly used for escape methods, or to distract his foes so that Nathaniel can sneak around them and attack normally from behind. In other words, ‘Metamorphosis’ is a huge bluff. Due to the nature of this Attack, it can cause a reduction in targets with less than 75% Will Power than Nathaniel by -25 Reflex points for two posts. At the same time however, Nathaniel's Defence stat is also reduced by -25 points for the same duration of time.
Mind Melt
Technique Level: 5
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 50 metre radius of the target.
Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Technique Description: Mind Melt works by making the target experience death and intense situations repeatedly, whether it be being cut in half, crushed by a giant rock or skinned alive, therefore breaking those with weak minds.
No Time to Lose
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 50 Metre radius of the target
Technique Cooldown: 20 Posts
Technique Description: Using his power of illusion, Nathaniel creates the illusion that time is moving faster around the target, therefore making it seem as though Nathaniel is moving at high speeds, when in fact he isn’t. This can confuse the enemy and make it difficult to keep up with Nathaniel’s movements leaving him free to attack. He helps himself to keep track of real time and the time they are seeing using his father’s stopwatch. Due to the effects iof this technique, while activated Nathaniel’s reflex Stat is increased by 15% while simultaneously decreasing his attack stat by 15% due to him having to focus on the watch while also concentrating on keeping up the illusion.

Magician’s Barrage
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: Melee
Technique Cooldown: 10 Posts | Duration: 4 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel physically attacks at point blank range at high speed using his ability to create fake limbs, therefore making it impossible to know which arms/legs are real. This is quite tiring as the barrage can go on for quite a while, and Nathaniel has to not only attack with his real body, but also control all of the fake limbs that he’s making move just as fast as he is.
House of Cards
Technique Level: 10
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 20 Metre Radius of the Target
Technique Cooldown: 15 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel Creates a massive maze like mansion of out giant illusion based playing cards. Even though the target is actually just running around in circles, Nathaniel is making it seem like they are trapped in a never-ending labyrinth. Nathaniel can also see exactly what the targets see, and can influence the maze to his delight, such as being able to rearrange the cards and therefore the structure of the maze. Nathaniel can then attack as he pleases, however, should the opponent find the exit to the House of Cards, the illusion is undone. Also, this technique is pretty much useless on those who know of Nathaniel’s abilities as they would simply walk through the walls of the House of Cards. This ability is best used in open spaces, therefore making Nathaniel able to create larger Card Houses for the target to get lost in.
- AOE Attacks:
Change of Scenery
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: People up to 10 Metres away
Technique Radius: 2.5 Metre Circle around the target
Technique Cooldown: 21 Posts | Duration: 10 Posts
Technique Description: This technique allows Nathaniel to completely change the way the target and those within 2.5 metres of them see the world (the radius moves along with the target so they can’t simply walk out of the illusion), they could be standing in the middle of a forest and Nathaniel could create the illusion that they are in a desert or a busy town, therefore making them blind to what’s really going on. Within the world he creates, everything is detailed, the sound, the smell the taste of the air, everything but what they feel is altered, as if they’ve been transported away. Of course while in this state, Nathaniel is free to attack, but all of his attack power is reduced by 25% due to him having to concentrate exceedingly hard to keep the illusion up, therefore this works best when attempting to escape, or when working with someone else so that they can attack while Nathaniel’s ‘Changed the Target’s Scenery’ so to speak.
5 Minutes to Curtain Call
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Up to 200 Metres away
Technique Radius: 50 Metre Radius
Technique Cooldown: 25 Posts | Duration: 6 Posts, the 6th post being when the ‘bomb’ goes off.
Technique Description: Nathaniel’s current most powerful attack in which he deflects light from entering up to a 50 metre radius around a certain chosen point therefore completely blocking the sight of outside from all those within the radius. He then creates the illusion of a large copy of the face of his father’s Stopwatch that hovers within the dome for all the targets to see and watch as time counts down. It works by Nathaniel building up all the light that should be entering the area on the outside of the dome for as long as he can hold it – 5 minutes, at the end of which all of the light that has been built up crashes down on top of the area creating a devastating bomb-like explosion. This technique is of course very risky for Nathaniel as it requires him to focus completely, which in turn completely depletes his energy and therefore makes him lose consciousness. This of course means he is completely vulnerable to any attack.

