Description: Standing tall, for a normal human anyway, Nezuel is rather thin. While he is an accomplished and trained fighter his body doesn't seem to take on any muscle even as he becomes stronger. As an albino he has pale white skin, red eyes, and white hair which he typically keeps pulled or combed back.

Personality: Nezuel is complicated in the way that he just doesn't care about most things the way others might. Slightly psychopathic he might find killing a pirate to not be worth his effort simply because it might stain his outfit rather than contemplate or worry about to moral reasons behind the decision. In the same way him might decide that that day was an ok day to do laundry and do it anyway. While he is able to put on at least a facade of caring about thing, and to a lesser extent he can care about a thing, it is ultimately up to his whims on whether he will or will not do a thing.
The only two things that he really enjoys is fighting and flirting. Fighting for the simple reason that he can't feel all that much besides pain and getting his repeatedly while learning to fight made him realized that pain was an excellent motivator. Ultimately he also likes to show off either his power or ability to dominate while fighting. In the same way that fighting makes him feel something so does flirting...or at least the typical result of successfully flirting.
While he can be somewhat chaotic he prefers to be the cause of Chaos should it happen and have the result to be in his benefit. While he might be a marine that doesn't mean he would arrest every pirate unless they either did something to irritate him, he was given orders, or on a whim such as it being a rainy friday and he had nothing else to do on the weekend.
- History:
Almost from the moment he was born Nezuel was fighting. Starting off at a young age he found himself involved in various fights with the pirates that came to Lougetown before moving on to the Grandline or other island within East Blue. He learned how to tell the weaker members of the pirate groups, picking off either the youngest, oldest, or terribly inebriated before attempting to fight them. Over time he managed to develop his own style of fighting designed to protect himself against a larger and more dangerous opponent, tire them out, then disable them.
The biggest change in his life came when he had to run away from a group of pirate who had ambushed him. Running for his life he found his way to the abandoned marine base on the island, using the crumpled and destroyed building to evade his pursuers. He eventually stumbled upon an abandoned armory. Most of it was looted but he managed to find some old equipment that was left out, his smaller fingers letting him get inside some rubble that hadn't been shifted. Using this equipment he managed to do better, stealing enough money to live a comfortable life.
Eventually drawing too much attention to himself and growing slower with getting older, Nezuel managed to bribe a captain to take him to Shells Island. When he arrived on the island he decided to join the marines, the pay and training as well as opportunity for advancement attractive to the young fighter. Years later he managed to land himself a nice position as a Lt. Commander.
