Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia

Devil Fruit Appearance: A wispy round fruit that emits a strange fog that rolls over the surface of it. Upon holding fingers slowly sink an inch into it before stopping. Beneath the strange fog a dark purple skin with strange hues fading in and out makeup it’s skin.
Devil Fruit Description: The Nuke Nuke no Mi's power is to allow the user to phase through solid objects, allowing for an easier and more unconventional way to get around, as well as avoiding attacks from non-organic weapons and projectiles. The user can also share their intangibility with whatever they touch, allowing people or objects to phase through solid matter along with them, or making the ground intangible to make people fall through the floor.

Fighting Style: Spectral Dissonance
Weapon Utilization: Layla’s primary weapon, Spectre’s Claw which is a Bichwa/Bagh Naka Hybrid Dagger. She also carries throwing knives hidden all along her person and clothing to use at medium and long range.
Description: Layla has always known her main strength has been her agility and speed, thus she has developed a fighting style that allows her to utilize her Nuke Nuke no Mi’s extreme versatility to create a hit and run style of combat. Layla will often phase through objects constantly to break line of sight on her enemies while looking to disable them in any way possible.

The thief will try to hinder, distract, maim, or even disarm her opponent in any way possible and will only go in for deadly strikes if she feels she has the upper hand. She will also constantly harass her opponent with her throwing knives or quick swipes if she thinks it’ll create an opening for herself or an ally. Layla never lets her opponent get even footing and will do her best to create dissonance on the battlefield for those who face against her.


Toggled and Passive Abilities:

Macabre Step - The user makes every surface they step or lean upon intangible instantly allowing them to smoothly move through the environment. This has no visual or audio cues and is near silent aside from any noise naturally caused by rustling of clothing. It is excellent for avoiding attacks and even can open up opportunities thanks to the unpredictable nature of the user’s movement. However it also means that any opportunity seen must be acted upon in a moment’s notice and can result in attacks being rushed and sloppy. (Reflex +20, Attack -20) [Toggle]
