This can be used in various ways and even on abstract concepts such as air. One of the strongest things about this devil fruit is that when used on himself he can launch attacks without accelerating or jumping et cetera that normally require jumping. For example, spinning himself out of nowhere gives him the element of surprise against his opponents by launching an attack out of nowhere with the added speed that comes with spinning where normally one would require to start spinning first until someone reaches a certain speed Bang can do that immediately.

Description: Bang fights in an unpredictable yet very simple way. He utilizes his body as he sees fit but doesn't use complex martial arts or anything like that.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
- Swirl (Passive):
- Passively, Bang can use his devil fruit to swirl things. Tables, chairs, drinks or a coin that was tossed into the air. The projectiles of grunts and fodder are also applicable for this.
- Burner Stage (Toggled Passive):
- When activating Burner Stage, Bang creates the tiniest of swirls inside of his body to increase his bloodflow, oxygen intake and pretty much his entire metabolism gets an upgrade. This causes Bang to kind of overheat himself while in return gaining speed. By increasing the velocity, he'll hit harder. Because he moves at a way higher speed and this is an offensive measure, Bang's carefree personality causes him to dismiss his defense.
Stat buffs acquired are +10% RX, +10% ATK but in turn takes its toll on Bang's defense -20% DEF
- T3:
- By swirling the abstract concept of his own/someone elses' presence up to the point where the swirl is invisible to the naked eye Bang creates a gateway between A and B: simultaneously when creating one for himself/others he has to create one somewhere else that is within his line of sight and when swirled away he'll move there. When physically touching someone or something else, he brings it/him/her with him. [OOC: this needs permission from a different character.] This transfer is characterised by a spiralling void that targets swirl into or out of, distorting their form as they move between dimensions.
Passively this also allows Bang to distort any projectiles for that matter to a different place to avoid taking damage.

Perhaps at the same time creating a swirl somewhere else where he can go to that is within the range of his eyesight). When physically touching someone or something else, he brings it/him/her with him. This transfer is characterised by a spiralling void that targets swirl into or out of, distorting their form as they move between dimensions.
[ Alright, so this is just my verdict and you're more than welcome to consult another staff member if you don't agree or would like to discuss it further to flesh out something more.
Firstly, "moving between dimensions" doesn't seem to abide within the capacity of your fruit, but if it's moving directly from Point A to Point B, this is fine. If you are making a pit stop in another dimension, then this is too similar to the Door-Door Fruit.
RP-wise, you're welcome to add whatever flavour you wish. However, in combat, you will have to obey combat mechanics and you will only be able to move within the range of your technique.
Additionally, this passive will be tier-locked until your character reached Tier 3. Please keep this in mind. Lastly (for now), you won't be able to bring a player with you unless they give you permission. Failure to do so will be counted as godmodding. ]

I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to remove both passive abilities that you added since your last grading. Passives are mostly there for RP flavour. We do not allow mechanical effects for passives, and your fruit seems to be forcing elemental immunities for the sake of having some. Please remove. Thank you.

Degrees is a passive ability that allows Bang to swirl his body to a maximum of 360 degrees at high speed. For example, in order to avoid taking damage where he simply has to turn 180 degrees he can use his devil fruit powers to suddenly spin those degrees more or less instantly. In combat with named characters this can only be used once per post.
- Rejection:
Rejection is a passive ability that allows Bang to spin a projectile coming his way back at the opponent, swirling it 180 degrees. When swirling the projectile, it has to go in an arc otherwise it would spin too quickly into a different direction killing the velocity. Thus, when spininng an arrow back at an opponent which was targeted at Bang's head the arrow would - if landed - somewhere in his opponent's stomach.
This applies to any unnamed techniques involving projectiles, such as a simple grunts' bullets.

Devil Fruit Appearance: The Swirl Swirl fruit has the appearance of an apple. It is white of color and has numerous swirls on it which are blue of color.
Devil Fruit Description: The Swirl Swirl fruit gives the ability to create and manipulate swirls of various sizes, shape and composition. This can be used in various ways and even on abstract concepts such as air. One of the strongest things about this devil fruit is that when used on himself he can launch attacks without accelerating or jumping et cetera that normally require jumping. For example, spinning himself out of nowhere gives him the element of surprise against his opponents by launching an attack out of nowhere with the added speed that comes with spinning where normally one would require to start spinning first until someone reaches a certain speed Bang can do that immediately.

Description: Bang fights in an unpredictable yet very simple way. He utilizes his body as he sees fit but doesn't use complex martial arts or anything like that.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
- Swirl (Passive):
Passively, Bang can use his devil fruit to swirl things. Tables, chairs, drinks or a coin that was tossed into the air. The projectiles of grunts and fodder are also applicable for this.
- Burner Stage (Toggled Passive):
When activating Burner Stage, Bang creates the tiniest of swirls inside of his body to increase his bloodflow, oxygen intake and pretty much his entire metabolism gets an upgrade. This causes Bang to kind of overheat himself while in return gaining speed. By increasing the velocity, he'll hit harder. Because he moves at a way higher speed and this is an offensive measure, Bang's carefree personality causes him to dismiss his defense.
Stat buffs acquired are +10% RX, +10% ATK but in turn takes its toll on Bang's defense -20% DEF
- T3:
By swirling the abstract concept of his own/someone elses' presence up to the point where the swirl is invisible to the naked eye Bang creates a gateway between A and B: simultaneously when creating one for himself/others he has to create one somewhere else that is within his line of sight and when swirled away he'll move there. When physically touching someone or something else, he brings it/him/her with him. [OOC: this needs permission from a different character.] This transfer is characterised by a spiralling void that targets swirl into or out of, distorting their form as they move between dimensions.
Passively this also allows Bang to distort any projectiles for that matter to a different place to avoid taking damage.

Description: Bang swirls his own fist while executing a handpalm punch in the air. By using his palm for this, he already pushes the force of his attack forward. He then swirls the force of the punch to send it beaming towards an opponent. Because it is a ranged technique and the swirling motion in the flying punch, it keeps increasing its' force based on the distance traveled. Like other punching techniques involving the Swirl fruit, the punch grinds into his opponent and will keep spinning till it loses velocity and disappears. When hit by the punch, his opponent can be shoved or even be sent flying backwards.

Description: Storm is a technique where Bang swirls the air and space around him up to 25 meters. This technique deals damage over time for as long as it lasts and targets everything within the 25 meters including allies. In the storm, people are bound to get levitated and pulled along the trajectory of the storm. It also creates slicing winds because of the high speed, cutting anything caught inside.
Storm can also be used defensively, redirecting projectiles or elemental attacks away from himself.

Description: Bang crosses his arms above his head and spins the space above his hands in two opposing trajectories creating a dark shaped sphere. Like a black hole, it pulls objects and people towards it. When Bang unleashes the orb, throwing it at opponents, the orb explodes when it comes into contact with something that it can't pull towards the centre (for example: the surface). When it explodes, it launches everything within the 2.5 meters around it away from it.
