Nikyu Nikyu no Mi - Paw Paw Fruit
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: The Nikyu Nikyu fruit has a green outer exterior, to which it features several spirals much like it's other Devil Fruit family members. It's shape is similar to that of a watermelon, with spirals forming a paw like shape inconspicuously on it's surface.
Devil Fruit Description:
The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw Human (肉球人間 Nikukyū Ningen?, "Paw-Palmed Human"). The paws are permanently engraved into the user, use of clothing to cover the paws can suppress it's reflecting type effects, for example gloves or gauntlets.
- The fruit's immediate ability is that the user is able to push virtually anything they touch into paw-shaped bubbles and send these fixtures flying at an extremely high speed. This include both tangible materials and intangible materials as well. Differ from the series however, Caesar isn't able to deflect any attack but more so deflect attacks that are within his class. (This aspect of his ability uses the Reflex Versus Reflex Scale for PVP and In-Combat Reference.) Example, 25%-75% = Weaker quick hits may land occasionally. No heavy hits will land. When using deflection techniques, Caesar would be able to deflect weaker hits within his range occasionally but not automatically if not role played as such.
- This ability features great diversity, allowing for Caesar to harness capabilities like repelling air around him at very high speeds, the attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw shaped imprints on the surfaces that the paw's come in contact with. The Nikyu Nikyu, though able to repel objects and people at an extremely fast rate gives the illusion of it's user being able to teleport at will, that is not so. Caesar is able to propel himself across certain distances, (gauged by Reflexes) to speed which is near instantaneous, though he since he's not seeing doing so most times, it appears to be teleportation.
- It's also duly to note that the user's repel human capabilities can only be used via his paws in his palm, his body itself cannot repel objects or people, just anything that comes in contact with this palms.
- Caesar can determine the direction in which the afflicted can be pushed upon contact, however, once set into motion he can't control the repelled object/user. How far he can potentially push these objects/humans is determined by the level of the technique.
- In a more literally sense, Caesar is also able to repel his enemies/allies aliments such as fatigue or pain, being able to push this out of one person's body into another person's body. These sensations are manifested into a red bubble resembling a palm, it's fatigue and pain take moments to fully sink into the person's body, so escape from these red bubbles is possible but once contact is made, a portion of the repelled aliments is transferred to the afflicted. Depending on the scale of the technique and severity of the damage repelled, this distribution of damage could either occur instantly, or over a period of time (several posts). This transfer leaves the recipient in agonizing pain, and the benefactor feeling healthy and energized, though their wounds remain unhealed.
- This also gives Caesar the ability to repel air into a compressed format and fire it off in the form of paw shaped balls, much like his ability to repel pain and air, as mentioned earlier. The scale of the wide spread damage from this compressed air imploding, depends on the size of the bubble before it's compressed.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
- Atlas Touch I - Ability to push very slight pain and fatigue from personages. Like miracle like tricks, like removing the pain from scratches or headaches.
- Atlas Touch II -Ability to push or repel tangible and inanimate objects alike. (Weapons/Equipments must be three Tier's below Caesar's level)

Description:

The way he pushes his palms forward and the stance he takes while performing this technique resemble those used commonly in sumo wrestling. Each bubble is 8 x 8 Inches in size and can travel up to four hundred meters, but only break apart after making contact with a wide tough surface, leaving a paw mark in it's wake. These palm bubbles 'pass' through the opponent, also leaving a paw mark upon the contact site. Caesar can produce twenty bubbles from this skill, the impact can cripple boats and the infrastructure of buildings.

The force of this blast is powerful enough to knock out most targets as well as encompass an entire 50 Meter Radius. Caesar has shown the ability to control the direction of the attack even after it's release. However this technique is not easily accomplished, it takes two posts to charge.

- Atlas Touch II Ability to push himself across short distances 5m. Anything higher must be done via techniques. [This ability, I think should go under one of the light techniques. Making it a passive ability could on one hand make it really overpowered, and on the other hand, make it not reach its full potential.
Let's use an example. Let's say you are being attacked by someone, and you used this ability to dodge the attack. Now, what you could do is make it a technique, that way you can apply an actual stat boost to your reflex stat for the duration of that attack. And then to make it balanced, you could give yourself a defense debuff (the higher the amount of this defense debuff, the higher you can set the reflex boost) for the next attack on you, giving yourself a sort of "disoriented" state from the sudden change of location. (Also make it so that you can only use this ability defensively, so that you can't force-land a major attack on someone by super-boosting your reflex stat for that one attack). And if you'd still like to use this as a passive, make it so that it can only be used outside of combat.
And, in the case of rejecting people's location to transport them (for Atlas Touch I), if you want to keep it as a passive, make it so that you can only use it on a character of much lower tier than you. Otherwise, you can make it a technique and simply base the success of your rejection based on your reflex stats vs theirs.]- Atlas Touch III Ability to push very slight pain and fatigue from personages. Light techniques are fast, but not THAT fast xD. And besides, any shockwaves that Kuma used in canon, were pretty slow. You can make your light techniques faster than Kuma's, of course, but the heavy attacks will have to be a lot slower in comparison. Also, this is a light technique, so keep in mind that the damages dealt couldn't exactly be described as "devastating" unless the opponent was much weaker (Unless you're only using the word for effect). In the end though, the damage will still be decided by pitting your attack stat against your opponent's defense stat.]. If anything, it should lower the class of the reflected attack. (Especially since this ability already has a massive benefit of defending you entirely from an equal-class technique).]

