Eye Color: Electric Blue
Scars: None...surprisingly...considering who his Sensei is.
Clothing and Accessories:
Basically, Hikari’s clothing is a feudal style of Kimono. The texture is shimmering due to the silk that is used to make its vibrant form. His clothing varies greatly between these colors, but the texture is always the same as well as what is worn beneath. The kimono is usually long sleeved and over laps his hands at the palms’ center. Not only that, but the sleeves are wide which allows him to conceal many things within them since they have their own pockets. The most prominent feature is that he usually combines this clothing choice with matching geta. Since Hikari has consumed the Bani-Bani No Mi, he does not wear anything over his feet. His geta themselves are ascended by the back heel as the Bani-Bani No Mi has made his foot transformation become vastly uncomfortable.
Beneath his colorful attire, Hikari always wears a tight suit that presses his body. The material is a woven tight cotton that presses against his body. This clothing is worn due to how it shapes with his body as he changes. When wearing nothing but this suit and changes into his rabbit humanoid form, he displays it pressing tightly against his body, but not restricting his movements due to his legs being his most prominent feature being utilized in his transformation. The outfit almost makes it seems as if he is wearing a bodysuit as he transforms. Finally, there is Hikari’s own accessory: his large Tambourine strapped to his back with a purple velcro strap. This secures his favorite weapon in place that seems to be as large as a mid-sized shield.
Description:
Hikari’s body is described as average at best. He is toned at his arms and even more so in his legs, but this is where all the shaping of his body stops. Due to the Bani-Bani No Mi, he lacks the upper body strength that most have, and thus his body cannot shape itself to gain as much muscle mass as his lower body (which has great potential). His features, including his hair goes to be mid back length, flowing slightly over his shoulder blades.
In order to maintain his guise as a Mink, Hikari is consistently in a partial transformation where he remains a cottontail rabbit, humanoid shape. His fur is a white thick coat, and his sideburns, ankles to feet, and wrists to hands become covered in white fur while the rest of his body become exposed flesh, retaining some parts of his human features. When creating his faux identity, all of his body is covered in this white fur as he truly represents a white humanoid rabbit. His feet grows from the size of an ordinary human’s to be roughly five times larger. The most noticeable feature is the large basketball size cottontail that pokes from his lower back side and his long white ears that breach through his flowing violet hair.
The Past
Main Traits:
Poetic & Prolific - A bard in a sense! Hikari speech and talk is mostly in verse and rhyme. He executes prose and stanzas whether in the best situation or within the worst. It is his coping technique for keeping up his strong indomitable spirit, and one he lives by. It causes for some particularly unusual situations as he refuses to speak at times or struggles to respond due to him not able to think of a certain stanza or not being able to rhyme a word at all. Particularly, he has an audible blind spot for the word “Orange” as if there is a pause in a sentence.
Transvestism - As a musician, Hikari works under the assumption that presentation is what brings out one’s charm and appeal. Due to his history and tutelage, the person he remembers teaching him about the style the most is someone who had a preferred for lacey and dandy clothing that were usually associated with the female sex. As is his dancing style mostly shifts closely to wearing clothing associated with a belly dancer as well, taking advantage of his unique leg muscles and pelvic structure from his Zoan devil fruit to give him a more curvy appearance. Due to these factors and his appearance, he is usually mistaken to be female.
The “FalseD” - Another trait of his is the everlasting “Will of D.” However, unlike true bearers of the name, he does not seem to possess traits whatsoever. Due to his life being filled with strife and consistent loss, Hikari has a very weak will that is only fueled and sustained by one lifeline: music. He lacks an appetite in his current state, he is very submissive to others with a lack of purpose, not to mention he so easily accepts death. Many times, they call him the “False D” due to his traits, regardless of his name, and even make puns on it calling him “FalseD” (pronounced as “Falsed”). However, it is in the shadow of another strong will that Hikari truly shines through in his personality: he exhibits extreme joy and purpose when with those he cares for, he smiles wearily no matter the danger when shoulder to shoulder with another, and not to mention he consumes lots of fruits and vegetables! This is the sole reason he is called the “False D” instead of one who is not of the clan at all to reflect that he cannot exist alone. Drifting to others instead of attracting those to his side as the clan is renowned for.
