As in footwear, he uses a pair of black boots. When he jumps into the water, he usually does without any clothes on top nor his suspenders and only keeps the pants without the boots.

Detailed Description: Rangoon is a Fishman [Include which type of fishman he is, for example: whale fishman, shark fishman, blowfish fishman]. He has a big, very muscular body which is covered by scales to make it harder. His body is purple and he has a pair of horns in his face, one pointing up and one pointing down. In his arms, he has some sort of big fin which can be used to fight giving him a minimum range in his blunt attacks.
