Fighting Style: Steam Power Robo
Weapon Utilization: Though weapons can be incorporated into the style, it doesn't revolve around them.
Description: By using Issen’s steam powered cyborg implants, he’s able to achieve feats of movement and unnatural athleticism otherwise impossible for plain humans. This steam can also be manipulated in small ways to create effects useful in battles. The steam is naturally recharged by moisture in the air.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Overheat [Toggle] - The user retains all steam that would be otherwise released. This causes the character to overheat, giving him a 20% Attack bonus, costing a 20% Defense debuff. While this toggle is active, Puff Puff is not.
Hyper Focus [Toggle] - The user’s cyborg enhancements give them the ability to perfectly recall all the things they’ve experienced. By overclocking this ability, their perception is increased for a short time, giving a 10% Reflex bonus, costing 10% to Willpower.

Please remove this or turn it into a toggle that follows a similar format to Overheat. All of our toggles are standardised, so they cannot have custom effects like this or the one you've written for Perfect Memory. ]

The third time the same ability is used against them in the same thread, the user has advantage on Reflex Check rolls. [ You will have to remove this passive. See my comment for Puff Puff. ]
