When it comes to combat however, Noel's mood seems to take a one eighty....
Noel can be a bit, or rather very destructive and at times unpredictable when fighting
She does not call herself "Busta Babs" for nothing.
- History:
- Born Into Slavery:
- Noel B. Babs didn’t have a great early childhood. The mink rabbit was born into slavery on a supposedly uninhabited island in the east blue. Though the island does not have an official name, the slave trading organization that have set base and inhabit the island have dubbed it “Indigo Island” or simply “The Indigo” naming it after their organization, The Indigo Slavers. The Indigo Slavers specialized in kidnapping, “educating” newborn future slaves and trafficking non-human species such as Skypeians, Fishmen, and in Noel’s case, Minks.
Noel wasn’t born with a name, and was simply called Mink Slave Rabbit 2,741, or just slave as the naming didn’t matter unless being traded off. The young mink never had the luxury to meet her parents due to them also being slaves and being separately sold off a year after their daughter was born. For the next four years, MSR 2741 would be educated into being obedient, her tasks as well as punishments growing harsher as she got older.
But very soon, the rabbit mink’s life would take an unexpected turn.
- "Fall" of the Indigo Slavers:
- Now at the age of five, the young bunny mink was well educated and ready to be sold off to the highest bidder. There were plenty of shady folks of various backgrounds here on this night to try their luck on getting this fresh new slave. The price for her kept rising and rising with every bid placed in as it started going into the thousands. But the true jaw dropper was from a guy dressed in a cloak who placed his bid in the millions, far off from the last. No one was able to outbid this guy, and so the mink was sold off to him to be his slave who would never question nor disobey an order.
However, this was a trap....
As the guy who won the auction stepped onto the stage, and with a smirk, he threw his cloak off to reveal himself to be Avery T. Babs, or Avery the Hero as his crew called him, a low ranking Revolutionary Captain who is well known by this Slave Trading group for interfering with a lot of their kidnapping attempts. Avery and his crew of Revolutionaries have come to blows with the Indigo Slavers from time to time, but never have they found their base of operations....until now. As Avery's crew slowly begun to reveal themselves hidden within the mass of bidders and other locations, chaos began to happen as the slavers and revs started to battle, various bidders scrambling to get out. As this happened, Avery guarded the little mink girl while fighting off some of the slavers with his signature weapon, a sledgehammer while through this whole ordeal, the the little bunny held onto the Rev captain, as she was caught in the middle of being fearful for her life and very confused at what was happening.
It was a long and gruesome battle, but in the end Avery's crew was victorious. Many of the Indigo members were taken out including some of their high ranking officers. It's been suspected that a few of the members managed to get away during the chaos, and there was no sign of them having a true leader, meaning they either didn't operate with one, or they managed to secretly get away as well without once revealing themselves. But now wasn't the time to be worrying about that. For now, The Indigo Slaver's operation was at a halt, and the slaves they had held up on this island were under Revolutionary protection until they were deemed okay to be set free. Avery on the other hand took it a step further with the rabbit mink he pretended to bid for, and chose to take her under his wing. When other Revs asked why he decided to do this all of a sudden, he would simply say "Why not?" The people under Avery's command never really questioned this since they were familiar with their captain's tendency to be random. Though unlike Avery's other random and bizarre choices, there was a hidden meaning behind this...But now, the slave mink was given a new life with a new name...
Noel Bunbun Babs.
- Avery and Noel:
- At first, the relationship between Avery and Noel was a bit shaky. Still having what she has learned during her years on that evil island, Noel placed trying to serve her apparently adoptive father over everything else much to his dismay. Avery tried to get Noel into things that kids normally do, but there was no avail. It was as if she didn't have a mind of her own. Plus the Rev captain had to juggle taking care of this mink along with his duties as a part of the army which is something he should've seen coming. Eventually, Avery decided to resign from the Revolutionary Army to take better care of Noel which came as a shock to those who worked under him, but there was nothing they could do to stop him. His mind was made up. But just before he left out, one of his former subordinates said something to Avery that drilled deep into his head...
"She's not going to replace her, Avery. You know this."
Avery stood there frozen in place, glaring back at the guy before quietly walking off.
Now that Avery left resigned from his duties as a Rev, he now had new ones which is to be a father.
Together, Avery and his daughter, Noel sailed off to Dawn Island, the island which Avery was born and raised on, believing he would have a better shot of raising Noel there. Making it to a little village on the island, Avery was welcomed back with open arms by the teary villagers. They gladly welcomed Noel as well despite how nervous and uncomfortable she felt around these strangers. Though gradually over a few months, Noel started to come out of her shell that was crafted by those slave traders, and became more open starting with the fellow children of the village, and eventually everyone else which warmed Avery's heart. Years would go by and Noel would begin to grow more expressive, joyful, and even unpredictable like her adopted father. Avery even begun to teach Noel some of his combat techniques in case she ever needed to protect herself. Despite not being a mink himself, Avery was also able to give Noel some tips on how to control her electro abilities since he appeared to be very knowledgeable when it comes to minks. This did make Noel curious however about how her father knew so much about her species, way more than even she does, but he would always say stuff along the line of I'll tell you one day, or you're not ready yet much to her annoyance.
Avery and Noel were very close now. A great example of a loving and joyful family. Avery never really had much rules for his mink daughter, but there was one he strongly enforced...
