Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Zinogre - The Thunder Wolf
Devil Fruit: Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Zinogre
Devil Fruit Type: Mythical Zoan
Devil Fruit Appearance: an egg-shaped fruit with flame-like scales colored white with blue tips. Two stems coming out of the front mimicking the horns of a Zinogre.
Devil Fruit Description: A fruit that permanently alters the body by adding a large tail patterned with sharp scales and fur, samurai amour esce scales on the shoulders back, and hands, as well as retractable claws on the fingers. Also changes the hair color to blue. Allows the user to absorb electricity, storing it in the claws, scales, and hair. By doing so speed and physical power is immensely increased.
Fighting Style: Thunder Wolf
Weapon Utilization: Claws
Description: By absorbing electricity the user can store it in the claws or scales that they gained from the devil fruit. Obviously, there is a limit to how much electricity can be stored in the body at one time. if electricity is directly absorbed it can be used right away. Once stored in the claws or scales it can then be spread to the muscles putting them into an "amped" state that greatly amplifies strength and speed. The more electricity used to amp the muscles the stronger they get but the more taxing the consequences once done battling. If stored in the claws they begin to glow adding extra sharpness as well as electricity to claw attacks.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Chief of the Hunt [passive]: From the constant training and living with the beasts of the forest he has an enhanced survival instinct. That mixed with his natural elven blood his eyesight and sense of smell are much better than that of a human. His muscles are also well-trained for any situation. Also excels in stealth and is amazing at sneaking up on people. His footsteps are silent.
Weapons of the Hunt [passive]: From that same training weapons like spears, staffs, and bows are his specialty, allowing him to wield one even though he does prefer his claws.
Battery [passive]: Like a battery, the user can take in electricity no matter the source. Too much can lead to blood poisoning and too little doesn't allow the usage of most techniques. When electricity is used it may also leak out excess power.
Lightning Cloak (toggle): Basically surrounds the body with continuous sparks of lightning, making them sting to the touch and electrocuting those in contact with them. (+25% defense, -25% reflex)
Hunter's Temper (toggle): Much like a predator tired of just barely letting their prey go the user becomes very aggravated pumping ALL stored electricity into the heart making it pump MUCH FASTER, this immensely boosts speed and damage while putting internal organs and defense at risk. (+20% reflex, +5% attack, -25% Defense)
Paw of the Thunder Wolf (toggle): A true predator's weapon, blades of lightning that encase the hands. They don't take much power to make but the more power used the less brittle they are. They are meant for piercing not slashing, doing so almost ensures that they break. (+20% attack, +5% defense, -25% reflex)

Please address this and make sure you amend any and all references in your fighting style regarding "creating" electricity.[/cmt][/dass], storing it in the claws, scales, and hair. Weapon Utilization: Claws
Description: By absorbing electricity the user can store it in the claws or scales that they gained from the devil fruit. Obviously, there is a limit to how much electricity can be stored in the body at one time. if electricity is directly absorbed it can be used right away. Once stored in the claws or scales it can then be spread to the muscles putting them into an "amped" state that greatly amplifies strength and speed. The more electricity used to amp the muscles the stronger they get but the more taxing the consequences once done battling. If stored in the claws they begin to glow adding extra sharpness as well as electricity to claw attacks.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Chief of the Hunt [passive]: From the constant training and living with the beasts of the forest he has an enhanced survival instinct. That mixed with his natural elven blood his eyesight and sense of smell are much better than that of a human. His muscles are also well-trained for any situation. Also excels in stealth and is amazing at sneaking up on people. His footsteps are silent.
Weapons of the Hunt [passive]: From that same training weapons like spears, staffs, and bows are his specialty, allowing him to wield one even though he does prefer his claws.
Battery [passive]: Like a battery, the user can take in electricity no matter the source. Too much can lead to blood poisoning and too little doesn't allow the usage of most techniques. When electricity is used it may also leak out excess power.
Lightning Cloak (toggle): Basically surrounds the body with continuous sparks of lightning, making them sting to the touch and electrocuting those in contact with them. (+25% defense, -25% reflex)
Hunter's Temper (toggle): Much like a predator tired of just barely letting their prey go the user becomes very aggravated pumping ALL stored electricity into the heart making it pump MUCH FASTER, this immensely boosts speed and damage while putting internal organs and defense at risk. (+20% reflex, +5% attack, -25% Defense)
Paw of the Thunder Wolf (toggle): A true predator's weapon, blades of lightning that encase the hands. They don't take much power to make but the more power used the less brittle they are. They are meant for piercing not slashing, doing so almost ensures that they break. (+20% attack, +5% defense, -25% reflex)
