Equipment Description: The protector is a very big shield with the shape of a rectangle, made out of different metals, rocks and even pieces of ice. Borü made it with his broken house, he took everything he could from the water and used it as a boat to reach land. His brothers helped him to make it, and he has made it even bigger with time. Taking anything he founds and placing it into the shield, but always leaving the logo of his family. It weights 0.80 tons. It has a 5 meters height, and a 4.5 meters width. It's name comes from its purpose, it works to protect and is was made to protect. Being as heavy as it is, Borü has been able to learn how to use it in many other ways.

Technique Description: By hitting the floor with the shield and using the weight of the shield plus the strength of the user, a big zone around the user will break. Creating a Creating a 20 meters radius circular crater, with an 2 meter depth ditch. . Any person inside the zone will suffer a 2 meters fall, except for the user who will stay still on top of an intact piece of floor. Leaving a perfect battlefield.
Lift
Technique By: The Protector
Technique Tier: 3
Technique Range: 2 Meters Straight
Technique Cooldown: 4
Technique Description: By hoding the shield one meter above the floor and letting it fall. The weight of the shield will break the floor around. Moving it and creating a small rock in front of the user that will blow away any person on top of it. It can only target one person at the time. (The user can also use this technique to reach higher places, or even move someone else to far distances)
The target will move depending on it's weight:
220 Pounds or less = 30 Meters away Approximately
221-330 Pounds= 25 Meters away Approximately
331-440 Pounds= 20 Meters away Approximately
441 Pounds or more= 10 Meters.
This chart it's only and APPROXIMATE, so it's possible to know a distance. So remember, someone who weights 350 pounds, and someone who weights 420 pounds won't move the saame distance.

The shield itself is aokay, it's the techniques that concern me. Crater is an AOE Technique, mean it's range will only be 25% of the actual max radius reach, so don't forget that part. Update your description to suit and you should be fine. Tier 3 is 400m, max range so I'll allow you to edit that, to get the maximum AOE coverage, due note some with better reflexes can avoid the crack or evade to the fragments that remain but all in all good technique.
For the second technique, Protector, I'd go with 30, 25, 20 and then anything above 440 would be defaulted as 10M. Also note, techniques like this can be subjected to the same reflex evasion vibe. Aside from that, I'll say with these changes, everything should be Gucci.
Side Note: Don't forget to update your character application so I can finish both of these in one go.
