Anton kicked off of the ground at high speed, shooting towards Loko like a missile. The twisted clown grinned, quickly sinking back into tar and shooting up along the tower just as Anton crashed into the wall, the very stone cracking from the impact. As the glob of tar rapidly climbed the wall, Loko's upper body emerged, winding back an arm as his fist seemed to enlarge to an almost comical degree. As he threw the punch, his whole arm stretched as the blow rocketed towards him at high speed.

Anton quickly hopped to the side, the fist crashing down before he kicked off of the air and shot towards Loko, twisting in the air to bring both his feet forward to kick him. The air shimmered as a black coating covered his legs. Anton was aware of how logias worked. If he was going to fight him effectively, he needed to use haki.

However, as he came in close, suddenly Loko's body shifted, a hole opening up in his torso like some sort of black, slimy doughnut. Anton found himself flying straight through him, before Loko's body twisted and he managed to grab hold of Anton by the hair! "Silly bug! You think I don't know how Haki works?" Anton let out a cry as he was suddenly spun around (moreso by being grabbed by the hair, which is just painful for anyone), before Loko launched him back towards the ground.

Anton hit the ground hard, bouncing across it before sliding to a stop. Dammit, he should have been aware of that sort of thing. He shook his head to recover his senses, before looking back up towards Loko. Just in time too, as the clown was now firing a swarm of sharpened, black tendrils right at him. Anton's eyes widened as his body quickly reacted, rolling out of the way just in time for the tentacles to spear into the ground. Quickly springing to his feet, quickly spinning and delivering a haki-infused kick to them. Up on the tower, Loko flinched before suddenly the tentacles fell away into puddles of tar.

"Don't think I don't know how Logia types work either," Anton retorted.


As Ryoichi tried to get through to Yumiko, to help reignite her spirit, one of the the controlled men, one of their own, lept out towards Ryoichi's back. Suddenly, a large form crashed into the flying 'zombie', sending him flying into a wall where he slumped down like a rag doll.

Nero stood tall as the two women he had been carrying wriggled out of his arms, finally getting free. "Looks like things aren't much better over here," Nero muttered, slipping into a stance as he looked around. Sol looked towards the tower, clearly concerned, but positioned herself behind the large man and the boxer. Lune, on the other hand, looked around before suddenly breaking into a run, heading towards the door into the ship. Sol's eyes widened. "Lune! Where are you going?"

"His swords!" Lune yelled out, "Anty's swords are in here somewhere, right? We gotta get them to him!" "Hold on!" Nero called out, making a move to stop her, "He said-" "I HEARD WHAT HE SAID!" Nero pulled back as Lune stomped her foot, an icicle shooting up and almost impaling Nero's hand. "And I say screw that! I'm not letting Anton fight that monster alone!"

Nero and Sol could only watch as Lune ran into the ship. Sol suddenly realized that Yumiko and Ryoichi no doubt just heard that. "Yes, the cat's out of the bag," she explained. "And we'll talk about THAT later," Nero fixed his gaze on the encrouching threat, "Right now, we've just got to get through this alive."
