Description: Water 7 is a city in Paradise known for its shipwrights. It is built atop a massive floating platform, powered by many machinated propellers that keep it from being swept away by the sea. The city itself is built like a fountain, with many water canals connecting its infrastructure as opposed to actual streets. The main modes of transportation inside the city are water bulls that pull boat-like vehicles on their backs. The city is connected to many others via a network of Sea Trains, hence the necessity to keep it in one place through the use of the propellers.

A large amount of fuel is imported to Water 7 to complement the power generated by the city's many underwater turbines, which is needed to keep the propellers turning and the city afloat.
