This is a Dinghy given to Marine Officers without any crews, that are travelling around the Four Blues. The Boat has a single tiller which you steer with, and has a single sail so it can travel across the ocean by the winds. The Boat has no Marine Insignias on it, because it would cause the Marine to be easily ambushed by pirates.  The boat is made of Wooden Planks, that are made of Oak.  The Sail on the Dinghy is made of a cheap cloth, and is White.