Likes:
Music - His first and foremost love! He adores music and melodies whether they are made from instruments, from the tone of someone’s voice, or even the joyous beat of someone’s heart! When he hears a tune he adores, Hikari can’t help but to follow his ears to the very sound!~
Revelry - Hikari adores festive gatherings! When there is positive energy in the air and camaraderie among individuals, he will curiously come about! He may even join in! He is drawn easily like a mother to a flame. However, he only takes joy in it if it is positive.
Art - His adoration for art just does not stop at music! The texture and taste of food, the appearance of clothing, and even paintings and colors are enough to excite him! The colorful young lad adores things that are expressed beyond the mundane! He is an amateur aficionado who seeks to learn of the world’s creativity!
Dislikes:
Impediment - Think of Hikari as a cloud: he is very open and free to create and express himself! However, it is when his expression and adoration and impeded that he becomes dispirited and burdened. He is not able to express himself, thus, making it so that he becomes enslaved by any systems.
Perversion - Not to that of a vile and physical level, but rather of the arts! Hikari deeply cares for expression and creativity! When it is used for vile purposes or to harm another, it is a thorn to his heart! Hikari believes in art being used as an extension of emotions whether positive or negative; but not for the purpose of ill intention.
Loneliness - It is not only in the physical, but also in the emotional solitude that Hikari feels inept. He adores being with others who understand his emotions and shares the slightest understanding with him! When he is able to relate to someone, even on the most minuscule level, he is naive enough to believe them to be a friend.
Unique laugh: Sort of...his laugh is like his speech: In song and rhymes .
Hometown: Karākingudamu [Colour Kingdom] | West Blue | Culture/Design/Collective
Kano Country - Chinese Culture
The Colour Kingdom is a country that is closely related to the Kano Country. As Kano is emphasized to have strong cultural ties that have Japanese-style enrichment in its environment, then Colour has strong vibrant display of architecture that is similar to Japanese Edo-style period texture in its environment. This is characterized by castles that house tapestries and metalwork. However, this is as far as it goes as people from modern era seemed to have traveled to this land added their touch of flare from many cultures. Metal would be mixed with more bright pigments and hues to make aquamarine and rose red metallics, castles have become more open with a lack of doors and housing vendors as if they were public bazaars, and not to mention the various mix of breeds of people that walk the land in abundance.
Hence the name “Colour Kingdom.”
The Colour Kingdom falls short of its comparison to Wano due to it no holding on tightly to tradition and the ways of the Samurai. The culture of the kingdom is open to many various places of the world and their ways. They celebrate art and imagination, making the abstract more accepted than the concrete and unchanging. Because of the desire to incorporate a great deal of other lands and its people, the Colour Kingdom thrives off of its collection of art around the world. Thus, the Colour Kingdom is seen as a keeper of actual samples of culture, rather than books of knowledge that house information like their close kin Ohara.
Government/Laws: The structure of the Colour Kingdom’s government is by council. There is truly no power given to one person as they favor a democratic system. Council is made of distinct individuals that are specialized in their own fields: Melody, Imagery, and Literature! The counsel divides the island accordingly by these three different arts, but convene on numerous occasions with the citizens. This often leads to them attempting to incorporate the concerns of the citizens when it comes to artistic perspective, especially if something is considered vile or inappropriate, yet, due to the abstract nature of art and the personality of the members; things are not usually taken so serious. Their personality is usually carefree, especially when the people take matters into their own hands in order to defend their priceless treasures (their creative works) from aggressors.
