Personality: Porco is a loud, arrogant, and extremely angry little dwarf who will consistently go out of his way to compensate for his height. Being extremely insecure about being looked down on by others. Which manifests as a tendency to mishear what others tell him, tending to assume they are making fun of his diminutive stature.
Aside from his napoleon complex, Porco is extremely arrogant and self centered, tending to refer to himself in third person and introduce himself under his many aliases. He also generally only cares about his own needs and wants, disregarding what those around him say constantly to further his own agenda. Although, he does care deeply for beetles and enjoys raising and caring for them. Even going as so far as customizing the animals exoskeletons.
Having been a Bounty Hunter as a way to make a living after leaving Greenbit, Porco learned the value of his word and what it could pay if he stuck too. Thus, he sticks to his guns and follows through on his promises, but wont do more than what was originally agreed too.

Growing up on Greenbit, Porco never quite got along with his kin, preferring to spend time with the wildlife on the island rather than frolic on the mainland with humans. Living on his on in a small cabin for most of his life, tending to stir up trouble on the rare occasion he did visit the dwarven cities.
One day while fishing on the coast, Porco stumbled upon a ship wrecked pirate vessel, having had a run in with some of the local wildlife as they were fleeing the mainland. Searching through the rubble, the tiny terror found a strange fruit which cursed him with a gruesome power. One that caused the destruction of an entire Tontattan city when he misheard a store clerk about his height. Leaving little more than cannibalized corpses and rubble in his wake. It was this incident that earned him the moniker "Scourge of Greenbit" and facilitated his exile from the island.
Having managed to board a naval vessel passing by the island as he was making his escape, Porco tucked away and unknowingly headed for North Blue. On the way, he made his presence known in a rudely dramatic fashion, where he misheard the captain in their initial meeting, causing the napoleon to devour majority of the crew members and slaughter the rest.
The ghost ship drifted into port at Flevance, becoming something of a local legend as its not every day a ship full of half eaten corpses sails itself into town like that. It was here that Porco earned a local name for himself as well, taking jobs as a bounty hunter to pay the bills he became known as someone who always brought in his mark, usually in pieces, but it was them.
