Devil Fruit: Mini-Mini no mi
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: This particular fruit appears to look like a deep shade of twin purple cherries slightly misshapen. The twin cherry like fruits hang from separate thin branches and on top is a branch slightly curved that looks like a banana.
Devil Fruit Description: The main strength of this Devil Fruit is that the user can shrink down to 5 mm in height without reducing their strength. The user can also return to their original dimensions or any new size between the two extremes.[2]
The fruit also seems to affect clothes and personal items such as weapons, which changes size to match the users.
Fighting Style: Aoi Tori青い鳥(Blue Bird)
Weapon Utilization: Cyborg parts Umarian LA & RL
Description: Aoi Tori or Blue Bird, is a fighting style focusing on speed over high power, however what it lacks in power is made up by the element of surprise and utility by further utilizing her cyborg parts that will be named as "Umarian" in combination with her devil fruit the Mini-Mini no mi to shrink at opportunistic times and grow back or use a hybrid size while using electricity to enhance the damage of her physical attacks.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Human Bullet - Baseera hits while the size of any size bullet are more concentrated and have more force increasng her Attack by 20% but Defense by -20%
Little scouter - Baseera shrinks fully down giving her a 20% Speed increase but -10% Attack and Defense.