"Never go out during a full moon, little one."
Why? A question Noel never got an answer to whenever bringing up this subject. Whenever the night of a full moon occurs, Avery would always close down the window curtains of their home to make sure that no one, specifically Noel could not see it. Out of all the secrets her father kept, this one chewed at Noel the most, but like with all her other rules, Noel followed it.
For now.
- Rebecca:
- Now that Noel has reached the age of fifteen, Avery believed it was now the time to tell her the truth. Prior to even joining the Revolutionary Army, Avery was married to a woman named Rebecca, but she wasn't just a woman, but a mink as well. The two were deeply in love, and learned much from each other. Soon, Rebecca was expecting a baby girl which filled the future parents with a joy. They have went by multiple potential names for her, the two not being able to come to an agreement until they both uttered a name.
Noel....
It was settled then. Noel would be the name for their future daughter. Unfortunately, that day would never come. One night while Avery was at work, a bandit had broken into the couple's home. It was suppose to be a simple in and out robbery, but the guy wasn't expecting Rebecca to be there and as she panicked, the bandit struck her down, killing the baby in the progress. Finally coming home, Avery would be welcomed by this gruesome scene. He got on his knees and screamed an agonizing scream that woke most of the village. He had lost both the love of his life and his future daughter all in one night. He wasn't there to protect them. At first, Avery grew cold and distant from this tragedy, but then his personality would shift to the more jumpy, joyful, and random kind that he is well known for today as a way to coup with this loss.
Now that this was out there, Avery hoped that his adopted daughter would understand why he was so secretive and overprotective of her. Noel was now swimming with various emotions of this reveal, and couldn't think straight which ended up causing her to take it the wrong way. She was nothing more than just a back up plan for him. Avery didn't take Noel under his wing because he sensed something special in, or loved her. At least that is what Noel thought. Fueled with sadness and anger, Noel left to her room, and started tearing things apart refusing to speak to Avery for the rest of the day. Avery who was struck hard with this didn't know what to say, leading him to not attempt to say anything to fix this as he wasn't sure what to do. Soon night would hit and Noel was still awake in her completely trashed room. Among her thoughts of disappointment and betrayal, she remembered that tonight is a full moon. She heard talks of how pretty they are, but due to her "father's" stupid rule she never got to see it. Now feeling rebellious, Noel decided to sneak out of the house to go out and see the moon, believing that nothing bad would come of it and it was just another one of Avery's stupid ploys. The moment Noel gazed upon the moon, she had a look of awe on her face. It was an amazing sight, but within seconds, her looks of awe would be overtaken by a more blank expression as she started to breathe heavily, and her body slowly morphing into a more beastly, and sinister form with her hair growing long and eyes turning darker. She tried her best to fight whatever was happening, but unfortunately there wasn't much she could do. The creature that was once Noel growled, and rushed off into the night.
- Hero Avery Vs The Beast:
- Avery who was asleep suddenly shot awake at the sound of screaming outside. Avery rushed out of the house and saw a trail of destruction with some injured villagers which luckily none were dead. They shouted things about there being a monster, or a demon. Avery pondered at what this could be. Perhaps a wild animal? As he thought to himself, Avery noticed that the window to Noel's room was not only no longer covered, but open as well. His heart sank as he ran over to see that no one was in there. This couldn't be a coincidence! Avery quickly asked for where this creature went and the villagers who saw it pointed towards the direction of the Gray Terminal. Clenching his shaking fists, Avery went off in that direction, to go confront this "monster."
Upon reaching the giant dump, Avery came face to face with the creature, but he was able to recognize her. Reluctantly, his suspicions were correct. It was Noel and she had taken on a stronger, and terrifying form under the full moon. Avery attempted to reason with the beastly Noel, but in this uncontrolled state, all she knew was destruction, and she pounced at Avery. Avery now had to fight with his own daughter in an attempt to calm her, making sure to not kill her. The battle went on for a bit, and both sides were growing exhausted. Unfortunately, the beastly Noel got the upper hand...
...and struck her father down.
At this point, Noel used up all her strength as well, and turned back into her normal form, lying there unconscious, and covered in her father's blood.
- End of a Chapter:
- Two years have passed since that horrific night. Noel who is now seventeen was now on her own out on the seas, getting from island to island either from raft, or hitchhiking, getting into many hijinx. Despite none of the villagers on Dawn Island knowing it was her that was the monster, she couldn't bare to show her face there ever again after what she had done to the village...and her father. Now in a similar way to Avery, Noel coups with this immense guilt with her silly antics, and her tendency to be destructive, hiding how she truly feels. She has also grown a complete disdain and fear over the full moon. She still isn't exactly sure what the moon did to her that night, but she knew it was responsible for the unspeakable act it caused her to commit...which is what her father tried to protect her from. No matter where this road will take her, Noel was going to be sure to keep a smile on her face, no matter how false it may be.

Noel can be a bit, or rather very destructive and at times unpredictable when fightingor in general.Noel's ideal weapon for combat is her beloved mallet which she will swing about to cause all sorts of damage. The mallet isn't Noel's only source of fighting though. She also uses her body as a weapon, not really her favorite in comparison to her mallet, but still just as effective. Not knowing any real fighting styles, Noel adopted a more brawler like approach to fighting, mixing it with her electro abilities which makes her a force to be reckon with.
She does not call herself "Busta Babs" for nothing.
