Height:4'4"
Weight:62lb
Hair Style:Spiky
Hair Color:White
Eye Color:Turquoise

Clothing and Accessories:
- Spoiler:
Detailed Description: Despite his age, Mikado's overall appearance, and height is that of someone in their mid teens which he isn't too fond of especially when someone points it out. His skin is white with a slim, but skinny muscular build, dawning a six pack, as well as scars that mostly cover his chest, and stomach from previous lashings. His usual attire consists of a standard sleeveless haori with the marine symbol for "justice" on the back, a kimono underneath, a green sash around his shoulders, held together by a round, star-like clip, and white socks with brown sandals. The sash holds his katana's sheath in place on his back and is tied to it at either end.
-------------------------------------------------
The Past
Main Traits:Socially Awkward, Honorable, and Justice Driven.
Likes:Drawing, Honor, Nakama, Justice
Dislikes:Those who disrespect his drawings, those without honor, having to fight dirty, those who betray their nakama, and being called a child.
Hometown:Wano Country
Personality:Mikado is a calm, quiet, reserved, and socially awkward character who is mostly work and little play. He tends to keep to himself when it comes to large groups and would stare off into the distance, deep in thought or look on to the group, observing them. His facial expression is almost always in a serious tone which fits his lack of goofing off. He will have his moments of giving a brief smirk if he has something snarky to say or a small smile when something interests him.
Mikado sees the world from a gray point of view, neither believing in good nor evil. Just people with differing goals. Mikado's views on justice are a combination of Absolute, and Blind Justice depending on who he's up against, and what they stand for. He rarely holds a grudge against another if he's been wronged personally, but will not forgive those who wrong his allies, and innocent civilians. Getting annoyed is also nearly impossible when it comes to Mikado, unless one refers to him as a child due to his appearance. That will definitely set him off.
When it comes to social activities, women, flirting, small talk, or even just relaxing, Mikado has a very difficult time handling those. After being freed from slavery, Mikado has pretty much been spending his time training, or studying, pushing friends out of his life due to previous events. He will simply stutter, freeze up, blush, or try to distance himself from these activities.
During his off times, Mikado can be seen either with his head in books, training, or drawing either the first thing he sees or whatever comes to mind. Yes, Mikado is an outstanding drawer who can draw things he sees to perfection due to drawing being the third thing he invested himself in as a youth other than training, and reading.
When it comes to battles, Mikado is a good tactician who focuses mainly on close combat while focusing more on speed damage, and counters with his sword. Due to being raised in Wano, Mikado also believes in honor when it comes to battles, especially one on one battles and doesn't take kindly to those who intervene. He will respect those who wish to battle on their own so he would expect the same in return unless the situation calls for something different.
- History:
Mikado grew up, and spent part of his childhood in the Wano Country. His parents were a strict, but meaningful samurai of a father, and his patient, kind mother who was a nurse. He also has two older twin sisters by two years who trained along side his father in the art of a samurai. Unlike his sisters who seemed only driven to be samurai, Mikado also assisted his mother when he needed to, picking up some medical knowledge in the process. Things were looking good for the family, and the future seemed promising.
Then it all came crumbling down one night...
Mikado, now at the age of eight woke up, and found his father decapitated by a man in black using the father's own katana while two accomplices stood back with flintlocks aimed at the cowering mother, and daughters. The thug holding the katana then walked up to the mother, and impaled the blade through her neck, killing her instantly as the daughters screamed. Attempting to be brave with tears in his eyes, and try to put a stop to this, Mikado dashed towards the thugs only to get shot in one of his knees, dropping him to the ground instantly. The last thing he saw before falling unconcious were his sisters getting pistol whipped.
Five Years later....
On an unmarked island located in the South Blue, Mikado became a slave, working in a mine on that island among other slaves ever since that night. Turned out those thugs were human traffickers assigned to kidnap younger people to sell off to buyers. A lot was on the thirteen year old's mind since that night, but these two things stuck out the most. Could his sisters still be alive, and will he ever be freed. All seemed rather depressing, but there was one good thing about this, he made a friend. A fellow slave named James who was one year younger than him. He had a very cheerful, and immature personality despite the situation he was in. Mikado didn't even like him at first, but soon got over it. James was also responsible for Mikado's habit of drawing as a way to distract him from his worries. One day however, James finally got on the slaver's last nerves, and decided to end him instead of punishing. Once Mikado found out, he did all he could to take the blame instead of James. Due to barely causing any problems in the past, the slavers instead punished him with multiple lashes to the chest, and stomach.
But not believing that was enough, the slavers took it further....
They knew of Mikado's friendship with James, and decided to bring him in, restrained, and with his mouth taped shut. One of the slavers then pressed a flintlock on the side of the cheerful slave's face. Knowing what was going to happen next, Mikado who was also restrained tried to struggle free to save his friend. James simply smiled at Mikado, trying to calm him despite the situation. Then, the trigger was pulled followed by James' body going limp. Mikado couldn't help, but cry after this as the slavers continued to lash him. He took all that abuse for what? For the only person he actually cared about on this island to die anyway? Mikado now with no hope simply just wanted to end it right there. Suddenly, the island was under attack by three warships branded with the Marine symbol. Swarms of ensigns filled the island, and the mines, apprehending all the slavers, and freeing the slaves. The weakened Mikado looked on at all this as he barely could stand. It was as if angels rained down from heaven, a miracle. There was one particular Marine that stood out the most to him. A Commander with a katana strapped to his side that helped the barely standing Mikado up. Turns out that Commander was born, and raised in Shimotsuki Village, an island in the East Blue that adopted the Wano heritage. After all of this, and having no where else to go at this point, the Commander adopted Mikado, and brought him back to Shimotsuki to raise him, continuing his teachings as a samurai. Mikado was still respectful just like he was when he was younger, but pushed pretty much any opportunity of making friends out of his life in fear of them losing their lives because of him, just like James.
At the age of eighteen, Mikado followed his adopted father's footsteps, and joined the marines, quickly moving up in ranks, becoming a Vice Admiral in a matter of a few months, picking up, and ingesting a mythical zoan devil fruit along the way. Things were pretty much looking up for Mikado, but there was still one thing on his mind.
Are his sisters still alive?

Fantastic job, Mikado. I was quite impressed with both the personality and the History sections. I actually had to strain my eyes to even find a single error. But, I did, and I have marked them in [orange].
