Doctor:Well not yet a full fledged doctor, he studied in the prestigious academy in the White City of Flevance and as a top student, he was well ahead of his peers and a true genius at his craft. He can perform many surgical procedures that experienced doctors may struggle with. He also has an arsenal of medical knowledge that equips him for many situations.

Contained deep within it is the canister that his brother gave him.
Description: A slightly tanned, olive skinned individual. His skin is so smooth that it appears to shine under the sun. Somewhat skinny, but extremely defined and lean. Somewhat of a round face, but angular, made up of his innocent eyes, slightly large nose and wide welcoming smile.
The Past
Main Traits:
Self Righteous: While he isn’t perfect, he puts a lot of care into doing the right thing. He strongly believes that after one passes, they will all be accountable for each and every step they took, and for that reason, he makes sure to step with his right before his left. Don’t expect a dirty joke out of this fella’s mouth, but if you let one slip beside him, what you can expect is a dark glare or even a lecture.
Playful and Humorous: One of his goals is to be able to make it to heaven and receive the replay tape of his life with joyous, and sincere laughter. He loves to joke, and the laughter of others is the paint that strokes a smile onto his face.
Reflective and Curious: Despite his playful demeanor, when the world is not rolling on the floor, dying of laughter, at his feet, he is actually quite subdued. He overanalyzes the smallest of matters and may find great wisdom in a loosely threaded sentence. He is very reflective and enjoys nothing more than finding an answer to a deep problem; not even forcing a laugh from those around him.
Respectful and polite:“If you respect someone, you treat them with respect. If you don’t respect someone, you still treat them with respect. Not because they deserve it, but because you respect yourself so much that you can’t help but behave in a respectful manner.” Now, don’t be fooled. That doesn’t mean that if he thinks you deserve a piece of his mind he won’t give it to you–he will, just coated with a thick layer of politeness.
Immature and Gullible: As many of those traveling the seas would say, he is “ripe for the picking.” He is fooled and trusts people quite easily. Due to his sheltered past he has no real experiences of the real world. It’s not that he isn’t intelligent, he just doesn’t pick up on subtle things easily.
Humble and Self Depreciating: The people around him value his presence and acknowledge him Despite that, he seems to be incapable of taking a compliment or coming to terms with the fact that he is well liked.
Likes:
Poetry: He can find great wisdom from a loosely threaded sentence. From a stream of meticulously crafted, fluidly flowing ones weaved by a master articulator; however, he finds deep sentimental value and purpose.
Debating: He won’t waste his time arguing with an ignorant or an arrogant person. A debate, on the other hand, is a prospect that causes his face to light up. A loss is more delightful to him than a victory as it sends him into the realm of questions, that eventually leads to the heavenly satisfaction of incipient answers.
History: He loves to contemplate, and anything history related is an all-you-can-eat-buffet for the mind. He finds the dynamics between people of the past to be thrilling; why read a novel or a fantasy when you can read a real life story that surpasses them all?
Nature: The perfection of this world, the beauty of the way it is shaped and the amazing uniqueness of all the different areas of it never fail to enthrall him. Whether it is a stroll through a forest, or a swim across a river, he loves to spend time in nature.
Other likes:
- Open minded people
- Running (as an exercise)
- All forms of nuts
- Hot temperature
- Bronze (color)
Dislikes:
Music: Just the sound of it irritates him, as if speaking to his soul-–only in the devil's voice. He likes to enjoy his time with friends, work on something beneficial, or sit and contemplate instead of mindlessly listening to something that won’t benefit him. People use music as a vice to escape from this life, something that he has no need for.
Oppression: “If you sin, then you are only transgressing against yourself. God doesn’t need your actions, you’re the one at a loss. In the end, God is the most merciful, you can change and he can and will forgive you if you do. When you oppress others on the other hand, you are digging your own grave; God forgives, people don’t always.”
Greed: He believes that nothing you give is ever “lost.” It has just found a different use. “Greed is a paradoxical disease of the heart. The more you want, the more you will have. The more you have the more you will want. The more you want the more chaos, destruction and harm you will bring out, all for your selfish desires.”