Of course, the World Government greatly affects the Colour Kingdom. As it is a safehouse of many different timeless arts from around the world, especially the World Nobles. As people who consider themselves Gods, they coveted priceless artifacts in this part of the sea. This is especially prominent as of late due to the Colour Kingdom’s territory being incorporated into the World Government’s control due to its extensive knowledge conveyed in art. Armies of the World Government closely monitor and stand aside the many individuals who reside here, and thus, creativity is stifled to a degree.
Authority/Policing: The Colour Kingdom initially was neutral in its policing and militia. As kin to the Kano Kingdom, it retained some of the art of old Chinese Dynasties as well as draws from culture of Wano. Though not exceptional with Samurai or Monks, it still breeds names that are versed in their skill that is able to uphold justice from the most basic of invaders and hold their own against tougher foes drawing on the skills from the strongest warriors and the numbers from the people who wish to preserve their culture. Regardless of the origins, the core has adopted the “Samurai Code” known as Bushido in order to bind themselves to honor and uphold justice in the Colour Kingdom.
The strongest of the nation’s practitioners of authority is the Calligraphy Core which, despite their name, is a set of very skilled practitioners of Swordplay and fighting disciplines from places around the world. Their leader is Titan, an indomitable Fox Mink from Zou that uses his time to train those who are interested in the art of the sword. His overwhelming power, strength, and lineage is one of the pillars of the Colour Kingdom. Since the Marines have moved in along with the World Nobles, the remnants of the Calligraphy Core and its warriors have either moved underground or have been detained for resisting the World Noble’s cruelty and covetous behavior.
Culture: The culture of the Colour Kingdom is very loose and open! This is mostly due to the nature of many islands and locals from the New World and Paradise coming to live in peace. As many beliefs are held true to these islands, Colour seems to be idea to worship or believe without limit. Colour Kingdom is granted several different individuals across cultures who bring some piece of their home with them. However, even if they are a great blend of people, the majority of people are those who are human races and stay true to the island’s number one word that is like a prayer to them: “Imagine.” This word is prominent in the mouths of people of the Colour Kingdom who warrant their people to “Imagine to your Heart’s Content.” However, due to the World Government’s presence as of late, this old quote seems suppressed in order to prevent exploration of art and imagery relative to the time period known as the “Void Century.” It is rumored that the Colour Kingdom holds complementary musical pieces, artistic drawings and paintings, and poetry that complimented the Ponyglyphs of the forgotten time. It is said if Ohara contained the intellect and wisdom that spoke of the times, then the Colour Kingdom has the emotions of the foregone era as well. The Colour Kingdom suffers from having its usual colors and vibrance disturbed causing for it to have some parts of the area to be coated in barren soil, having tyrannical or totalitarian music fill the air, and paintings related to any and all the militia of the World Government and the Nobles in order to hide the truth.
Weather/Climate: The Weather and Climate of the Colour Kingdom is usually partly cloudy to light showers. This leads to a very fair climate where their watery channels are maintained. As it is reflective of Japan’s edo period atmosphere, then there is often beautiful plant life that takes advantage of the light showers and sunlight in order to thrive. The island’s council that supervises the art of Imagery usually help maintain the organization and growth of plant life as their second part of their job along with culinary. Thus, they make use of the land to sustain feeding and maintaining the island’s beautiful appearance. This was the pride and motivation of the Colour Kingdom’s name since it represented the vibrant hues painted by the artistic minds of the council.
At least...this was initially the case…
With the corruption of the Kingdom’s Council, namely from the World Nobles who have become gluttons of their food and coveting things of beauty, the island suffers from the imagery it once had. Fields of flowers have pot holes where they would grow, and there is also the sakura trees that grow in courtyards of some fields where nobles position themselves in the timeless castle of the council they force to appease them.
