Imperial Flow Fishman Style
Fighting Style: Boxing, Tai Chi, Judo, and Karate Fishman Styles
Weapon Utilization: Water from various sources (mostly sea), and ones own body.
Description: A tyrannical form of Fishman martial arts that gives one the power of the oceans. The form is meant to flow and use the power of water that is present everywhere. It is Imperial because it commands the very flow and nature of water. The strength of the styles lies in the ability to flow and gain and advantage in one on one combat. It does loose out when the user is fighting multiple enemies.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Fishman Breaths [Passive]: An ability to breath underwater a standard trait of all fishman.
Blue Shark Awakening [Toggle]: Buzz activates the full extent of his shark fishman heritage. It shows of his normally hidden fins, shark teeth and fishman strength. While using this form he draws out more strength from the imperial flow style, he gains a +10% in attack and reflex, this form exposes his fins as weaknesses so he also gains a -20% in his natural defense.

Blessing of the Sea [Passive]: The user has seawater and tides woven into their very structure. The ability to hit logia users come natural as if the body is made of seastone. However the body is more conductive making Electro, and other lightning based attacks 20% more effective to the keeper of this blessing. [ Not allowed. You're welcome to RP out the effect of hitting logia users through seawater when you unlock haki. The sea prism stone effect is worth 100 million berries and requires a specific technique to be used. You can't use it freely like this. ]
Imperial Flow [Passive]: The chaining ability of this technique that gives it the name. Using this style starts the practitioner with -20% in the base attack stat. Each consecutive hit on the target increase the base attack stat by 10% and caps out at +20%. Meaning his power will fluctuate based on accuracy. If he stops attacking in a post or an attack misses the value resets back to -20%. This only counts per target so it will not count as flowing if he switches targets. [ Passives cannot have mechanical effects like this. You must create toggles that conform to the toggle example (like the one you made below). ]
