His welding goggles and bull pelt coat, both courtesy of his late adoptive father. Also can be seen wearing a candle-like helmet made out of the wax he excretes. Additionally, Ickarus crafted a retractable metal baton lovingly referred to as Candlestick which he uses to beat sense into people.
