You currently would only have one equipment technique. You don't unlock an equipment technique for each tier 2 equipment you own. Equipment techniques are unlocked when the highest tiered equipment you own changes. So, as the highest tier of equipment that you currently own is Tier 2, you would unlock only one technique.
