Eki Eki No Mi (Liquid Liquid Fruit)
Devil Fruit: Eki Eki no Mi (Liquid Liquid Fruit)
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: The fruit is orange, and consisted of a stem connected to many different pods filled with what appeared to be a purple jelly. It forms an almost conical shape and the number of pods decreases farther down the fruit, such that it almost tapers to a point.
Devil Fruit Description: The Eki Eki no Mi is a Paramecia Devil Fruit that allows one to change the physical state of matter (Solids and Liquids). The affected material acts as if it were in the altered state but retains its shape visibly. A solid altered to liquid will still look like it's solid shape, and a liquid altered to a solid will still look like its liquid state. The desired area/object to be altered must be touched by Diana while activating this ability. The dimensions of the area to be altered can be shaped by Diana's will. Multiple state changes require Diana to either touch the area/object again or have maintained contact with the area/object. Additionally, any large enough body of water that can submerge the user cannot be altered by this ability. Neither for that matter is Sea-stone affected by Diana's ability.
Fighting Style: Skaldi's Gambit
Weapon Utilization: Quite literally anything can serve as a weapon, but Diana does prefer her mace.
Description: Diana does not like harming others, and likes killing them even less, even whilst in combat with her personality switched and seeking the fastest route to eliminate/constrain/remove the obstacle. As such, she has combined her experiences of hunting with her mother to form a defensive/containment combat style. By liquidizing attacks that come at her, Diana decreases the amount of damage that the attacks might do, and by manipulating the state of matter in the vicinity, Diana can create traps to capture or slow enemies or fierce attacks.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Aegir's Cloak (toggled): Diana extends a free hand to shield herself, and concentrates on activating her ability to liquidize incoming attacks, thus lessening the damage that they inflict upon her. The concentration on her ability affects the strength she can put into her attacks however. +20% Defense, -20% Attack
Bifrost Bridge (passive): By solidifying the surface of materials (a prime example is bodies of water like rivers) that are shallow enough that Diana won't be submerged, Diana can cross terrain that might otherwise prove to be a nuisance. Or, vice versa for liquefication.
Thor's Temper (toggled): Diana is difficult to anger, but a few have occasionally managed it. Especially those prone to abusing others as she was once abused. In such cases, Diana's normally pacifistic tendencies are gone and she wants to make her blows hurt. +10% Attack, +10% Willpower, - 10% Reflex, -10% Defense

You did really well in getting all the little nuances of the fighting style right! I only noticed one small error. Loki's Trick (LT Stat Morph) should have a cooldown of 3 since it has a duration.
Also, I request that you change the thread title (not the title inside of the post) to "Eki Eki no Mi (Liquid-Liquid Fruit)" as well.
