[Episode] Library Stroll

The faint squeaking of the silver cart was the only noise in an otherwise quiet library. Robert pushed the cart (already loaded with a few books) through the aisle between shelves and shelves of tomes and papers.

It was mid-morning, the sun peeking through the library windows and gracing the scholarly material with its all encompassing light. After an early breakfast, Robert had hastened to the library, where he'd convinced one of the historians to let him borrow one of the carts. Then he'd begun his stroll through the library by tracking down and grabbing anything that might help him solve the riddle book he'd kept on his person. Once he was satisfied with this search, his stroll had become a much more casual one.

As far as the guards, the government, and everyone else who might briefly glance at the scruffy man, he was just an eager patron, grabbing whatever work that caught his fancy, and piling it onto the cart to pore over later. But what they didn't know was that he was also keeping an eye out for any texts that might, just might contain something on the void century. And anything pertaining to poneglyphs or the rumor that Ohara had been razed to the ground centuries past.

Obviously, he wasn't expecting to find much if anything on any of these three forbidden subjects, but he'd rather have an eye out and find potentially find something well hidden in this massive library complex, than remain ignorant, his questions unanswered.
