- Summary: A young revolutionary is in need of training. Does he have the necessary skills to truly understand what the army is about? This is a test to see if he has the heart of a revolutionary.
Buzz was seated inside a tiny little port town restaurant with a paper in hand. The News Coo was a normal paper in most circumstances. This one was marked in various ways that made it look like an enthusiastic editor took a pen to it. Those trained in various decoding tactics like Revolutionaries and members of Cipher Pol could easily read it. The movements of Panther Lily and Feral Pirates was noted as the perfect smokescreen for the armies movements. One such movement was inland on Toroa, a small farming town was being repressed by the local lord, causing the people in the farming town to be hungry. His mission was to get the lord replaced by a better one.
While it seemed simple on the surface Buzz knew it was anything but. Outright going to beat the lordship out of the current owner would have him surrounded by the marines in a moment. Taking too long on such a simple mission risks spreading army resources and he could eventually be sniffed out by cipher pol agents. Besides what could be considered a better local lord? A random farmer would not due but if the chosen one was just as selfish it would also not work out. Buzz put down the paper and paid for his meal. It would do him no good to sit and ponder about things all day. To him the best method would be to survey the place and react as he goes.
"Thank you very much! The food was great!" Buzz was never one to forget his manners. He thanked the server and the one cook behind the counter. The restaurant was a small place and the curly haired cook simply smiled. The waiter waved as Buzz departed towards the next area of his mission.
