Detailed Description: Cobalt is a short girl making her appear very unimposing, she prefers to wear formal wear as if she were a business woman though she often doesn't do any form of business. Most don't suspect her of acts of extreme violence due to her stature but they can never be more wrong.

Personality: The Demon Blade, Blue Streak Cobalt, an adept swords woman and prodigy. Once very ambitious her ambitions seemed to have been quelled since her early years in the Grand Line. Though she appears bored and uninspired, she actually upholds a strict training regiment for her swordsmanship as well as always looking out for promising prospects to rebuild her crew. Though she finds herself often disappointed with most of the rookies that make it to the Grand Line unprepared she nonetheless continues searching for worthy crew members. When she's not looking for a promising rookies or terrible ones to fight she's often getting drunk to pass the time. Her standards with for her crew are quite strict but many may find that once you are a part of her crew nothing is more important that the bonds she has put her effort into creating.

Born as a problem child in the West Blue, Cobalt was rarely accept due to her angry personality and the odd colors of her eyes. She found herself uninterested in customs of Kano Country but she found herself quite gifted when it came to sword fighting. Training since the age of seven she quickly rose through the ranks and eventually found herself bored with the lack of challenge. Soon she donned an eyepatch over her odd colored eye to give herself more challenge but to no avail she found she was once again at the top. As soon as she was an acceptable age to set out to sea she left seeking her own fame and soon found herself caught up with the ambitious goal of becoming pirate king believing it to be a challenge.
During her travels she found herself as part of a pirate crew, though they often picked on her for her small stature and ambitious attitude. Eventually she betrayed the captain after he refused to take the crew into the grand line believing all the needed was within the west blue, killing the captain in broad daylight she forced the crew to submit to her own rule as captain killing anyone who objected. And thus she formed the Blue Rose Pirates and set off for the grand line in search of her ambitions.
In the grand line Cobalt had a really strong start due to her already powerful nature, however her growth started to waver as weaker opponents weren't producing worth while experience. This would inevitably become problematic once her inexperience began to catch up with her as she eventually met a series of increasingly difficult opponents. After several devastating losses her crew began to lose faith in her ability to push them through these difficult enemies and as a result they would decide to commit mutiny. With their progress reset to a far easier position in Paradise she would eventually find herself stabbed in the back and left for dead on an island which many argued was abandoned in hopes that she would die alone. Low and behold she was found not by another passing crew, but inhabitants of the supposedly abandoned island would come to her rescue.
The island would treat her kindly and eventually would come to accept her as one of their own oddly enough supplying a place where she felt she could belong, but the sea still called to her, the smoldering remains of her old ambition. The island people would eventually provide her with a new ship and a method to crew such a ship on her own, a devil fruit which she was at first hesitant to accept but she would eventually take its power and the ship that she was gifted. With her gifts she would return to her pirating ways though she would always return to the island keeping its waters clear of passing pirates and given her proximity to the entrance of the grand line many would be rookies. She had kept the waters clear for so long she had earned herself the title of rookie killer and thus acted as the stepping stones to being given a position among the Shichibukai.

Her bored attitude makes her appear lazy to most who meet her she actually upholds a strict training schedule daily to ensure her swordsmanship never falters. When she is bored she often looks for strong opponents to pass the time though usually to no avail due to her own growing strength. Those who have known her for longer know how terrifying she can be when angry and especially terrifying when she has a place to focus her rage cutting down friend and foe alike just to get to them. Though true terror exists when she isn't angry as all her focus will go into that single target and not a single breath is wasted instead of a rage filled rampage. When she's not looking for a fight she's often getting drunk to pass the time. It is believed she upholds a standard for her opponents as she rarely focused on the Navy in the past, many suspect that she likes to fight opponents with unknown strengths as opposed to opponents who's strengths are well known such as Navy officers.

This disappointment was sparked by the numerous pirate groups that simply crumbled before her own crew. Eventually she found that it wasn't worth progressing through beyond Paradise considering the grand line as a whole to be a huge disappointment with no challenges. And so instead of continuing to seek out her dreams of finding a challenge she was driven to boredom as she hunted pirate crews considering the Navy to come after her as not worthy of dealing with. Eventually her actions lead to her induction into the Shishibukai due to her ruthless execution of many upcoming pirate groups. Many fear that if she were to actually meet a challenge that it may reignite her ambition for a challenge and could lead her to the new world.