Personality:
To describe Hikari...he is actually a bright and optimistic child…
Even if he is in his teens, he is a child at best due to his carefree nature and expressions! He always seems to be delighted due to his adoration for the arts. When it comes to music, dancing, or any of the expressions; he is inclined to participate! Martial Arts and fighting is a different matter altogether! Even if Hikari does adore spars and demonstrations as if they were dancing, to be in a serious fight is something that is unlike him, and he is not motivated to do so unless it is for a very urgent matter. The condition is that he is not alone and he is able to be seen by his friends; otherwise, he is helpless! Hikari demonstrates the pinnacle of Colour Kingdom’s pacifist nature, and true to his Sensei’s code of Bushido.
When it comes to people, Hikari is very curious! He always seems to want to get to know people! He loves and adores learning about their origins and trying to incorporate their world into his own. This is because of the Colour Kingdom’s nature for adapting to incoming trends and culture, that Hikari believes he must uphold learning about another’s ways. He is a very warm and open person, especially when he is met with people with terrible intentions. However, his experience with World Nobles and the Marines have placed him in a traumatic mind set to the point that is very prone to retreating upon being confronted with them.
Speaking of fighting, Hikari is not one to do so! Even if he is trained and very proficient, his knowledge is used for the sake of art! Thus, the rabbit boy seldom to fight, even when provoked. He is usually filled with dread just as the thought crosses his mind, and so he resorts to usually being defended by his allies. This was not always the case, but the recent experience from losing to the World Government before gives him strong instinct to preserve himself and his friend. It is his biggest weakness, but also his biggest strength as (just like a rabbit), when backed into a corner, he becomes very feral and motivated to fight for the sake of living with his friends another day.
Hikari’s strength is his friends! As the one who is known as the FalseD, he is spoken of in a manner that relates directly to the people that are connected to him. He does not inspire or emit charisma to make others flock to them, but rather he does the opposite; when he is touched by the energy of others, his willpower is overflowing and he feels more inclined to fight. It is then that Hikari displays strength and boundless energy as he desires to express himself to someone. If anyone knows how to express themselves, it would be a resident of the Colour Kingdom as he channels his artistic energy into his martial strength. Hikari desires to hang onto his bonds, thus, he becomes the lifeless husk under the slavery of the World Government.
- History:
“We go out to sea, because must go out to see!!”
~Hikari D. Rabbit
Legends and myths uttered in words from one mouth to the one ear, and repeat. It is a cycle that is endless, but also crippling to those who want to be remembered. Rumors and gossip become distorted and people lose the original story that is told. The stories become something ugly, unfathomable, and disfigured beyond its original beauty. That was the role the Colour Kingdom played in the Great Pirate Era of the past and, even now, the present.
The Colour Kingdom housed a great number of artists who painted the images of time and handed them down. From the history of the first Pirate King, to the downfalls of the Pirate era, and finally the painting of a new era’s beginning. Ryujin The Robust was one of the many painters of the time who inherited the artworks of his forefathers and painted shoulder to shoulder with his brethren in the Colour Kingdom. A man characterized by his choice of robes and silken clothing inspired by his exploration of the New World, and his hands moving without end to paint what he saw, he was more of a historian of the bygone pirate era! Legendary for his art, Ryujin was even fortunate enough to glimpse upon the Pirate Kings themselves and painted what he had scene. One of his most notorious paintings, one that flowed with vibrant colors, was known simply by “D” which captured the imagine of the notorious Soaring Pirates crew.
Ryujin painted the romance of the famous Pirate Era in that one image that would inspire many to explore the sea!
Ryujin’s painting, with his brethren, would inspire works of the Revived Era: Poetry speaking of the pirates who braved the sea thought to be a manifestation of dreams, Songs that would praise the times for its freedom, and Ryujin who would paint it all! The Colour Kingdom, in those times, would become the booming tourist attraction that would further inherit names from all over the world that contributed art and tomes of history to inspire the muses! Some would even speak of the tales of the void era, leaving the muses of the Colour Kingdom to interpret and paint the history in form.
