- Clothing & Accessories:
Description: Sunadokei Hiyokuna is a voluptuous young woman standing well above average height, with an even more extravagant figure. She sports an absurdly voluptuous body, with an immense bust, long slender legs, lush thighs, narrow waist, wide childbearing hips, and an enormous derriere making her overall appearance obscenely curvaceous. Sunadokei has blonde hair styled in a bob cut parted off to the side. She wears the left side shoulder length, whereas the right is significantly shorter, giving her an intentionally lopsided hairstyle. Sunadokei's most distinguishing feature is a large, crack-like scar that runs along her face. Starting at her forehead and then extending down through both eyes and to her cheeks, the injury was the result of an ill fated encounter related to the loss of her family fortunes. It left Sunadokei with a fractured skull, her signature laceration, and a permanently damaged right eye. She has since recovered, though she is unwilling to alter her face or change her now distinguishing scar with cybernetics. Sunadokei considers it a vital part of her identity, and a keen reminder of her past.

She is quick to anger, quicker to annoy, becoming notably cold and distant with others when provoked. In actuality though Sunadokei is a complete and total diva, happy to surround herself with friends, fans, and possibly suitors. Vain, proud, and flirtatious to a fault with those she is attracted to, Sunadokei is unabashedly proud of her voluptuous figure and has no quarrels using it as a distraction or a means to get what she wants. She dresses provocatively, in revealing attire when in public. Privately though her favorite clothes are old yoga pants and over-sized t-shirts. She is a bit of a workaholic and a tinkerer, coming with the territory of being a cyborg. Sunadokei is known to lose track of time in her workshop, idly working on pet projects or tidying her workspace. She is naturally studious and is quite knowledgeable, a quick study and an eager learner. She is a glutton at heart, sporting a high metabolism and a ravenous appetite. Chocolate and wine are the fastest ways to Sunadokei's heart, and the recurring joke everything she eats goes straight to her curves keeps her from bothering with anything resembling at diet. That and the fact the life of a pirate is often riddled with long stretches of rationed food out on the high seas. Sunadokei is which to indulge in good food and drink whenever the opportunity presents itself as a result.
- History:
Sunadokei was born some twenty two years ago to a family of wealthy aristocrats on the heart of Ilusia. Her father, a famed shipwright, and her mother a wealthy heiress. The Hiyokuna family owned a respected shipyard supplying vessels for both the merchant class and warships for the admiralty alike. Young Sunadokei was an only child, and thus doted on and spoiled by her parents and a small cadre of nannies and nursemaids. Privately tutored, Sunadokei was raised to be a prim and proper noblewoman, educated heavily mathematics, history, language, and the sciences. She found her schoolwork tedious, but proved a diligent and capable student. It was a happy and peaceful upbringing, free from most of the troubles that seem to ail the world.
As Sunadokei grew, she blossomed into a voluptuous young woman and nearly unmatched beauty. Her vanity grew as rapidly as her bust, and she quickly found herself as a social butterfly, entertaining many suitors and becoming the unofficial guest of honor at many a lavish party. Her schooling nearing its completion, Sunadokei was now educated in the family traditions. As her father's sole heiress and future matriarch of the Hiyokuna name she was expected to be able to continue the family business. Sunadokei had been taught in business and finance, maritime engineering, and nautical construction to continue to ply these skills when she inherited her father's lands and titles.
It was during this time Sunadokei met Goryu Hanzo, a self proclaimed 'puckish rogue' and complete street urchin in her eyes. Goryu had decided the Hiyokuna estate made for a promising target to rob after seeing the family carriage heading off towards the royal castle for some gala or such. Little did he know, Sunadokei was not attending the event, having instead opted to remain at home after coming down with the flu. Sick, groggy, and nursing a headcold, Sunadokei returned from a much needed dip in a hot bath dressed in little more than a bathrobe and towel only to find Goryu raiding her wardrobe presumably looking for jewelry. The two exchanged heated words, with Sunadokei threatening to cut his head off herself and hang his body from the gallows before Goryu managed to make his escape.
