Along with her dark dress she also wears a stylish black fur shawl over her shoulders along with a massive black fur hat made from what could only be guessed as the same animal and some large high heels. She also wears a red ruby necklace and a pair of ruby earrings: each jewel about the same size if not just a little bit bigger than a child since all of them measure around 4 feet each.
Description: Devillna is a massive blob of a woman. If her overall ugliness isn’t enough to put the fear of god in you perhaps looking up at a 39’3 foot giant and being grotestly obsessed would probably do it for the weak willed. Her ruby lips almost always curled into a snaggle tooth smirk, those menacing cold blue eyes always piercing down at her prey down below. Meda also has a really thick neck, like a triple chin or something like that with a beak-like nose.

Personality: Plenty of people will dislike DeVillna Repulsa, the fact she's pretty ugly and she has a nasty attitude is just the tip of the iceberg. She is a wicked pirate with a hatred for all things good and right in the world. Even other evil doers are annoying to her since DeVillna believes there should only be one villain within these seas and her name is DeVillna Uglina Repulsa! But at the very least she's countered somewhat by being dedicated to the goal of having mindless anarchy as well. Focused on bringing in a new era where there will be pirates, marines, revolutionaries and the like killing and dancing with joy as villages burn where she will laugh upon a throne of bones and a sea of blood and tears. Fair is fair though, DeVillna isn't just some murder hobo (though she is at least most of the time). To bring in the new age, she is willing to stomach working with other people to fulfill her goals and is even willing to play a little nice now and again before having to brush her teeth with sea water. She also loves to cook, which is relatively the only time she is nice to people when she is serving food. But no matter how long the relationship is, one mistake and you're gone! Also don't expect a thank you or good job from her, she is known to reward kindness with cruelty.

Like every good villain, DeVillna would consider herself pure evil and rotten to the core. But for all her ruthlessness it is all merely a facade, a coping mechanism to deal with her unsettling past like a little security blanket that she wrap's herself in when feeling vulnerable.It all begins with the Repulsa family were driven out of their original homeland on the Swallow Island on The South Blue Sea. She was born and grew up mostly within the forest where her father hunted and guarded other pirates from the lawmen. She lived in peace until she was about 9 years old, but at that point things changed.
She lost her father in a marine raid where he fought hundreds of battle flights of marines. Knocked out by a sea stone then dragged out in the shallow waters where he unfortunately drowned. Luckily her, her siblings and DeVillna's mom escaped the island after being driven out of their home and they all had to survive in the brutal seas alone. This was another unexpected tragedy which caused them all to drop like flies on the open waters. As giants and giantesses; they all had big appetites. Food was scarce on the open waters, they could've gone to an island but as big as they all where they would just as easily crush the townsfolk before they even had a chance to eat. They also came up on some of those boat restaurants but they were all turned away after having no money. Alone, they drifted on the waters, looking for a new place to call home and to find something to eat. Forced to only drink some tainted water from some rocky beaches and only get a few tiny fishes to eat. The poor family was weakened, some suffering from scurvy and on the verge of dying slowly but the sea decided to make the death of the Repulsa family come a lot quicker.
A wicked storm hit them was almost biblical, their boat was floating as massive waves bigger than mountains thrashed their boat and sent DeVillna falling overboard. The last thing she heard and saw was her brother yelling that she went over before a lightning bolt struck the boat down; frying whoever was still on it to a crisp before everything went dark...
DeVillna awoke to a few Good Samaritan's feeding and pouring orange juice down her mouth. DeVillna didn't know how long that she had been out but she felt her strength renewed. When she sat up the giantess sat there for a moment… looked at the ones who saves her life… swallowed hard and– BOOM! She crushed one like a bug underneath her mighty fist! Unfortunately she didn't kill the bastard since the sand from the beach she was on cushioned the blow but it was satisfying none the less. DeVillna's mother, her sister's and her brother all died at sea! They were starved, turned away like just random bums from towns and here these people were who were helping her like some beached whale! Not only was it an insult, but they were too little too late with the help anyway! DeVillna got up, smiling at the fear in the eyes of the two other Good Samaritan's before scooping them up and tortured them until they told her where the food was… also to give her a few cooking lessons while they were at it. This is what started her on the path of evil, decoding that the only way to get ahead in the New world is to be as ruthless as the sea and people were to her.

+ Her birthdate requires a year. The current year is 1829. I also noticed that your age is only 45. If you're planning on making a giant, maybe make them 70-100 years old since 45-year-old giants would still be adolescents. Alternatively, you can make her a Big Mom-sized human. Being a large human rather than a giant might make a bit more sense based on her hometown.
+ Even considering her excessive obesity, a 39 feet tall giant wouldn't be this heavy. Make her 250,000 lbs instead. If you choose to make her a Big Mom sized human (29 feet tall), knock the weight down to 115,000 lbs.