Fighting: Yep, I know what you are thinking. “A shonen character that doesn’t like to hurt or kill others!?!?” That is exactly what he is. He doesn’t like to cause harm to anyone, even those who have hurt him or done something to deserve it. He is very complacent and always finds a reason to forgive people. (Part of his hate for fighting may or may not stem from the fact that he sucks at it.)
Cold: With how many cold lines he drops, you’d think he lives in an igloo and eats snow and icicles. Ironically, he hates very few things more than the cold. The way it licks your face and creeps under your clothes, spreading across your skin... uhh, just the thought of it disgusted him.
Other Dislikes:
- Indirect people
- Physical Roughness
- Smell present in hospitals or laboratories
- Superstition
- Alcohol, drugs, etc.
- Pineapples
Habits:
Procrastination: He can write a perfectly plotted plan, manage everything to excellence, and commit every part of it to memory. When it comes to actually completing the task however... well, we can discuss that later.
Rhyming: He will be having a conversation with someone, and then suddenly, upon accidentally rhyming once, he will start a chain of rhymes. On some occasions he gets so carried away that he forgets the conversation he was having, and in a small trance, continues refining the rhymes and turning it into a full fledged poem.
Apologizing: He will come and apologize to you 100 times for things that you don’t even remember happening. And then when you get annoyed he will apologize to you for apologizing!
Speaking Formally: Due to the sea of colors that is the list of his friends, he has developed many different styles of speaking. From intellectuals and deep thinkers he inherited sophisticated vocabulary and eloquent speech. From the rest of his peers he learned slang and general talk. While, in most situations, he speaks in the latter, sometimes he will start using complex words out of nowhere.
Early Runs: He will wake up early and after sitting on his bed and thinking while everyone else is in a deep slumber, he will start running around like a maniac. Not jogging—-running!
Messy eating: He is, in the eyes of many, a very organized and neat person who has perfected his manners—-until they see him eating that is! He can’t draw with a quill, but with a steamy plate of rice and a plate of meat, he will turn his shirt into a canvas.
Unique laugh: Bahahaha. A very loud and contagious laugh, that quickly descends into a silent wheeze. These laughing fits usually last for quite a while, and are especially likely to happen in situations where laughing would be of utmost horror.
Hometown: Flevance. Beautiful mansion in a wealthy suburb of the White City.
Personality: When he is engaged in an altercation of any sort, he is quick to be overcome by trepidation. He fails to dispel the fear, and more likely than not, he will take the flight option. He is exceptionally lacking in terms of combat ability, and no one knows it better than him. This is not to be blamed on his lack of talent as he has no such thing. Instead, it is a lack of experience. The grand total of all the fights he has had in his life would be… let me count… a whopping zero! He prefers to watch from the sidelines and tend to the wounded, using the skills he learned at the Flevance academy.
Outside of combat, he is a very light hearted, sincere person and understanding individual, and while he can be somewhat obnoxious at times, he does more good than harm. Before pursuing any endeavor, he loves to have all the details sorted and written out neatly, as if them being inked onto the parchment will summon the best possible scenario into existence. While his room may be messy, he never lets the place where he spends the most time–his mind–get messy. He uses much of his spare time to sharpen his mind and explore his thoughts. He rarely gets angry, and only does so upon hearing or seeing something that he believes to be outrageous. He is somewhat bossy and entitled, a result of years of being given what he wants.
- History:
A loving family. Abundant wealth. Inherent talent. A peaceful existence. Many would die for one of these things. Many would kill for one of them. Most would never know them. And few—very, incredibly, tremendously few—would inherit them. Zein Sultan was among those few.
Growing up, alongside his brother Amir, seven years his senior, and his younger sister Asia, seven years his junior, Zein had no qualms. He was exquisitely fed, showered with love, and safe from every affliction. More than that, he was talented. The only people he knew more talented than him were his siblings. His older brother was a successful incarnate. His younger sister was, similarly, walking along that path. He associates happiness with memories of time spent with the two, primarily the former.
He still remembered the birth of his younger sister…
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Zein watched Asia, his younger sister, in the hands of his mother. She was petite and plump, crying faintly as her mother rocked her delicately from side to side. A soft red radiance danced on her skin as light seeped in through the window, carrying with it a warm gust.
His father was smiling in an ecstatic sort of way, as if eagerly anticipating the future. This was a bizarre sight to behold, with his father’s reserved demeanor and all.
