For footwear Roji wears plain black or brown boots, often with his pants tucked inside.

Personality: Out of Combat: Roji has been taught and encouraged from a young age to never complain and put others before himself. As the middle child his parents often favored his older and younger siblings respectively. While this kind of treatment might bother some, a person like Roji actually didn't mind being left alone all too much. Social situations are particularly draining for Roji, especially with people that he does not know very well. Even with close friends Roji will often let them take the lead and talk for him, fully putting his trust into them to communicate properly. One of the reasons that Roji does not feel comfortable communicating with most people is due to his sheltered childhood. Roji has a tendency to take what people say literally and has difficulties detecting sarcasm. It is also only with these close friends that Roji will let his mischievous side slip out. Roji is a big fan of practical jokes that while not harmful or extreme, are quite silly in nature.
In Combat: While Roji is not a violent person by nature he has no problems with resolving conflicts quickly and efficiently. Roji never underestimates his opponents and believes that anyone can be a fearsome threat if they wanted to be. This leads the young man to attack very quickly and relentlessly in an attempt to overwhelm his adversaries. Although Roji views fighting just as part of his job he still has some sense of honor. This is most commonly showcased through his refusal to fight with a weapon if his opponent is only going hand to hand. Roji has attempted to rationalize this kind of conduct by saying that he hates feeling like he has cheated.

Roji grew up as the middle child of a wealthy family in one of the Ilisia Kingdoms cities. The boys parents were fairly well known locally, albeit for two very different reasons. Roji's father was a surgeon with terrific talent and a kind heart. His father was also a co-author for a famous medicinal book in Ilisia's region of the West Blue. Roji's mother on the other hand had a much more adventurous path. Roji's mother was renowned among her peers as a great marine, not for her combat abilities, but for her ability to track down and predict what criminals would do next.
Eventually the two would happen upon each other by chance when Roji's father made a routine trip to Marine Base 45 to hold a seminar for some of the newer recruits. Roji's parents kept in touch after that and later that year would get married and move to one of Ilisia's smaller towns.
Roji always felt like he was excluded in his youth, not just by his parents but also by his older and younger siblings. It did not help Roji's feelings of inadequacy when his older brothers and sisters started to become more successful in their own ways and by extension of that, got even more attention from their mother and father.
As Roji grew older he began to become even more introverted, often staying locked away in the families estate for long periods of time alternating between his bedroom and the mansions library. It was one of those rainy nights that Roji spent reading when he overheard something that he shouldn't have. The young boy heard a window open and his mothers voice greeting someone. As he continued to eavesdrop he discovered that his mother was actually working with the a group of insurgents who openly opposed the World Government.
After a pitiful attempt to confront his mother and the mystery revolutionary Roji agreed to keep quiet as long as he was kept up to date of what they were doing. As the years went by Roji eventually came around to the insurgents ideas and became not just a supporter but a full fledged member in his own way. Shadowing his father as he traveled to different Marine bases was the perfect cover to collect information and someone as unassuming as Roji was the perfect kind of guy for the job.
And all things considered, it went quite well for Roji after he officially joined the NRA in 1828. He pretty much kept doing the same job but on a much larger scale. But near the end of the year things took a turn for the worse. Roji was finally trusted enough to teach more advanced medical procedures without his father present and on just his second outing into a local marine base he had walked right into a trap. Roji did not know how he was found out or who exactly would have been able to tip the marine's off. But he certainly did not have the time to stay and ask any questions.
Presently, Roji is currently in hiding, trying his best to both gain the strength to defend himself and uncover the mystery of how his life got turned upside down. It is only after Roji does those two things that he feels it is safe to join back up with his friends at the NRA.
