Description:
Nikola is a 5’ 7” (1.70 m), 32 year old man who weighs 148.0 lbs. (67.1 kg) and who is of a lean build. Additionally, he has a tanned skin tone along with half-black/half-white hair which hangs low over his face and curls up somewhat in the back. Beyond that. his body is marred by various blemishes as well as many miscellaneous imperfections due to his usage of himself as a research specimen in his mad science. The most notable of these is the patch of mismatched skin on his face which is bounded by a healed suture line that cuts across his face and this biggest one is the only one of these imperfections that is always visible to any onlookers.
Apart from that, due to his partly Skypeian heritage, he has a pair of short, protruding wings emerging from his back, though these are never really seen due to being hidden by his attire most of the time. Finally, his eyes regularly have dark circles underneath them since he forgets to get adequate frequently due to always being immersed in his mad science research efforts. However, unlike most other people, he is a true cyborg underneath his seemingly normal human appearance and thus has all the usual features of such entities. Like all others of his kind, Nikola also likes to be forward thinking, but prefers to operate mostly under the radar since he is intolerant outside interference with his activities. Additionally, like all others of his kind, Nikola always a dominant, highly self-confident visionary who always has big goals. Thus, he prefers to spend much of his time pondering how to achieve those goals, but due to his innately introverted nature, he rarely if ever likes to tell anyone about said plans. Beyond that, he never likes to run away from a challenge unless it is too far beyond his capacity to provide a solution for, and in trying to resolve said challenge or problem, he very often prefers to look for a solution that reaches far beyond the original parameters. Lastly, he often likes to have several equally efficient plans with several backups for each plan and even exit strategies should the situation go south for him and his party and also likes to modify each one according to the situational flow.
Weaknesses:
Though Nikola has all these strengths stated above, since he has developed into quite the stereotypical mad scientist, he now has all the multifarious unsavory traits one would expect from individuals of this type. The only other weakness he has is his unhealthy obsession with all things and entities which are fluffy and jelliform to any significant degree due to which he may fall prey to those who are well-poised to exploit said weaknesses.

1797-1800:
Nikola was born to an ultra-rich and equally influential business family in Water 7 of the Paradise region of the world, his parents being a Skypeian man and a regular human woman. He had a typical rich sole heir’s childhood and early upbringing, save for two incidents, one in which he became afflicted with his now permanent caniphobia for bestial-looking dogs and wolves due to having been viciously attacked by them during this period for unknowingly trespassing on their territory and the other in which he became afflicted with his now permanent acrophobia for 100+ m. heights since he nearly fell to his death off a cliff of that height since he had not been careful to play elsewhere at the time.
1800-1805:
Nikola started getting put through the usual highly rigorous and comprehensive education that one would expect any other heir to any other family like his own to get from said family with the addition of a special focus on learning all the ins and outs of his dual heritage, especially about the usage and applications of Skypeia’s famous dial technology. One of the only two things of note to happen during this period was the beginning of his discomfiture with the total lack of personal freedom in his life due to the single-minded focus of his parents and family on shaping him into a worthy future family head.
The other of these was the startling discovery by his family’s private physician team of the previously dormant life-threatening genetic abnormality in him which he had unknowingly been born with due to his hybrid heritage and the subsequent conversion of most of his body to that of a true cyborg for the purposes of saving his life and preventing him from dying early. This then led to the start of his obsession with the path of studying science, technology, mathematics, and engineering due to his fascination with his new body and his desire to eventually gain total mastery over its control and functionality.
1805-1815:
This period is mostly uneventful as well except for two series of events of note. The first was that Nikola attempted to ask his parents and family for the allowance of more personal freedom and control over his daily activity schedule due to his desire to have a normal childhood like other normal children of his age, but his entreaties began to continually fall on deaf ears and so he nearly gave up hope of not being a proverbial helpless songbird trapped in a gilded cage. However, he got his second wind with regards to this some time later during this period when he started being exposed to tales of the various famous pirates, revolutionaries, and other such notable figures who were fighting against the world government to rid the world of their overbearing control of its various member nations in it and so, he began to have renewed hope that he too could follow their example to fight for his own freedom.
However, unlike them, he did not fancy a life of being constantly hunted down by various do-gooder types, and thus decided to pursue his dreams in the capacity of a civilian physician-scientist instead, albeit with a future retinue of his own to assist him. The other notable occurrence was that, because of this exposure and due to the influence of his past with his parents and family and their overly rigorous upbringing till then, his rapidly budding interest in all things related to eventually becoming a physician-scientist in the future became warped, leading him thenceforth down a darker version of this earlier path instead, namely that of a stereotypical mad scientist with total hatred for and ignorance of basic morality, ethics, and other such societal restrictions and norms of behavior.
1815-1820:
Nikola finished his formal education at last and grew up into a young man, though by this point, he realized that there would be no end to trouble for him if he openly displayed his newborn true nature as a budding mad scientist. So, he began training himself to always put up a convincingly genuine façade with which to fool others, including his family and parents, into believing that he was indeed the fine and well-bred gentleman that he began to portray himself as to the world.
Apart from this, the only other notable event is that Nikola struck a deal with his parents and family to let him travel the world with the caveat that he would not only spread his family’s influence and name throughout it, but also report back knowledge of whatever intriguing technologies he would encounter during his travels to his parents and family for the purposes of enhancing their product quality even more and also to develop himself as a physician-scientist in formal capacity so that he could one day assist them in the creation of medically and surgically relevant product lines to allow for more profitable business ventures.

One of the only two notable things that happened to him during this period was his search for and consumption of the Castle-Castle devil fruit after realizing that his research lab was far too conspicuous and thus, allowed for the authorities to track him down time and again, meaning that he would have to hide it from sight in a place where they would never think of looking at all, namely in his own body. The other of these two notable events was his unexpected acquaintance with and subsequent tutelage under the guidance of the people belonging to the Torino Kingdom from whom he began to learn about their advanced medical and technological knowledge.