Some were close...some far off...but either way...it attracted attention at the end of the Conqueror’s War.
Ryujin and his colleagues were at their pinnacle by the end of the passing era, and would be brought back down to Earth by the World Government who had to stir their attention to the island due to them immortalizing the war that spoke of the legend of One Piece. The Government was careful as they knew how the individuals of the Colour Kingdom would work: brute force would only be captured in their minds and expressed in one form or the next. Thus, a craft plan was executed in order to solve their problem while also making use of the Kingdom to satisfy the Gods: they would entice the World Nobles with the idea of owning things that were considered “beautiful.”
Accompanied by the World Governments Marines, the Celestial Dragons would turn their attention to the Colour Kingdom. Imagery and compositions that were created in the Kingdom would become demands of the Celestial Dragons. When refused, it was met with swift demonstration and punishment by the cruel nobles and the marines who were the executioners. Even if the imagery would be painted and kept for the people to see the tyranny of the nobles, it would be painted pieces the nobles kept in their own clutches as they would consider the suffering of the common folk under the Gods “timeless.” Thus, it only furthered the noble’s ill minds to come up with more crafty punishment and cruelty, to the point that the Colour Kingdom’s creativity and record keeping became a curse: their suffering would feed their muse and the muse would encourage more suffering! The Colour Kingdom, realizing this, would stifle their creativity for the sake of preserving their lives and sanity! Ryujin, who feared for his family, would cripple his own hands for the sake of resisting his urge: he had to keep himself from creating to make sure his family would live.
Not a decade had even passed that Ryujin realized that this did not matter, and his fear had begun to blossom once more.“Beyond the horizon we go see, beyond the horizon we chase the sea!”
~Hikari D. Rabbit
Children were very attracted to the world of color! With innocent hearts, they were very inspired to create, and to the folly of adults, often inspire. Hikari, one of the children of this era, had struggled to contradict his desire: the will to create like his father and the desire to keep his family safe. Ryujin, fearing for his son’s safety, had no fall back plan to protect Hikari who was brighter than most! During the period before the siege of the Colour Kingdom, he practiced as many arts as possible in order to enrich himself, and make his father proud.
It took half a decade of his little life from being a little babe to being a child that Hikari would practice the arts from all three of the islands areas! He would recite poetry and haku until his words began to rhyme. He would sing and know of every composure until his tone was melodic and his ears could hear the faintest of sounds within the rhythm of any place like was a harmony. Finally, he would know every movement and learn every imagery as if he was committing to muscle memory! All of the culture of the island he learned alongside others, especially friends that came from different parts of the Grandline and across the Red line which was like the nature of Colour Kingdom’s attraction.
Though he was terrible at all of them! Compared to most artists, Hikari was not good at the visual, audible, and literary arts! He was very dedicated, but did not truly capture everything since his expressions usually came from wanting to impress his father. Being he was not adequate in understanding any of the emotion behind these things, he would mostly toss together colors, would mess up his lines even in his speech (miscounting syllables and doing juvenile rhyming), and did not exactly have any rhythm or coordination.
But “she” was different…
Dazzle and her family were natives of the New World, people of Zou, and probably the only person Hikari really had a bond with. Through Ryujin was close colleagues with Titan, Dazzle’s father and an individual of Zou, who shared his passion for the arts. Titan, however, was a stern man and warrior unlike Ryujin, and thought of the arts of Samurai and Warriors due to his experience from his home. Titan shared these ideas with Dazzle, who followed and obeyed her father’s whims and believed in his discipline. Ryujin, who was at odds with Titan’s arts, had felt great apprehension about Titan’s expression, but it was Hikari who had the attraction to Titan’s art of swords and weaponry that Dazzle worshipped.
Art was art, and Hikari was thus interested in the Samurai Code known as Bushido!
