Description: Extremely muscular, to the point where hiding it wouldn't be possible. He has a large body and an even bigger heart. There is a scar below his left eye that goes all the way past his ear. He stands at an extreme 7 foot tall as well so it makes him extremely hard to disguise or miss. But disguise isn't his forte, and neither is hiding. With his natural blue hair, it's almost like Scott was born to stand out. He gets his blue hair from his father, and his brown eyes from his mother. With his dark brown eyebrows that match his eyes, it hard not to find Scott's appearance unique.

Personality: Being a Marine is like a double bladed sword. The general outlook on you differs from island to island. One island may cheer for you when you arrive and another would throw trash at you. But to Scott none of that matters. He is here to provide protection to anyone who needs it. Pirates involved. But of course he isn't going to be that guy that is going to forgive you if you punched him with the intent to harm him. Scott doesn't think that there are many people like that in the world. In any case Scott likes to think that people can have a second chance. Sometimes Scott may not follow the rules when it comes to pirates. If he sees pirates at are doing the right thing he would let them go for maybe an hour or two before he restarts the chase. Yeah, he is like Smoker a little bit in that regard but credit needs to be given where its due, people just have to realize that there are indeed "Good" pirates in the world. There aren't many of course, but if Scott finds some, he would cut them a bit of slack. Once Scott has something set in his sights that he wants to go after, almost no one can sway him from going after it. Which could be an either good thing or a bad thing. While on a mission Scott could see this individual and go after them instead of doing the task that was given to him.
- History:
Being born into a family of Marines, isn't usual for Scott's race. Especially for the island he was raised on, it's a hot spot for a Yonkou. Of course the family doesn't tell anyone that they are Marines for the fear of being overwhelmed on their own island. So they lie in secret carry out their duty and the others that stay on the island are normal people who don't commit any crimes and try to stay within their own bubble. Scott was one of the people in his large, large family that became a Marine. His Grandfather was a Marine, while his father became a farmer to support his family. Usually when men turn 18 they head off to the Marines, and Scott's father was injured in a confrontation with the Yonkou's crew which left him unable to be too physically intensive. When Scott was born his father knew that he was going to be a Marine, just by how kind Scott was. When Scott was around 5 he had befriended a little Dino who was really aggressive and clawed Scott's face, giving him the notable scar he has today. But after taking the attack he still showed the little Dino compassion and it slowly opened itself to Scott.
After growing up and training with the Dino, they both became much bigger than when they were younger. The little Dino becoming a giant T-Rex, and Scott becoming a large muscular man, ready to join the Marines. After leaving the island for joining the Marines, he quickly put his abilities to work and manged to stop a smuggling in progress. With how much of a glutton Scott was, he didn't even bat an eye to the weird fruit he manged to take back from the smugglers. Even with it's horrible taste, Scott eat the entire fruit and after alerting his superiors of what he had done he was greatly scolded and punished for doing so. They told him of what he had eaten and of the effects it would have on him swimming, to which he didn't believe and jumped into the ocean to test. Which resulted in him being rescued and punched in the head by his superior. It was a new experience for Scott to go through, but with his new powers he was glad he was going to be able to help people in a odd, yet efficient way. The young man would serve a few years in the Marines learning various techniques with his devil fruit and Rokushiki. It was truly a time to be a Marine!