[I haven't read the individual techniques yet, so forgive me if you've already addressed this, but you should make the "changing the scenery completely" ability either a medium technique, or make it a high-tier passive. (Probably a tier 4 passive) Also, keep in mind that this ability has a certain range and area of effect. Speaking of which, if you plan to have this technique affect more than say... two or three individuals that are about the same level (or higher level) than you, I'd recommend making this an AOE attack. You can make it so that the AOE lasts a good amount of posts, as long as you raise your cooldown appropriately.

But, you must also give yourself an equivalent debuff. I'd recommend an attack debuff, since he'd have to split his attention between his opponent and the watch.]

This technique is of course very risky for Nathaniel as he has to be inside the radius for it to work, hence why he tries to avoid it when he can. This technique is mostly used when there is a large amount of enemies. [Again, let's make the countdown into a certain number of posts, just for the sake of consistency. Also, I love the doomsday vibe of this technique!]

Ah crap. Also one thing I forgot to mention in the grading is the maximum range for "Card Cannon" and "5 minutes to curtain call". For the light attack, the maximum range is 10x the technique level (not the character's level), hence it should be no more than 200m, since the technique's level is 20.
And for 5 minutes to curtain call, your maximum AOE can be 50m wide. The radius of an AOE can be no more than 25% of the maximum range. This means that you can actually create this dome of apparently another dimension without actually being in the center of it. You can create it anywhere up to 200m away if you like, but the maximum area of effect of the dome must be no more than 50m.
And for 5 minutes to curtain call, your maximum AOE can be 50m wide. The radius of an AOE can be no more than 25% of the maximum range. This means that you can actually create this dome of apparently another dimension without actually being in the center of it. You can create it anywhere up to 200m away if you like, but the maximum area of effect of the dome must be no more than 50m.

Jeebers. I suppose I'm to blame since things aren't clarified in the template, but having such extensive durations for techniques is not okay unless you make the cooldowns for techniques twice as long as the durations. In short, the longer the duration of a technique, the longer its cooldown should be. Since you seem to have applied this "really long lasting techniques" to so many of your techniques, I'll let you sort through them and reduce the techniques' durations. To see how long techniques should last, skim through my fighting style. It'll at least give you a general gist. If you want techniques to be "toggles" which you can turn on or off at will, make them into passives. These will need to come with appropriate debuffs, of course, to justify their nearly infinite use.

Let's reduce the duration of Hidden in plain sight to something like 3 posts... >_> The duration of Perfect Disguise to 5 posts (and also apply the 20% attack debuff to Perfect Disguise)... and 5 minutes to curtain call to 6 posts, and then we'll be golden.

Cooldown indicates how many of your posts need to pass before you can use the technique again. Otherwise, most light attacks could practically be spammed over and over again with threads involving multiple players. (Which is fine and all because they're light attacks, but it'd get boring and repetitive really quickly.

Weapon Utilization: Nathaniel mainly uses his skills in card throwing to trick his opponents, he has perfected card throwing to the point of his cards becoming akin to throwing knives. When mixed with his Light-Bending abilities, he can throw a single card and make it look like there are multiple, therefore making it nearly impossible for the enemy to dodge the real one. He also tries to use his abilities to play mind tricks on his opponents – this works better when the opponent doesn’t know of his true abilities.
Specialization: As mentioned above, by using playing cards to attack, his attacks are primarily ranged, however he also has sound knowledge within physical combat as well.
Description: Again, as stated before, through using playing cards to throw, Nathaniel can make it look like there are many more than there are, and therefore make it difficult for the opponent to locate the real card. The same is the case for Nathaniel himself, in that he can create multiple ‘clones’ of himself to attack, however only one is real, this is of course also useful to hide. Nathaniel can also use his ability to make the opponent see a completely different scene around him, e.g. a desert when their actually in the middle of a town etc, however, using this technique makes it too difficult to create any other illusions.