Caesar is able to remove severe pain and fatigue from an enemy/ally/himself and afflicted to another person. This pent up damage manifests in the form of a gigantic red bubble, around 30 Meters in size. Anyone touched by this bubble can suffer up to 15% De-Buff on their reflex and defense stat for the remainder of the thread. The bubble is able to travel up to 150M, however, it moves at an extremely slow snail like place, losing size as it makes contact with tangible objects(distributes the pain/fatigue). [If you want to give a de-buff lasting an entire thread, you'll have to make the cooldown for it in the 20s-30s at the very least. Some threads can last a while man.. Or just make it so that you can only use it once per thread, but every shred of pain and fatigue from your initial target is completely removed into the bubble, effectively making them as fresh as The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. (Minus any actual wounds, of course.)
Oh, and also! Since this technique's bubble is so massive in size, this would most likely have to be an AOE technique. So, just make the bubble under about 7-10m in size.]

Looking great! Just two small things. (You forgot to change the radius of the AOE attacks in their description. And for the second AOE attack, 25% of the range would be 50m not 150.

The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw Human (肉球人間 Nikukyū Ningen?, "Paw-Palmed Human"). The paws are permanently engraved into the user, use of clothing to cover the paws can suppress it's reflecting type effects, for example gloves or gauntlets.
- The fruit's immediate ability is that the user is able to push virtually anything they touch into paw-shaped bubbles and send these fixtures flying at an extremely high speed. This include both tangible materials and intangible materials as well. Differ from the series however, Caesar isn't able to deflect any attack but more so deflect attacks that are within his class. (This aspect of his ability uses the Reflex Versus Reflex Scale for PVP and In-Combat Reference.) Example, 25%-75% = Weaker quick hits may land occasionally. No heavy hits will land. When using deflection techniques, Caesar would be able to deflect weaker hits within his range occasionally but not automatically if not role played as such.
- This ability features great diversity, allowing for Caesar to harness capabilities like repelling air around him at very high speeds, the attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw shaped imprints on the surfaces that the paw's come in contact with. The Nikyu Nikyu, though able to repel objects and people at an extremely fast rate gives the illusion of it's user being able to teleport at will, that is not so. Caesar is able to propel himself across certain distances, (gauged by Reflexes) to speed which is near instantaneous, though he since he's not seeing doing so most times, it appears to be teleportation.
- It's also duly to note that the user's repel human capabilities can only be used via his paws in his palm, his body itself cannot repel objects or people, just anything that comes in contact with this palms.
- Caesar can determine the direction in which the afflicted can be pushed upon contact, however, once set into motion he can't control the repelled object/user. How far he can potentially push these objects/humans is determined by the level of the technique.
- In a more literally sense, Caesar is also able to repel his enemies/allies aliments such as fatigue or pain, being able to push this out of one person's body into another person's body. These sensations are manifested into a red bubble resembling a palm, it's fatigue and pain take moments to fully sink into the person's body, so escape from these red bubbles is possible but once contact is made, a portion of the repelled aliments is transferred to the afflicted. Depending on the scale of the technique and severity of the damage repelled, this distribution of damage could either occur instantly, or over a period of time (several posts). This transfer leaves the recipient in agonizing pain, and the benefactor feeling healthy and energized, though their wounds remain unhealed.
- This also gives Caesar the ability to repel air into a compressed format and fire it off in the form of paw shaped balls, much like his ability to repel pain and air, as mentioned earlier. The scale of the wide spread damage from this compressed air imploding, depends on the size of the bubble before it's compressed.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
- Atlas Touch I - Ability to push very slight pain and fatigue from personages. Like miracle like tricks, like removing the pain from scratches or headaches.
- Atlas Touch II -Ability to push or repel tangible and inanimate objects alike. (Weapons/Equipments must be three Tier's below Caesar's level)
- Atlas Touch III - Ability to push himself across short distances of 5M, cannot be used in combat settings.

Caesar uses his repelling abilities to place his body in places that give the optical illusion of him disappearing, which he uses to his advantage to deliver fierce and lethal kicks from his long strapping legs. He was likened to that of a Tiger by his master, for the quick mobility of his movements and the strength placed behind his strikes when pounces.

- This relief in pain offers Caesar for one post, a slight 5% increase on his reflex stat.
- Light Fatigue(2%) - 2.5 x 2.5 Inches in Size.
- Heavy Fatigue(5%) - 5 x 5 Inches in Size.
- Severe Fatigue(10%) - 10 x 10 Inches in Size.
This doesn't erase the afflicted damage but removes 5-10% of the pain in the form of a de-buff to the afflicted contacted for the next three posts. This de-buff is monitored on the opponent as a Reflex Debuff, but Caesar also suffers an Attack Debuff equal to the percentage afflicted for three posts after.
These bubbles travel 20 Meters before fizzling away into thin air.
