Technique Description: The user creates five detached strings from their back in the shape of spears. They form an arc over the user’s shoulders, reminding one of a halo. The user can throw them at will. The five strings can be combined to create a single, more powerful string-spear that can be thrown or used as a weapon. Doing so increases attack by 30% and reduces reflex by 30%. Combining the spears additionally increases cooldown to 20 posts and increases duration to 8 posts.

During this state, destructive power is increased immensely but accuracy drops significantly and the user’s arm is damaged. Attack increases by 60%, reflex drops by 30%, defense drops by 30%.
Kumo no Sugaki ("Spider's Web"):

Technique Description: The user creates a huge web made of string that protects him from incoming projectiles. The web is sturdy and flexible, and acts as a trampoline, mitigating the force of attacks or projectiles. It is possible to use this technique up to three times. A single web can hold if the attacker's attack stat is <60% of the user’s defense. Using two stacked webs will block an attack that is <120% (2*60%) of the user’s defense. Three stacked webs will block attacks that are <180% (3*60%) of the user's defense. Each additional use after the first adds five posts to the cooldown. If the attacker’s attack is <10% of the user’s defense, the projectile is reflected. The web remains for five turns and can be used creatively. The countdown for the duration begins the moment the fist web is created (all webs disappear when the first one finishes its duration)

Technique Description: The user opens his palm toward his opponent and fires a thick, fast, condensed beam of strings. The beam travels fast and is precise, but lacks in destructive power. The beam can then be caught and used temporarily as a whip for 3 posts, increasing attack by 20% and reducing reflex by 20%.

If used on an enemy, the strings close in to damage them and anyone within 2.5m. If used on an ally, the tornado damages anyone within 2.5m, excluding the target. After that the strings rapidly expand outward, knocking away anyone within 2.5m and defense <80% of the user’s attack.
Normal attacks refer to attacks that would require physically breaking through the strings. This does not include haki-imbued attacks.
Spider’s Forest

The strings can be used for many diverse purposes such as swiping the strings to slice through things like body parts and weapons similar to piano wire, attaching them to clouds for aerial transportation, and creating masses of bundled-up, compressed strings for various constructs such as ropes usable as whips, bullets or a massive spider web defense.