Even more peculiar than that, at any rate, was the way his older brother Amir was behaving. He was the sun of their house, the warmest, the brightest, and the one that they all revolved around. Any occasion was made more joyous by his mere presence. That usual aura of his was missing, replaced by a weird hollowness. His smile seemed fragile, like it was ready to break at any moment and his posture did not radiate the confident and welcoming energy it usually did.
When he noticed Zein gazing at him, he seemed to snap out of his reverie, adjusting his posture and smiling gently at Zein.
[plyr=bhun]“Amir?”[/plyr] Zein whispered, a questioning tone in his voice.
[npc=pirt]“Ease up little bro. I’m fine!”[/npc] Amir answered, placing his hand on Zein’s shoulder, in a soft and reassuring manner. [npc=pirt]“I was just remembering your birth…”[/npc] his voice trailed off as he turned back towards the baby. They remained this way for a couple of seconds.
Zein was about to utter something, but his older brother pulled him closer, wrapping his arm around him, before he could speak.
[npc=pirt]“Zein, can I ask something of you?” [/npc]
[plyr=bhun]“Uhh… I guess?”[/plyr]
Despite coming off as unsure, Zein’s heart fluttered at the prospect of being trusted and sought out by his older brother.
[npc=pirt]“... It’s about Asia.”[/npc] he declared. [npc=pirt]“I want you to promise one thing. No matter what happens, protect her. Just like how I always protect you.”[/npc]
He turned around and looked his younger brother in the eyes, a solemn expression appearing on his face. [npc=pirt]“Promise?”[/npc]
Zein took it all in, breathing deeply, a bead of sweat rolling down his face. This was the first time he saw his brother display such intensity.
[plyr=bhun]“I… I promise!”[/plyr]
Just as it had appeared, the solemn expression left his brother's face, replaced by one of relief. It was the expression of a traveler who had finally set down his burdensome luggage after a long and harrowing trip. Only more majestic, as anything appeared with his brother.
Suddenly, a gurgling sound was heard. Zein and Amir simultaneously turned towards the source: their father.
Saif Sultan, awkwardly and with palpable embarrassment pulled himself away from his daughter and cleared his throat.
[npc=misc]“Well, boys… I think it is about time we leave. I, uh… have some tasks I need to complete. We will be on our way then.”[/npc]
He kissed his daughter and his wife one last time before walking out the door.
Zein and Amir gave their own farewells, then followed him out the door, shooting each other a glance and giggling quietly as they left the room.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Zein remembered it all…
His little sister's first birthday.
Attending Amir’s graduation from the academy.
Getting accepted into the academy himself.
Meeting the old man, who would become his mentor and advisor.
Watching Amir slowly transform the neighborhood delinquent into an honorable young man.
And finally, saying farewell to his older brother, as he left the island.
Throughout all of this, Zein enjoyed his time with his family. Enjoyed his wealth, his talent, his peace. His blessings. He became so accustomed to them that he neglected the fact that most people lacked them. In a sea of blessings, unfortunately, he forgot that even inheritance had a cost…

- History:
- Cyborg Abilities and Explanation:
Zein Sultan’s father, namely Saif Sultan, is a descendant of [dass]one of a scientist who was closely acquainted with Judge, the father of Vinsmoke Sanji and the commander of Germa 66[cmt]Let me just stop you right there. This is an absolute no go. You may not be a descendant of a figure relevant to any canon character.[/cmt][/dass]. In his time knowing him the ancestor was able to learn the basic concept of modifying lineage factors, creating raid suits and so on. He took that information, some even in unethical ways, and began to attempt at replicating these experiments. He was a genius in his own right, but not capable of rivaling Vinsmoke Judge. Naturally, he failed in his attempts.
Not all was lost; however, as he passed on his knowledge and progress to the next, and the next… and the next. As decade after decade passed, the family got closer and closer to the desired results. Things looked to be going great… until disaster struck. The world government managed to somehow find out about this and immediately took action. Members of the family were chased and rounded up, forced to give the world government all of their research or lose their lives. They chose the second option, and chose the youngest and most talented among them to hand the responsibility of finishing the project. They did everything they could, and managed to get him to safety and away from the domineering grasp of the world government in an isolated city. He was young and extremely proficient at what he did.