In an effort to better protect herself from harm, as demonstrated by Goryu's break in, Sunadokei's father saw to it she be tutored in a martial pursuit in addition to her own scholarly pursuits. The finest instructor in Ilusia was hired, and Sunadokei spent the next several years training to fight in traditional swordsmanship. During this period, Goryu made repeated break ins to the Hiyokuna estate, curiously never doing so under the premise of theft. The young rogue always did so now in search of an audience with Sunadokei, bringing her gifts and trinkets, often taken in the form of objects of importance pilfered from the young woman's rivals. Sunadokei grew to tolerate Goryu a little bit more with each encounter, though still threatening to kill him at almost every turn.
Now entering her twenties, it became time for Sunadokei to be wedded and begin a new chapter of her life as a proper Ilusian noblewoman. Or at least, this was her father's intentions. She had entertained many suitors over the years, but turned them all away for one reason or another. Sunadokei claimed to be saving herself for someone special, and between her beauty and her intellect there was no shortage of men willing to press their luck. It came in the form of the son of the Marine's 45th Division Commodore that Sunadokei finally met her husband to be. The Marines officially assist in the governing of Ilusia, acting under orders of the World Government. Sunadokei's parents were ecstatic at the proposal, seeing it as an avenue to greater prestige and political clout.
Sunadokei herself was less enthused. The Commodore's son was a Marine himself, one of a brutish disposition she found detestable. A loud, drunken, angry man, he frequently beat women he could not coerce into sleeping him with. Using his father's authority to shield himself from repercussions. Sunadokei despised the man with every fiber of her being, refusing to spent even one minute more than necessary in his company. She refused to marry him, causing many a heated argument between her and her parents. The young woman quickly began to feel like a prisoner trapped in her own life, and turned to seeking out Goryu's attention willingly, as one of the few people that truly understood her. Or at least, was willing to lend an ear and listen to her plight.
It all came crashing down around her though one night, when in a moment of passion Sunadokei finally gave into Goryu's persistence, allowing him to sleep with her. The two were wrapped up in each other's arms for the better part of the evening. When she returned home late, the Commodore's son was waiting in her room. Drunken and barely coherent, he had much the same desires but none of the right intentions. He tried to force himself on Sunadokei, and in defense she retrieved her blade and took off the man's hand. Outraged and injured, the man fled back to call upon his father, just as he always did.
From there, things only went further downhill. Word spread quickly of what had transpired, and within hours the Marines had swarmed over the Hiyokuna estate, demanding the family be brought to justice. The Commodore himself arrived, sporting papers that claimed the family had been secretly supplying warships to pirates, and using their mercantile fleet to carry out smuggling operations at the behest of revolutionaries. Sunadokei's family was placed under arrest, shackled in irons and hauled off. Though she herself fought to escape, killing several men and running the Commodore's son through his heart before finally succumbing to her wounds. As the light dimmed from her eyes, she say a familiar face looming above her.
When Sunadokei awoke, she was somewhere unfamiliar, an impromptu hospital hidden away in the back alley slums of Ilusia's capital city. Goryu sat by her bedside, holding her hand. Weeks had transpired, with Sunadokei hanging by a thread to life. Her family had since been executed by the King of Ilusia under the grounds of high treason, she was listed as a wanted criminal, and her family's fortunes and assets had been seized by the Marines. Sunadokei burned with rage, but her ribs screamed in pain as she tried to rise to her feet. She was still recovering, and it would be months still until she was back to full strength.
In order to save Sunadokei from her injuries, Goryu had arranged for his lover to be repaired as a cyborg. Portions of her body and vital organs were replaced with cybernetic equivalents, though careful effort was made to preserve her natural beauty wherever possible. When she finally came to, Sunaokdei's heart burned like a furnace with thoughts of revenge. With no one left but Goryu, and nowhere else to go, she decided to join her lover by his side. Sunadokei renounced her Ilusian citizenship, declaring herself a pirate from now and forever more. She has since continued to upgrade her body, finding denser, stronger metals and grafting an additional pair of arms to her back allowing her to wield two swords at once.
The new and improved Cyborg Sunadokei is officially Goryu's shipwright and First Mate, and seeks to become a wealthy and famous pirate in her own name. Moreover through, she craves the power of a Devil Fruit, and with it... the chance to restore what has been taken from her. Sunadokei wishes to see Ilusia burned, the Marines driven out, and her land and fortune returned to her. She is an enemy to all who represent the hated World Government, a sworn pirate with a cold steel heart that beats to the drum of conquest and plunder.
