Devil Fruit Appearance: The Jiki Jiki no Mi looks like a cluster of spiked silver spheres with a yellow vine wrapped around it and a jagged yellow stem on top. The stem and the spikes all resemble lightning bolts.

Description: Julius is a mid-to-long distance fighter. He utilizes scrap metal constructs that he controls by turning their gears with magnet powers. When constructs are enough to keep his opponent at bay he will also attack and block by fling scrap metal around.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Internal Compass (passive): As a magnet man Julius feels a natural pull towards magnetic north. He always knows what direction magnetic north is and if he were to just zone out and start wondering for whatever reason he would like move in that directions. Magnetic fields that can throw off compasses and can also throw of this sense.
Metal Detector (passive): As a magnet human Julius can innately objects made of magnetic materials such as iron.
T-800 (toggle):
Julius re-configures Astro into a 6.5 foot tall mechanical soldier with rifle that fires scrap metal. This configuration was named after the robot assassin in a graphic novel Julius once read. This configuration sacrifices defense for attack. -20% defense, +20% attack.
Leonardo (toggle):
Julius re-configures Astro into a 6.5 foot tall mechanical knight with a lance and a shield. This configuration was named after a primitive robot knight created by a famous artist and inventor. The original robot was named Leonardo's Mechanical Knight. This configuration sacrifices some attack power for defense. -20% attack, +20% defense.

I'm glad you included the internal compass passive. That's something I've always encouraged Magnet-Magnet users to do.
I recommend that you upgrade that passive later on to allow him to detect magnetic fields of the islands on the Grand Line too, basically acting as a human log pose. And then in the New World, maybe give him splitting headaches at first due to the multiple magnetic fields (some of them chaotic).
