Summary:
The revolutionary army has had it's eyes on the Black Drum Kingdom's operations due to it's history of bloody political incidents. Recently, a new drug has been circulated around the slums by the name of 'Wild Lion', a strange yellow powder that when ingested, it sends it's user into a mad hysteria. The Army has sent McQueen to research the suspect drug peddler, and known slaver, Don Giovanni aka ' Governor' '. Apparently the army has sent McQueen a bit of back up, hopefully, she'll be more useful than his last partner.

Sabian’s arrival to Drum wasn’t a smooth one. The revolutionary army had forgotten to give him any directions, transportation or even any real details on a mission contact. All he was informed to accomplish was making it to Black Drum Island, meeting up with his new 'partner' and investigating a new narcotic that had been plaguing remnants of the noble class, old and new, called ‘Wild Lion’. Sounded like a marine’s job to him. Alas, it’d been awhile since he’s been anywhere other than Kano or afloat the sea, so a mission on land was welcomed. Sitting in the French Styled Cafe, Sabian rocked his chair back and forth in front of a blank canvas. It turns out the owner of the shop was once a painter in his youth, and couldn’t shake the itch to paint every now and again. Dabbing his brush elegantly among the palettes, the ladies of sugar land hovered around with their caffeine filled beverages and gawked at the gorgeous blonde at work.
Clearing the table top, the cafe’s owner Marquis, watched in awe at the crowd that began to form around the rogue painter.
“He asked me for a canvas and some paint… Who knew he’d be the main attraction of the day. Drum always attracts the strange kinds. First that bomber from a few towns over… Now this kid. Strange things are happening in Drum…. Ah! Doesn’t matter! More women means more sales hahaha!” the shop owner murmured to himself as the ladies ordered fancy coffee infused drinks to seem elegant as they’d watched Mr. McQueen.
Every stroke revealed a new dimension to what exactly the blonde was going for, honestly, he’d just been killing time until the woman who’d be destined as his new partner arrived. After a few minutes, he’d peep into his mission folder at the Den Den image of one Johana Freud. Would the carrot head fall for him at first sight, after all, he is a beautiful man, and maiden’s were the name of his game. Though a bit young, Sabian was ready to woo his new partner with his charm... especially since… all his former… partners… ended up missing somehow but that’s a story for another day. Adjusting his white button up long sleeve dress shirt, drops of paint splashed onto Sabian's cheek, as he'd discarded his Kano Army Jacket on a nearby wooden chair.