Hikari would bug Dazzle over the next year or so! She would barrage him with criticism and remarks about him being nothing but an artist and nothing more! She insisted that Bushido had nothing to do with his interests, and was especially critical about him not having the physical ability. She even went on the describe him as “Just a human,” comparing him to herself as she was a Mink with already fine skills in using Electro. Hikari, who had nothing but contempt and the usual loathing for himself wanting to be significant in all art...any art...was desperate.
Long story short...he stole a certain double-stemmed Devil Fruit from a collector…
Hikari was in deep trouble from stealing from the individual. Not only had he stolen Devil Fruit from one of the most unruly, dangerous and drunk Samurai on the island; it was also a woman who had the name of being the second-in-command of the Calligraphy Core, Raika D. Flash. Ryujin was disappointed in his son to say the least, but the top ranked officers, including Titan himself, found Hikari’s gutsiness and passion to be intriguing. Even more was laughter that emitted from the Mink’s mouth when Hikari thought himself able to use Electro just because he became more animalistic due to the fruit, and did not understand the physiology of Minks whatsoever.
But punishment would last for a long time to come!~
Hikari would have to make amends on many levels: Reika would force him to master movement and rhythm of swordplay lest she, as said in a drunken rage “Make Rabbit Stew from many pieces!” upon seeing him transform, Titan would have him learn the art of Bushido using calligraphy and brush strokes, and Dazzle would wake him to oversee how he memorizes the Samurai Code of Bushido. Hikari would do these things out of fear, and even if he had no ability for them, would do them as long as could breathe as his father had started to insist that this would teach him the one thing that was missing from his art: discipline.
Hikari would continue this for the next few years until the end of the era, unbeknownst of the marines and their approaching tyranny until that very day.“We will go be the song of the sea; both you and me!”
~Hikari D. Rabbit
The day the World Government seized control of the Colour Kingdom brought silent chaos and confusion.
With the Kingdom under the grasp of the World Government in an attempt to silence remnants of the Conqueror’s War, depictions of the current era and those foregone were silenced. Nobles would strip down famous art pieces and keep them as trophies. Not only did they keep the pieces, but crafters as well who would become their own personal slaves. Composers and Artisans alike would be forced to labor and create for the sake of depicting the nobles instead of the bygone era that was rich with history! The only thing to stop them from resistance is the threat to destroy their timeless works. Ryujin, who went to extremes to not sully his legacy, met a fate worse than death! In an unforeseen disaster, his son (Hikari) would take his place and be forced to use his time to take his place to slave for the nobles.
Ryujin had not foreseen this, and would spend his days detained and crying in grief at what he had inflicted upon his son. Hikari, who had very little skill in his discipline, would spend the next year being abused by the nobles due to his mediocre skill level. He would have to wear demeaning clothing and be the object of the Noble’s perversity to the point that he would feel nothing but despair. It was was a torment to have to live in such a way and not express himself freely!
This is when Ryujin knew something would have to be done…
Ryujin, from his confinement, would desperately reach out to message the only individual he knew was strong and trustworthy, Reika D. Flash of the Calligraphy Core. Even amidst the chaos of the Marines sieging the Kingdom, Reika had found a way to slip into the underground channels and vaults of the Colour Kingdom where history of the island was preserved and used it as a means of helping the Kingdom in silence. With her using the loyal Samurai, she bid her time thinking of a way to free her master, Titan and take back the Kingdom.
But helping the one who owed her a BIG place in her collection was a side job she took begrudgingly…
Reika would agree to Ryujin to save his son and take him away with her to a secret place of Colour Kingdom to live. Ryujin would exclaim that it would benefit Reika who would not only find a way to make a new identity, but use Hikari in her plan if she wished. Reika would agree, taking Hikari one night from the Noble’s watch using her stealth and her skills with her Thirteen Sword-Style. Hikari was happy to be rescued, but Reika would show frustration because she did not find her master.
