A user who has mastered this power is capable of creating advanced healing effects, usually near-miraculous ones that can only affect a person once in their lifetime, these techniques are greatly taxing on the user and can shorten their lifespan.

The fruit can allow for the reattachment of severed/removed body parts, however it cannot create new body parts. [ Just like I said to the blood-blood fruit user, this ability should be reserved for higher tiers and should not be instantaneously effective. ] The feeling of being healed by the Chiyu Chiyu no Mi is mildly euphoric. Finally, the user is capable of healing themselves with this power.

The user can also mend broken objects, but their lifespan is shortened in the process. [ While I like your thought process here, please remove this ability and save it for if/when you awaken this fruit. The canon iteration of the fruit was said to boost the recovery process of living beings, so they were essentially healing themselves. Inanimate objects don't tend to fix themselves, so this process shouldn't be applicable. However, with an awakened fruit, I could see this being done. ]

Weapon Utilization: Luka uses a single revolver, a tactical knife, and any improvised weapons he can find; but primarily tends to fight with his ringed fists. He knows how to use swords but can’t afford one.
Description: Through clever maneuvering and opportunistic attacks Luka draws out his opponents’ energy before knocking them out in a single blow. His use of dirty tactics is relentless, and he’ll happily resort to sucker punches and ball kicking if his opponent lets their guard down. He is currently unaware of the fact that he has Devil Fruit powers, and thus only makes use of the Chiyu Chiyu no Mi’s abilities unintentionally.

Toggled and Passive Abilities:
(Toggle) Trouble Clef- +20% RX, -20% DEF- Luka expresses his irritation at the situation before initiating his opponent’s assbeating.

(Toggle) Uptempo Beatdown- +20% ATK, -20% DEF- The Stray Dog recognizes inferiority in an opponent and spares them the embarrassment of fighting any longer.

(Passive) Angel Eyes- The Stray Dog’s meek manifestation of his healing powers is weak, partially because he is unaware of the ability’s existence. Luka’s face recovers almost immediately from bruising and scarring. [ This would be especially fitting if he were a crybaby. ]

(Passive) Freerunner- Luka is able to swing, leap, and roll around urban environments very quickly.

(Passive) Perfect Pitch- Luka’s singing voice is immaculate, and he can easily discern tonal issues in pieces of music.