Technique Description: A passive technique in which Nathaniel bends light around himself therefore hiding him from sight, however he cannot hide sounds he makes, his smell and people will still be able to touch him, therefore meaning he has to be very careful should he not want to be discovered. As this is a defensive technique and requires concentration Nathaniel’s attack is reduced by 20%

Technique Description: Nathaniel creates up to 10 copies of himself, all of which moves individually, but only one is real. This can be used for both attacking, and defending, in that the opponent won’t be able to tell which version of Nathaniel to attack.

Technique Description: Nathaniel folds a large amount of light into a small bubble and launches it at the opponent, it may seem harmless at first, but when it reaches a 5 metre radius of the target all the light unfolds and temporarily blinds the target, which leaves Nathaniel to attack or set up another illusion. The blinding effect lasts from 10 to 30 seconds.
Perfect Disguise

Technique Cooldown: 15 Posts | Duration: As this technique is slightly more complicated than Hidden in Plain Sight, this can be held for a maximum of 5 Posts.
Technique Description: An evolution of ‘Hidden in Plain Sight’, but rather than disappearing completely, Nathaniel bends light around himself in a way that changes his appearance, therefore making him into the perfect lookalike of any person he chooses, however, light cannot change his voice, and so anyone that knows the original would know the difference if Nathaniel spoke. For the same reasons as ‘Hidden in Plain Sight, while activated Nathaniel’s attack is reduced by 20%
- Medium Attacks:
Metamorphosis
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: n/a
Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Technique Description: This technique is perfect for those that do not know of Nathaniel’s true power. Nathaniel creates the illusion that he is turning into a giant horrifying beast, which hopefully will scare his foes to the point of not being able to attack. To create a convincing metamorphosis and a well-detailed giant monster takes quite a bit of concentration and therefore can’t be done all the time, and is mostly used for escape methods, or to distract his foes so that Nathaniel can sneak around them and attack normally from behind. In other words, ‘Metamorphosis’ is a huge bluff.
Mind Melt
Technique Level: 5
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 50 metre radius of the target.
Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Technique Description: Mind Melt works by making the target experience death and intense situations repeatedly, whether it be being cut in half, crushed by a giant rock or skinned alive, therefore breaking those with weak minds.
No Time to Lose
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 50 Metre radius of the target
Technique Cooldown: 20 Posts
Technique Description: Using his power of illusion, Nathaniel creates the illusion that time is moving faster around the target, therefore making it seem as though Nathaniel is moving at high speeds, when in fact he isn’t. This can confuse the enemy and make it difficult to keep up with Nathaniel’s movements leaving him free to attack. He helps himself to keep track of real time and the time they are seeing using his father’s stopwatch. Due to the effects iof this technique, while activated Nathaniel’s reflex Stat is increased by 15% while simultaneously decreasing his attack stat by 15% due to him having to focus on the watch while also concentrating on keeping up the illusion.
- Heavy Attacks:
Magician’s Barrage
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: Melee
Technique Cooldown: 10 Posts | Duration: 4 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel physically attacks at point blank range at high speed using his ability to create fake limbs, therefore making it impossible to know which arms/legs are real. This is quite tiring as the barrage can go on for quite a while, and Nathaniel has to not only attack with his real body, but also control all of the fake limbs that he’s making move just as fast as he is.
House of Cards
Technique Level: 10
Technique Range: Nathaniel has to be within a 20 Metre Radius of the Target
Technique Cooldown: 15 Posts
Technique Description: Nathaniel Creates a massive maze like mansion of out giant illusion based playing cards. Even though the target is actually just running around in circles, Nathaniel is making it seem like they are trapped in a never-ending labyrinth. Nathaniel can also see exactly what the targets see, and can influence the maze to his delight, such as being able to rearrange the cards and therefore the structure of the maze. Nathaniel can then attack as he pleases, however, should the opponent find the exit to the House of Cards, the illusion is undone. Also, this technique is pretty much useless on those who know of Nathaniel’s abilities as they would simply walk through the walls of the House of Cards. This ability is best used in open spaces, therefore making Nathaniel able to create larger Card Houses for the target to get lost in.
- AOE Attacks:
Change of Scenery
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: People up to 10 Metres away
Technique Radius: 2.5 Metre Circle around the target
Technique Cooldown: 21 Posts | Duration: 10 Posts
Technique Description: This technique allows Nathaniel to completely change the way the target and those within 2.5 metres of them see the world (the radius moves along with the target so they can’t simply walk out of the illusion), they could be standing in the middle of a forest and Nathaniel could create the illusion that they are in a desert or a busy town, therefore making them blind to what’s really going on. Within the world he creates, everything is detailed, the sound, the smell the taste of the air, everything but what they feel is altered, as if they’ve been transported away. Of course while in this state, Nathaniel is free to attack, but all of his attack power is reduced by 25% due to him having to concentrate exceedingly hard to keep the illusion up, therefore this works best when attempting to escape, or when working with someone else so that they can attack while Nathaniel’s ‘Changed the Target’s Scenery’ so to speak.
5 Minutes to Curtain Call
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Up to 200 Metres away
Technique Radius: 50 Metre Radius
Technique Cooldown: 25 Posts | Duration: 6 Posts, the 6th post being when the ‘bomb’ goes off.
Technique Description: Nathaniel’s current most powerful attack in which he deflects light from entering up to a 50 metre radius around a certain chosen point therefore completely blocking the sight of outside from all those within the radius. He then creates the illusion of a large copy of the face of his father’s Stopwatch that hovers within the dome for all the targets to see and watch as time counts down. It works by Nathaniel building up all the light that should be entering the area on the outside of the dome for as long as he can hold it – 5 minutes, at the end of which all of the light that has been built up crashes down on top of the area creating a devastating bomb-like explosion. This technique is of course very risky for Nathaniel as it requires him to focus completely, which in turn completely depletes his energy and therefore makes him lose consciousness. This of course means he is completely vulnerable to any attack.