He was left with the burden of a decision between wrong and wrong: Either live the rest of your life in fear and risk being eradicated by the world government, or become a pawn of theirs and surrender everything, deeming the efforts of his entire bloodline futile. Perplexed at his predicament, and estimating he would be safe for that long, he gave himself two months to continue his work and come up with something, anything.
Eventually, they came. He didn’t even try to hide, to resist. To delay. In the end it was inevitable… and so he steeled himself. He offered his services to the World Government in accordance with two conditions. The first is that he is able to live peacefully without his past playing a role in his future. This was just a diversion, he knew that once he became a rusty blade he would be discarded. That was what prompted him to make his second demand: for his son’s to be the subjects of his experiment. [dass]That was how, in the White City of Flevance, Amir, Zein and Asia Sultan were created. [cmt]Okay, so, now that I see what you meant, I'm gonna make a ruling here. No. You cannot be a modified human like the Vinsmokes. I would have reservations allowing even a veteran player whose quality score is S or above to create a character like this, let alone allowing a new player to do so.[/cmt][/dass]
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Abilities:
Enhanced Physical Attributes: Modified humans possess superhuman strength and endurance due to the exoskeleton they have and an enhanced healing rate. While powerful, they are not invincible and can be overpowered by devil fruit abilities or Haki proficiency.
Raid Suits:
Enhanced physical abilities: Further enhances the physical abilities of modified humans. Also granting them immunity to fire and the ability to breathe underwater for extended periods of time.
Boots: Accelerators on them that allow the user to hover, jump large distances and greatly boost kicking power
Cape: The cape’s are bullet proof (to normal bullets at least) and can generate a sturdy shield.
Vizor: [dass]Allows the user to see much farther with great clarity, zoom in, and grants different types of vision like night, accelerated (the ability to see things that move at a high speed, kind of like sharingan), and X - ray vision. [cmt]Holy hell, dude. You have taken an abundance of ill-suited devil fruit ideas and twisted them into an even bigger mash of Mary Sue abilities, except without even the basic weakness that all devil fruit users have. My answer to it is a resounding no.[/cmt][/dass]
Headset: Allows the user to have enhanced hearing, and gives them the ability to sense vibrations in sound waves, basically granting them a danger sense.
Unique Ability: Just like Sanji’s invisibility, or his sister’s poison abilities, the user will be granted an ability. I haven’t decided yet and would like till higher levels to decide, around level 70 or 80 when he unlocks it.
Limitations: Raid Suits will not be unlocked until much later levels (around tier 3-4), and even then it will take a long time to truly master the ability given by them as well as exercise their full strength. Also, this character is unable to eat a devil fruit due to the weird genetic traits he inherited as a result of his experiment. He wouldn’t eat one regardless as he thinks it is indecent (“devil” fruits) and he is unwilling to sacrifice the ability to swim.
Reason for not inheriting powers early: Similar to how Sanji’s mother took drugs that prevented the power from being inherited by him, the world government instructed Saif Sultan to invent and administer a similar drug to his kids. They aim to use the technology of altering one’s lineage factor and DNA to work on bigger projects in the future and wanted to test out the waters with the drug over a period of time to guarantee its effectiveness.
- Past:

[plyr=bhun]“Uhh… I guess?”[/plyr]
[plyr=bhun]“I… I promise!”[/plyr]
[npc=wgov]“Well, boys… I think it is about time we leave. I, uh… have some research I need to complete. We will be on our way then.”[/npc]
He kissed his daughter and his wife one last time before walking out the door.
Zein and Amir gave their own farewells, then followed him out the door, shooting each other a glance and giggling quietly as they left the room.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The tests his father used to do on all of them, checking their health.

[approve]Zein is honestly a more interesting character without the copy-pasted Vinsmoke characteristics.[/approve]

That being said, he is still a student. His true profession and primary skill is the ability to learn, and very quickly, itself.

Gear: Dressed in casual, but visibly expensive sand brown vest, a cream loose shirt and sand black pants. On his feet, he dons fashionable white shoes with golden indents on them. On his waist is a simple but stylish black belt with a golden buckle. He wears fashionable glasses and has bandages wrapped around his right hand. Most of the time, wrapped around his head is a plain white headband. He carries a black knapsack with golden strings that contains food, money and basic medical supplies.
