This is where you will find information regarding the process of obtaining Important World Positions.
If you meet the requirements for a certain position and are interested in applying for it, please link evidence of you meeting the requirements in [discord]approval-requests[/discord].
You cannot apply for a position if it is currently at maximum capacity, unless the position is filled by an NPC. In this case, you may still apply for it. If you are qualified, the NPC will be queued for demotion through an appropriate story event. This does mean that you will need to wait until an appropriate story can be executed to allow the change in positions (which may take a significant time depending on how high up the ladder an NPC is). During that time, however, you will be marked as a "future" holder of that position and will be accorded all the appropriate bonuses.
The requirements for World Positions are subject to change without notice.

WORLD GOVERNMENT
GOROSEI (Max: 5)
- Bonuses:
All Celestial Dragon and Supreme Commander of God's Knights bonuses apply.
Devil's Advocate: You gain a +100 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +3.50
Command: Can order Fleet Admiral and Admirals towards a specific goal.
Command: Can order God's Knights (including Supreme Commander) towards a specific goal.
Command: Can dismiss the Fleet Admiral or an Admiral from service.
Command: Can appoint and dismiss God's Knights (including Supreme Commander) from service.

Quality Score S+: Must have achieved a quality score of S+ in at least 1 World Event or Saga.
Character Age 70+: Your character must be 70+ years old to fit the title of the position "Five Elder Planets".
Consensus: All Gorosei must be agreed on a command before that command can be executed.
Stationary: Must remain in Mary Geoise except only for monumental occasions (World Events or Sagas).
Previous Service: Must have served as a Supreme Commander of God's Knights in at least 1 World Event, 1 Saga, or 2 Arcs. OR (see alternate requirement below.)
Previous Service (Optional): Must have served as a God's Knight in at least 2 World Events.
SUPREME COMMANDER OF GOD'S KNIGHTS (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
All Celestial Dragon and God's Knight bonuses apply.

GOD'S KNIGHTS (Max: 8)

All Celestial Dragon bonuses apply.
Income Bonus: +2.50

Command: Can arrest a Celestial Dragon. (Must provide legible RP reason.)
- Requirements:
Character Level 80: Must be at least level 80.
Quality Score S: Must have achieved a quality score of S or higher in at least 2 World Events or Sagas.
Previous Service: Must have participated in at least 1 World Event, 1 Saga, or 2 Arcs as this character as a Celestial Dragon.
CELESTIAL DRAGONS (Max: 18, unless related)
- Bonuses:
Income Bonus: +2.00
Command: Can demand intervention from an Admiral or a CP-0 agent (chief not included) in any thread if attacked. (Must provide legible RP reason.) (Note that the Admiral may not interfere for another 3 rounds of posts, so you may still be hurt or killed before that point if you remain in combat. And if an Admiral defeats a Quest Boss for you, you will not receive that Quest Boss' Difficulty Bonus. The same applies when summoning CP-0 agents, but CP-0 agents can be summoned within 1 round instead of 3.)
Command: All characters must kneel and bow in your presence or risk your wrath.

Level reset: The new character must start at level 1 unless you are replacing your level 60+ character, in which case you may start your Celestial Dragon at the same level as your previous character.
Naming and history approval: While you will have some degree of freedom towards creating your character's history and name, if all the Celestial Dragon families have already been established, you must work with the existing lore.
CIPHER POL
CP0 CHIEF (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
Strolling Death: You gain a +200 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.50; +0.25 for your second-in-command.
Command: Can command all CP0 agents. These agents are obligated to act upon the Chief's orders.
Command: Can dismiss any CP0 agent.
Command: Can recruit any player as a CP0 agent. (That player must still meet the position requirements.)
Command: Can manipulate a single news article in the News Coo after every World Event.
Information Metagame: Can find out the entire Bio and RP History of a single entire crew for each Quest with a Quality Score of S or higher. This can be done even against the player characters' will.

YONKOU (Max: 4)
- Bonuses:
Strolling Death: You gain a +200 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.30; 0.20 for your second-in-command; 0.10 for all of your direct crewmates.
Shop Discount 30%: 30% discount on all Shop of Dreams purchases.
Shop Discount 10% (Crew): 10% discount on all Shop of Dreams purchases for all direct crew members (stacks with other discounts).
Companion Level Upgrades: Two of your level 50+ Companions can instantly be upgraded to level 90.

Information Metagame: In each thread, you can find out one background detail about every character in your thread even if the players aren't willing.
Liaison: Can have a marine liaison join the crew as an official member and benefit from crew reward bonuses.

UNDERWORLD EMPERORS (Max: 10)