Technique Description: This technique allows Nathaniel to completely change the way the target and those within 2.5 metres of them see the world (the radius moves along with the target so they can’t simply walk out of the illusion), they could be standing in the middle of a forest and Nathaniel could create the illusion that they are in a desert or a busy town, therefore making them blind to what’s really going on. Within the world he creates, everything is detailed, the sound, the smell the taste of the air, everything but what they feel is altered, as if they’ve been transported away. Of course while in this state, Nathaniel is free to attack, but all of his attack power is reduced by 25% due to him having to concentrate exceedingly hard to keep the illusion up, therefore this works best when attempting to escape, or when working with someone else so that they can attack while Nathaniel’s ‘Changed the Target’s Scenery’ so to speak.

Technique Radius: 50 Metre Radius
Technique Cooldown: 25 Posts | Duration: 6 Posts, the 6th post being when the ‘bomb’ goes off.
Technique Description: Nathaniel’s current most powerful attack in which he deflects light from entering up to a 50 metre radius around a certain chosen point therefore completely blocking the sight of outside from all those within the radius. He then creates the illusion of a large copy of the face of his father’s Stopwatch that hovers within the dome for all the targets to see and watch as time counts down. It works by Nathaniel building up all the light that should be entering the area on the outside of the dome for as long as he can hold it – 5 minutes, at the end of which all of the light that has been built up crashes down on top of the area creating a devastating bomb-like explosion. This technique is of course very risky for Nathaniel as it requires him to focus completely, which in turn completely depletes his energy and therefore makes him lose consciousness. This of course means he is completely vulnerable to any attack.