Hikari’s new life was a strange one. He had been given strict orders by Reika to change his identity for the sake of the noble not finding him out: he would have to grow his hair out and speak with a more petite tone using his sing-song voice, he would have to wear feminine clothing, and remain in his partial rabbit form to appear to be more animal than man. She would insist it is to confuse the World Nobles who were so uneducated that they would mistake him for a Mink. To help him blend in, Dazzle, Titan’s daughter, who was also beneath Reika would assist him in doing so, and act as a part of the World Noble’s private security. Hikari would need a new name in order to go with his new identity, and Reika would give him the perfect one…
...Hikari D. Rabbit.
Reika had kept Hikari for six months as her “son” until he was sixteen along with Dazzle. He learn from Dazzle and Reika about their history as he had never known about the wonders of the sea and the art beyond. Dazzle would talk about her home that was Zou and how it was beyond the “Blues” that the boy had known only through art and story. Reika, herself, was a warrior who had wandered the seas with Pirates who plundered in a Robin Hood esque fashion. She recollected on days where there was an importance of honor, something that was rekindled when she met Titan and reminded her of her days in freedom. Hikari would look at them, not thinking of them having such stories due to him seeing things on the surface. Only then, would he understand what he lacked as what his father said he needed. Hikari’s art and refinement would improve, and only when he believed he was ready over time, he would ask Reika a favor.
Only afterwards, Hikari would become a student of Reika’s willingly and endearingly.
The Samurai would collect on Ryujin’s deal and use Hikari and Dazzle to make an attempt to storm the castle where her master resided with the Calligraphy Core as she deduced he would be held there. With remnants of the Colour Kingdom, Reika hoped that she could overthrow the World Noble who sat within the castle along with some of the Marines who were positioned there. However, this would be short lived as Reika, Hikari, and Dazzle were met with surprising opposition: Titan.
Try as they might, the trio stood no chance against the Mink’s natural abilities, along with an unexplainable power. Obedient without explanation, Titan overpowered and subdued the three. In the end, Hikari would be imprisoned once again, but this time, under his false identity of being a “Mink” with the moniker D, which still humored the Marines. Time had passed, and with only a sole Nobel residing over the Colour Kingdom with the marines, they still rule while humoring the name of the “Mink” who sits dispirited in his cell. Further entertaining themselves, they would release him and cuff him, having him work as a slave as they perversely ogled over his appearance, not knowing he was male and that he was in fact human.
It is the present day and Hikari has spent the past two years slaving, waiting, staring at the sea...thinking of the stories that Reika had told him, and how he desired to see what was out there that made them so strong.
He would sing to himself, desiring to go out to escape and go out to sea with them...if he could find them in this ruined Kingdom that used to be full of color.

This was a very thorough and colourful (no pun intended) bio! I really enjoyed reading the various facets of Hikari's character. The Colour Kingdom, while plays with the world's lore a bit too much, is still interesting enough for me to accept it as our canon. As such, you are welcome to create an Island Description for it in the Uncharted Islands section of the West Blue. Please see other island descriptions and mimic their format as closely as possible. Once you're finished (if you decided to make it), you can post it in the Approval Requests section and I shall make it official.
A few things I will need you to change though in both your bio and perhaps your island description.
A few things I will need you to change though in both your bio and perhaps your island description.
- The importance of this island to the world's lore cannot be equal to canon islands.
- References to real-life cultures cannot be made in your island description. The description needs to be lore-friendly. You can make references to Wano and Kano Countries. But, do note that Revival Dawn's Wano is still very insistent on preserving its culture in its own country.
- While Celestial Dragons are ignorant of the world in many ways, they are certainly not uneducated.
- RevDawn's Celestial Dragons are not allowed to rule islands. They can leave figureheads and manipulate them from afar, but they themselves must not live away from Mary Geoise to rule.
- Celestial Dragons detest minks on RevDawn and would NEVER staff them. Enslaving them is fine though.
